Finding a BOSU Balance trainer at a reasonable price instead of jacked up due to COVID was a pleasant surprise. Then when it arrived in the store just a few days later, the owner Eric, emailed and offered to ship it to a store that was almost an hour closer to me. I was able to swing by and pick it up curbside. What GREAT customer service, Ill def be going back!

I called and left a message asking someone to call me back with information regarding the $900 worth of dumbbells I wanted to purchase. Four days later nothing. Called the local store, they told me to try the chat line. Did that, waited for over an hour no reply. If this is how they teach perspective customers theres no way I would ever buy a piece of it equipment from them. I would them zero stars if that was an option.

Purchased equipment for weight room through Kelvin and Heather at the Ann Arbor location.The customer service could not have been better. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive staff. Additionally, the delivery team they work with is great. The setup was a fairly large project and they were efficient and very accommodating to any special requests with the assembly and placement.This is my second great experience with American Home Fitness (also purchased a treadmill, previously). They sell high quality brands and really have a staff that go above and beyond. I am very grateful and appreciative for all their help.

I was shopping for an elliptical to help my wife and I stay active. The store was clean, bright, and has a great variety of equipment. Heather was wonderful to work with. She listened to what I wanted, was energetic, patient, and explained things well. She also greeted me by name when I returned a week later with my wife. She followed up to my inquiries with texts and emails - even in the evening hours. We purchased an Octane elliptical and it is great. The delivery/set-up crew as prompt, polite, and professional. I definitely recommend AHF and Heather.

We recently bought a good quality treadmill from American Home Fitness. Heather Lloyd was our principle salesperson, but everyone we dealt with was very helpful.Heather was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and she could tell what we were looking for by our description and gave us very good recommendations. She invited us back to give each of our finalists a test run, which I did.Pricing confused us at first, because of different financing options that are available. We recently bought an elliptical, bike and water rower from American Home Fitness. Great experience overall ! The equipment is high quality, store is spacious, clean and has a large selection. Extremely happy with the service we received at each step; from the point of stepping into the store all the way throughout to delivery and installation of the equipment. Heather was great to help us select the equipment we needed, ensure it was delivered at the time we wanted it, and follow up with us at every step to ensure everything went smoothly with delivery and install.

This is a great company who have people taking an interest in your idea of fitness. The Elliptigo they have is a very fun piece of equipment. Its not a bike and its not running, its a great non-impact way to enjoy the outdoors. I recommend American Home Fitness and trying the Elliptigo!
