I had never rented a lift before but everyone was helpful and friendly. They delivered it a day earlier than scheduled and they still sent someone out separately to give a tutorial when we couldn’t initially be there. Great service all around. Would recommend and use them again.

I was pretty nervous about my boom lift rental.Bob delivered it early and was so nice and patient. He showed me everything I needed, gave me suggestions and moved the boom when I couldn’t get to a specific part of my roof.I could not have done my job without Bob and Wolverine Rental.

Very helpful people. Had a problem with a piece of equipment and they were willing to rent it from elsewhere and pay for it so I could get my job done. When it wasnt available anywhere they got right on fixing there equipment it took a little time. They got it up and running and I was able to finish my job.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. We have a small farm. We need heavy equipment on occasion, but not often enough to buy and store our own. Wolverine rental has been there to help us with projects ranging from post hole digging to excavation. The people who work there are thoughtful & genuinely care about helping others.

My husband called yesterday for parts for his tractor. He said he would pick them up today. They said that they would put them to the side for him. We drove over 40 miles to get the parts and they said that they didnt know that were going to get them ... They did not have the parts in stock!!! Making things worse, my husband had his knee replaced a couple of weeks ago so the trip was excruciating. About 4 years ago he made the trip to them for a part, and they had the wrong part. Our time is valuable. I highly doubt that I will ever come back and would never recommend them.

Terrific place and wonderful staff! I have bought Stihl chain saws at Wolverine in the past. Today, I bought a battery powered string trimmer and a battery powered Multi Tool with a couple of attachments along with a few other items. They had everything in stock and I was able to walk out with everything I needed (and more...). All of the staff is super helpful, but Greg was extremely helpful to me today and highly knowledgable in the Stihl product line! Best Stihl dealer in town.

I rented a stump grinder here, and the machine was in good condition and worked perfectly. The guy that loaded me up was really nice. Also, I worked here before as a Yard Man, so I know whats going on. I was absolutely elated that Bob decided to get rid of the mechanic. He was a real jerk and did not contribute to the Companys success. The showroom has been updated as well. Nice job! Thanks Bobby, and Greg!

I bought a tractor in December of 2018 and I had a great experience from start to finish. They delivered my Kubota L3901 to my property with a full tank of fuel and spent about an hour explaining the basic operation of the machine. I highly recommend Bob at Wolverine if you are in the market for a tractor and the price was better than anywhere else that I shopped. Thanks Bob for a great buying experience from start to finish!

Have had a great experience here. The last piece of equipment I rented was missing a required part so the guys went and bought a new part and drove it to my house within an hour of me renting it. Very impressed!

Great Kubota dealer. The kind of dealer where they know you by name and try to learn your personal situation so they can accommodate your needs properly. On my 2nd Kubota purchase from them, and would not go anywhere else if I need a third.

Salesman Bob needs to get back on his meds. Wanted to buy a used piece of machinery and after extensive communication, he refused to sell it to us after we were already in the parking lot, and proceeded to tell us how much of HIS time we had wasted. I guess we will buy somewhere else. Sorry to have been such an inconvenience to you sir.

Recently rented a 3 point Harley rake. It worked wonderful on our yard and the customer service we received was excellent. Addison who delivered the equipment was extremely helpful in assisting my husband & very kind. I will rent from them in the future and plan to encourage other to do the same.

This review is long overdue, but i purchased a Kubota BX series tractor with attachments. they talked me through each attachment i was originally interested in and made nice recommendations that ended up saving me money and a hassle down the road. in a nut shell, they sat down with me and asked me what i planned for each item and we went from there. I understand that some are saying their price is high at times, but they worked with me on the price and seemed more concerned with gaining a long time customer. All of the staff i spoke with seemed down to earth and i have always gotten a call back when i left messages with questions.

I recently went to Wolverine to get some parts for my Kubota and a quote on some rental equipment. My experience was fantastic and will definitely be returning . The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Had a gentleman walk me out to show me the rental equipment and get me the best machine that will work for the job I am doing. I would recommend if you need to rent or buy or just need some parts, to go here.

I bought a used tractor from the internet and brought it here for an inspection and have all the maintenance done. They were fast and friendly. They found an axle seal leaking and promptly fixed it. I also bought implements I needed to do the work I needed done. After checking elsewhere their prices were lower than the other 2 places I checked. I highly recommend them.

Took care of us on the buying side, rental side and porta johns. Very pleased.

Rented a chipper bc700xl chipper for the weekend. Unit ran great 👍 and handled as much material as I could feed. They booked my rental in advance and made sure it was out and ready when I got there. Great place, great prices, great staff!

We went in looking for a mower, and a small to medium size tractor, knowing what we wanted already. They listened to our NEEDS, presented options, and didnt oversell us on upgrades that were unnecessary. Well done Wolverine.

