I shop at Costco all the time! I would recommend this store to literally anyone. Especially all the great organic Kirkland Signature products! Another great thing about Costco, is there great selection liquor. I have tried nearly every Kirkland brand liquor that they have in stock and I would recommend every single one especially, the liquor that I have pictures of in this post.

The tire center gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I got a flat tire on 10/17, so I came here to buy a replacement. I figured it was about time I replaced all my tires, so I bought 4. They told me they were really backed up, so they couldnt get me on the schedule until 10/25, over a week later. I was about to tell them that I would just go elsewhere, but they convinced me that everywhere was backed up these days, and I normally trust Costco to give good service, so I believed them and made the appointment. Then I showed up on 10/25, and they told me they couldnt find the appointment! They rescheduled me for 10/28. So I came back, and this time they told me that they only had 2 of the 4 tires I had bought almost 2 weeks earlier! I asked them if they could at least put on the 2 tires they had (I had been driving on the spare this whole time!), but they said no, they had to put on all of them or none of them. I asked to speak to the supervisor, so the guy at the counter left, kept me waiting for several minutes, and then finally came saying I couldnt talk to the supervisor because he was busy. I finally asked for a refund and made an appointment at Belle Tire, which could see me the next day. I will never buy tires from Costco again.

I didnt spend much time here but they had what I wanted. I purchased a really nice carport for about $260. It has been such a BLESSING to use while camping.

Great selections at great prices! This store has ample parking, wide aisles (obviously) and courteous staff. Everything is very clean and neatly organized on the shelves.I like how nice everyone is, too. You dont get that at most retail stores but every time I go to Costco, the staff are smiling and happy to help you.

Experienced the Ann Arbor Costco for the first time. The set up is totally different from the East Lansing location.Visited at 10:30 am on a Monday and the gas station was totally packed. The store in general was very busy.Found some items that the EL location didnt have.

This location is always super clean and well organized. I have never had an unprofessional interaction with the employees. Costco is definitely a well-oiled machine. Having had the benefit of being there early in the morning while they were stocking one day, I appreciate what it takes to achieve the daily stocked shelves. It is definitely organized chaos before the doors open to the public each day. I do hate that stuff gets moved but its all about the marketing.

What can I say, its a Costco.You pay your annual membership, you will probably never get out of the store without spending less then $150. They have tons of awesome organic stuff. Some stuff is slightly overpriced comparatively speaking but thats Costco marketing for you. The Kirkland brand is strong and good. We like a lot of their items.Pros:- Organic Food choices;- Continually have a new selection.- Well managed location.- Friendly cashiers when checking out.- Their food court pizza is leaps and bounds better then Sams club (Sams you feel like you are eating cardboard)- Hot Dog and a drink is still $1.50 they lose money on that but that was a deliberate decision form Costcos CEO who I think said leave the ... hot dog pricing alone when he was getting push back caution, I maybe misremembering.- Gas prices are generally better then competitors near by.-Some gift cards can be a good buy especially if they have it for your favorite restaurant.Neutral (not taken into star consideration):- Ok but not great level of friendliness at customer service (maybe that jobs more stressful)- You can almost never find anyone walking around to help, maybe this type of place is not that style. If you ever do find someone they are not super helpful or friendly.Cons:- Big Con: They dont take Master Card, I have to keep a Visa open just for this place. In terms of this Sams Club has it much better where they accept pretty much anything. (Although Sams I feel has a poor organic selection and do not update to new choices close to as often)- Sometimes the wait in the lines can be quite long, just be prepared.-Sometimes other customers are not super friendly, I just think people should always try to be courteous, just makes the world a better place.- Parking can be a bit more difficult sometimes but even then not to horrible even on weekends I think, others Im sure will disagree.- In the COVID time the Costco pizza has gotten rid of the all meat and all vegetable pizza and have only left cheese or pepperoni to choose from, this is a big deal for us, if it does not change back after COVID more stars will be removed (not counted in star decision this time around).- They do not offer deasil at their gas station. Its a dying breed, suspect the future is probably EV.- Popular gift cards are often out of stock.Things to Know:- A trick every place like this does is put their crazy high ticket prices right in the front like 5K to 7K priced TVs they do this on purpose because everything else you buy in comparison will seem comparatively much lower, its one of those psychological things people dont realize unless someone points it out.- Obviously the milk and eggs (or pretty much the most needed item) is all the way in the back so you have to walk the entire store and see more things along the way.- The end caps can be tricky and where they make a ton of profit for impulse buyers who see a shiny new object at a discounted price.Final Thoughts:Its a Costco, if you are a shopper and you know what it is you need it, hopefully their prices stay in check. Obviously we will continue to shop here.

