A beautiful store with an amazing collection of antique and vintage items ranging from furniture to cutlery. If re-decorating (or just decorating!) your house, you are very likely to find many items of interest at great price. A must visit for anyone living in the Ann Arbor/Scio area. The owners are really nice, helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful experience here, plan on returning soon!

Communicated with Julie about a chandelier. Was the specific piece we were looking for that was discontinued by the original retailer. Asked her to verify that the item had no damage to it, as we’d be driving several hours to pick it up. She assured me there was no damage. Once we arrived at the store, there were several dents, mottling and rust spots very visible on the piece. We didn’t end up taking it home and are disappointed that they led us to believe it was in good condition and wasted a lot of our time. Can’t believe they were trying to sell a damaged chandelier for the price they were charging and weren’t up front about the damage.

Truly a hidden Gem 💎. Many beautiful items an easy to browse pleasant setting. Every thing in one floor so no steps and or dark basement . All furniture and wall arts and china are set as if it was in your house so easy to choose and you can ask for delivery of larger items . They are always there to help you and answer questions. I this place is the only high-end showroom that is around. You walk in and you walk out feeling like you just dug up a treasure

Friendly staff and a large, varied selection of items sure to go with any style of decor! They are open for browsing if you are looking for a bit of a treasure hunt these days!!! Really classy, lasting furniture selections are hard to come by and theyve got what you need!

The entire store reeked of smoke. A few items seemed grossly overpriced.

Good place to find reasonably priced furniture. The selection is hit or miss, but thats to be expected by virtue of the place itself. Easy parking and exiting near 94.

We had a great experience here. Went in to search for a dresser for our daughter and found a great Art Deco style set for my husband and me. The delivery guys were right on time and speedy.Went back today and Julie spent at least a half hour showing us all the dressers in stock. Some beautiful, high quality items.Check it out if you haven’t yet!

Last Thursday, August 1st, I found a framed signed picture in the second room of the store and wanted to purchase it. There was no price attached. My husband took it to the front counter to ask about the price. The staff said it had just been brought to the store that day, that they didn’t have time to price it yet and added that “people should not go into the back room and pull items out.” As I said, the picture was in the front of the store; not in the “back room.”Sue, one of the women at the front counter, said that she would research the signed photograph, price it and call me the next day to let me know. This never happened.Will we return to the store? Unlikely.

Great consignment store in a nice area with plenty of parking. As consignment stores go, this is one of the nicest in A2. Clean, not dusty and musty. Ive consigned a lot of nice furniture and antiques here that have sold in a timely manner. Peg knows what sells and what wont, so listen to her advice. They also have a store in Jackson.

The delivery guys (Jemel and Joel) are top notch!! It took them a few attempts to get an enormous desk in my basement but they did it with no damage and keeping the greatest attitudes!! I’ll be contacting Jemel again, hopefully he answers. They went through hell to satisfy me today.

Love this store! Some people commented that its a little pricey but they also dont sell junk. You can go to the Salvation Army is you want something cheap. I get the impression that they sell quality items which means you will pay a little more, even if they are used. Ive had nothing but great experiences every time I go in this store. And for the person that commented that they support Trump, leave politics out of this. Do you check with every store you shop at who they voted for? Give me a break! Get a life!

What a gem of a furniture consignment store! They have such a big selection of extremely nice pre-owned items. Its a different store every time you come. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

Delivery and set up was perfect. We couldnt have purchased the pieces without having them delivered. Always a changing selection. Highly recommended.

Westside Furniture is a business without integrity or morals. They took 3 commercial grade pendant lights for consignment and in 8 months, never displayed them and broke one of them when they did get it out of the box. They were to order a new globe for it and instead we are told they threw it out. When I commented about how disappointing it was to have them there for 8 months with them not being displayed, a gentlemen told me they were--the boxes are sealed with the manufacturers tape. This was a lie on his part. My daughter will be waiting for a check. I will update you on how the owner screws her in that process.

On October 21, 2017 I purchased what was listed to be a Yellow LEATHER recliner for $400.00 .. after a few weeks (and very little use as I live alone) the leather began to crack on the upper pillow of the chair. I had a leather upholstery repairman visit my home and was told the chair is NOT leather but vinyl and it cost me $500.00 to fix. My used consignment chair ended up costing $900.00! I contacted you and you have done NOTHING about your false declaration of it being leather OR nothing about any reimbursement I will never shop nor recommend anyone to visit, let alone buy from your disreputable store. You have sleazy busy practices and are dishonest! Shame on you.

Poor experience today. Staff in the back room were doing some work and swearing loudly as they moved a rug. No one said hello when I walked in or goodbye when I left. Very unfriendly place today.
