Friendly service & nice show room. Just keep in mind you need to go to the warehouse to make most selections. Staff was knowledgeable & able to quickly provide pricing estimates, although we did have to wait to be helped since it was busy.

You better call and check that they are open before you go. Last 2 times Ive gone during their posted regular business hours, its closed. Also they are always out of stock on the granite cleaner :(

Either they misrepresented what would stain the marble installed in our kitchen or they did not seal it properly, but it started getting stains from water as soon as we started using the kitchen. Further, Pascucci refused to participate if any repair to correct their defective work. The repair was completed by a third party and the marble does not stain from water after this repair. It finally looks like what we expected, given the high cost of the marble and installation. Further they sized the marble around the sink incorrectly so that we are not able to use Franke inserts (cutting board, etc.).