In my opinion Costco is better than Sams 🤷🏻‍♂️ I will say Costco is more strict on there rules/guidelines. Of course ones gonna have some things that the other doesnt. I love the food court area! You can get a hot dog 🌭 and a fountain drink for only 1.50$ 🤯

I dont like this store for 2 reasons. First, customer service doesnt care whose in line first. I guess you can just walk in front of others and talk to customer service. 2nd, customers are very rude. I was just placing my cart in front of a dude with his wife and told me not to get closer to him. What did I do??? I didnt even touch him. He was very rude and condescending. Looks like he is a military or officer. People just act weird in this store. I would probably go to Livonia than this store.

Overall great service. Can find a lot of bargains, especially pantry items. Also many unique items for sale. They sell liquor (not all locations do). Do not need to be a member in order to buy alcohol or use the pharmacy. Technically the pharmacy should be reviewed separately, but its worth mentioning that they accept insurances, also some cash sales offer savings as well. Started getting my cats prescriptions here which offers amazing savings. Also can get additional discounts sometimes for medications with a Costco membership card. Feel good about shopping a store that gives employees decent wages & benefits.

The gas lines are long. Prices are good to really good. I wish they were open later at night.

Was looking for keto friendly items. Went in for keto friendly muffin mix. None to be found. However, I did find Coconut keto clusters and they are amazing.

Love Costco! Got gas, cases of water, almonds and fruit snacks. The line moves quickly and I can count on them to have what I need. A one-stop shop!

I love coming here! Always something new to check out. Store is often busy, but can get you out quickly. Self check outs are available. Exercise caution in the parking lot as it is also busy.

Love this location. They seem to have a lot more variety and better pricing than my Michigan locations. Plus power beets.came from MICHIGAN pulled.up and our order was waiting for us with a friendly smile.

Very clean. Well stocked. Occasionally find new and interesting items that I wasnt expecting (or necessarily shopping for!). Efficient staff, particularly at checkout and even on busy Saturdays. A typical, pleasant Costco experience.

Staff is always nice. Good selection and prices. Kirkland brand products have never done me wrong. Do yourself a favor, and buy one of the $5 hot ready-made whole roasted chickens! Their fresh homemade and ready to bake chicken pot pies and shepherds pies are fantastic too. Store can be pretty busy, especially on weekends, so try to go in the middle of the day on a weekday. Only knocked off one star, because Im still bitter they havent carried the Cheesecake Factory brand whole cheesecake in 7 years. Im never letting that go. Never.

Oh boy, Costco. Everyones favorite shopping warehouse.I visit this Costco once a month. The folks at the door who greet you are always very nice. The only issue I have is sometimes things move around and theres no way to know where they are, because the aisles arent marked.

Called the Costco Concierge Services for an issue with a TV thats still under warranty. The agent was very unfriendly and refused to provide any information other than it is not manufacturing related when I asked what the exact problem was with the TV. Guess she didnt know and couldnt provide any manufacturer contact info for me to further verify. It seems that the Costco Concierge Services is an empty promise?

I love Costco but the employees here are the worst. The audacity! I purchase certain things at Costco for the excellent return policy and they always give me attitude. One woman told me to go buy a manual online so that I could return a blender that had everything but that. Another guy tried to tell me I couldn’t return produce when I saw a lady in front of me return several empty cartons of food. So sassy, wish there was another one closer.

I love this place!!!!! The household items are priced better than what you can get them for anywhere else. Jesus is an amazing manager he always has a smile and will fix most problems within reason. John in tire is good too.

Standard costco. Clean and not very long lines at check out when I was there. The aisles were a bit tighter than some costco but well laid out.

The service was great and the food smells awesome, I just didnt realize Id need a membership to shop here. Thats a first I even heard of something like that; Im trying to save money, I cant afford to spend 60-120 and then proceed to buy what I want, thats a bit much for my taste

Got most everything we were looking forWas busy, but lines moved through. Didnt have Kirkland tp and Kirkland balanced breaks though. Some holiday stuff starting to be out.

Good fresh produce section. Unable to find lentils and legumes. Need more meat alternative products. Good that they have Impossible meat burgers but stock gets over pretty fast.

I appreciate Costco having 1 entrance and 1 exit to their gas station. When I get gas @ Sams club its a nightmare! People cut you off @ Sams club they back in to the spaces @ Sams club. I now get my gas @ Costco . Appreciate the organization Costco.

Ive liked Costco alot for a while. Its a great place with alot of variety. Now as a new home buyer I look forward to the furnishings they have available that I never took the time to look at before.

Always something unusual to find here. I love to go there when we have a special treat day or friends from out of town visiting. There is always fresh bread and lots of sweets to pick from.