Great I went to a local dealer. Left 2 messages after I talked to them. No return call after 3 days. I called carl and he set me up right then. Thank u carl.

I was given a chainsaw that was poorly sharpened. Rounded corners and different size teeth. As soon as it the wood it started to drift. They didnt give me bar oil as they should have and said the chainsaw would be good on oil for several fuel ups. Upon returning the saw they complained about not using bar oil (which they did not give...). In the end they were rude and insulting. There are more professional rentals out there that can get it right the first time.

Today was my third visit to Wolverine Rental located at 5475 South State in Ann Arbor Mi. I have been totally happy with their service and am especially impressed with their diagnostic skills. My Stihl kept stalling in spite of the fact that the gas tank was full and the carburetor was correctly adjusted. They nailed the problem and the saw has continued to operate perfectly.In my mind a good dealership proves it worth when something goes wrong. Last week I picked up my saw and though everything seemed fine it was very difficult to start. I took it back and they immediately readjusted the carburetor. It works perfectly and I am ready to finish the job on my tree.I will certainly return whenever I am in need of repairs.

Very poor customer service. I called and was told the salesmen was out on a delivery he would get back to me, never did so I called again and was told the same thing . They must not want to sell to many tractors so I took my business to a diffrent dealer and purchased a new tractor. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone .

**TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE**This is the worst possible place you could take your business to! The workers are rude, as well are constantly complaining about how horrible their boss is. After being directed after being very unhappy with services I had spoken with the owner. Which is even worse than the rest of the workers! The conversation ended with him swearing at me. Please save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. Anywhere deserves the business over this place.

Would be nice to have the porta potty’s cleaned once in a while.

Went in to rent a concrete grinder / scarifier was told they didnt know if it would do what I wanted to do which was take down a 1/2 inch high spot down the center of the floor . So I did some more checking and called the manufacturer of the unit Edco and was told as long as you take no more than 1/8 inch with each pass it should be fine . So I called back and mentioned this to them and was told they would call me . I tried for 3 days to reserve the unit only to finally be told that they would not rent it to me . Not renting it to me was fine but dragging it out for 3 days before getting an answer put me behind as I was looking to do the work Saturday and it was now Friday . Will not rent from in the future .

Follow-up to my previous (bad) review. Greg telephoned to say Wolverine was giving me a full credit for my rental of the power washer that was bad and went bad. Appreciate it very much.

After doing much research on Mini Excavators We purchased 2 new Kubota KX040 mini excavators from TodThe entire purchase experience could not have gone smoother From my initial contact with Tod to when we took delivery from the owner Bob.These guys take pride in what the sell!

My company has been doing business with Wolverine Rental for many years but we are now trying to transition away from them whenever possible. Every time I stop in, whether its for parts or service, there are new employees. This high employee turnover should be a RED FLAG for anyone doing business with them. Put simply, good companies keep their employees and do not have high turnover. Front office staff turnover is high as well as mechanics (i.e. Perry is no longer there). Furthermore, Jerry, who answers phones sounds like the most unenthusiastic person on the planet. He talks so slowly and you can barely understand him on the phone. This review isnt meant to knock Wolverine, they have some great mechanics like Mikey, and Greg has always been a pleasure to work with. However, its the way that the owner(s) run Wolverine that gets on my nerves. Go to Weingartz on Jackson Rd and youll see what I mean. They are also a Boss dealer but do not sell Kubota; they sell Yanmar. There is a night and day difference between these companies. After a snow storm, Weingartz has plenty of mechanics on-site to perform emergency repairs to plows. Both Wolverine and Weingartz stock many parts but the difference is in how Weingartz treats their customers. Overall, Weingartz runs a professional business and believes in customer service. Wolverine could care less about a disgruntled customer. Weve had equipment from Wolverine break down on the job but that is to be expected and random. Bad customer service is not random, but systemic from the ownership down. We are now renting a lot of lifts from places like Delux Rental out of Ypsilanti, as well as A-1 Rental in Ann Arbor. Do we still do business with Wolverine...sure, but only if its something no one else has for rent. I recently bought a Kubota tractor for personal use but I definitely didnt get it from Wolverine. That should say something!

Good place for rentals but make sure you check the hours.

My rating is based on a three minute phone conversation with an employee (Jerry?) Who sounded like he had a mouth full of food and was struggling for oxygen. Through the ambient heavy breathing, he told me I wont allow you to rent a bulldozer. I guess Wolverine Rental isnt a fan of patrons. All I wanted to do was move some topsoil and small vegetation.

Horrible company, bad management with bad attitude, unsafe drivers, there semi-truck almost kill me at roundabout S. State and Ellsworth, he never yield he was speeding . see picture. I have the video going to supply Pittsfield Police.

I was not satisfied with the service received.