At the Ann Arbor MI location my husband and I were trying to get a parking spot on a busy Sunday afternoon. (our first mistake going on a Sunday) While we were waiting on someone to put in the their last item so we could park some young cart guy knocks on the window and told us we could not wait for a spot????????? We said excuse me? What does that mean.He said you have to keep driving. (there was plenty of room for cars to go by, which they were) We did not move. He returned two seconds later and more aggressively told us to MOVE!! We said NO, we are going to park. Again he says you have to keep driving and from there it went sideways. He was rude, we were rude. I went into the store and spoke with the store manager who said, that was not the way the cart guy should act and told me maybe he was having a bad day??? I said you know what a bad day is...NOT MY PROBLEM. Very typical response from the bleeding heart people in Ann Abor.

Who does not LOVE Costco. Bulk shopping throughout the pandemic has been a literal life saver. Know your prices, not everything is a deal but worth the convenience

This is a big Costco. Lots of products not in a smaller store. Shoppers wore masks during senior hour. After that shoppers started appearing without masks. Not too crowded.

Best kept secret Costco. Always seems less busy than the other SE Michigan Costco’s. Always efficient through checkout and the recent addition of self-checkout make getting in and out so easy.

Picked up some grocery items. Got fuel. It was a Costco Run, quick and easy. Lines were reasonable.

Great market to shop grocery and food. No need to tell furthermore. Reasonable prices with good quality. Staffs are also kind and helpful. Sometimes busy at the peak time. Just avoid peak time.

Awesome. We just pulled into a handicap parking spot and this young man that was working with the carts offered to get me an electric cart. He was so polite and thoughtful. First time visiting the Ann Arbor Costco. Place is humongous. Parking feels a little cramped with all the different roads.Prices/Products same as all Costcos other than few exceptions.Was insanely crowded on saturday.

Great store and staff. Google shows open at 9am on Saturday which is incorrect. Store opens at 9:30 per their website. The store manager or corporate needs to get that corrected. Lots of disappointed shopper waiting in line this morning for the store to open. I’ll update review when they correct the hours.

Great place to buy in bulk. but they dont take Apple pay or Android pay. Be careful of package sizes and prices per item. Those things change often enough for you to need to be on alert. My favorite things to buy here are the spicy habanero cheese, energy bars, apples, bananas, frozen berries, & red wine

We found all but one item. Sad that thisCostco, like the last 4 we shopped at, had no decaf coffee pods. Guess those of us decaf drinkers must shop elsewhere. Also, dont like someone in Washington deciding no chocolate frozen yogurt !

Even if you dont have a membership, come visit TOBIN over at the Food Court. This fella knows how to bring smiles behind even masked faces!!! For example, a small childs parent ordered a slice of pizza, he offers it up to the tot with a (cheerio good chap style) British accent, a slice for the princessss!! and she just giggles and grins and is soooo happy. He shouts order numbers out loud enough so even someone in the parking lot can hear & ensures that EVERYONE knows their order status, where to get their straws and all that jazz. This dude ROCKS and is such a light. SIDE NOTE - If you pay by cash with a clerk in a red vest, it doesnt automatically go to the system so youve got to bring the receipt to someone behind the food court counter. Yes, get the pizza. Yes, get the ice cream. Life is short and tasty is forever. ♥PS Yes, its true, Costco Livonias pizza is better but you still need to get the churros, hot dogs, ice cream & chicken bake over here.

Very clean, well organized and well stocked store. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the tasting tables have been canceled ... but still, its Costco, so you will always find good stuff.

Costco is one of my favorite places on earth! I love buying Kirkland brand Toilet paper and Paper towel (and appreciate it so much more now, since its been sold out quite a bit in recent times). Staff here typically are very friendly and go above and beyond. I love the smiley face drawn on the receipts for my 5 year old as we leave the store!

Just got a membership to go check it out. But couldnt make it through the front door with out them losing there minds cause I wouldnt wear a mask. So I guess they didnt really want my business. Maybe Ill try back once they come to there senses and lose the mask mandate.

This review is for Ann Arbor Costco’s tire shop. I write this hoping I can save at least one person from making the mistake of trying to buy tires there. I generally love shopping at Costco, but their tire shop is horrendous. I bought tires last year and made the mistake of doing it again this year because of the warrantee. Both experiences were ridiculous. Unless it is worth several visits, many hours of your time, and extreme frustration just for one tire, absolutely do not buy tires at Costco. For any interaction you will have to wait in line for at least 30 minutes surrounded by other irate customers. If you try to call, they will either not answer at all for days, or put you on hold if they do answer and never come back. They will tell you that they will call about something and never do. This time I ended up giving up and getting a refund. Even that took almost an hour of my time to do and the tire shop told me I would have to drive there and wait in line again to get it. Neither of the general managers (Stuart and Joey) I then spoke to offered to try to make it right for me or indicated this is not what they expect their customers to go through. This model if fine if you want to go to buy some quality groceries, but I recommend avoiding any department where you would actually need service, such as tires, travel, etc.

Got gas. It was cheaper than anywhere else. Glad I have a membership sho I could shop there.

Went to Costco today, as usual was able to get the items we needed and a few extras that were on sale. Also gas was 2.59.
