The old lady running it seems miserable. She was very cold and unresponsive.

Used to love coming here when I was younger. Honestly just wanted to see if I could review American apparel which is closed down. Turns out I cant. Nice head shop, though

Very friendly, helpul and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Great hours of operation (I called and they even stayed open for an extra few minutes until I could get there). I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Seriously a neat little smoke shop up slightly above Ashleys. Lots of incense which is what we were after - they were just out of a few scents. Note they prefer cash. Would totally head back here!

So, yeah, not exactly a Collectibles Store. Brought my wife here on her birthday, on a day of antiquing. Im giving it 5 stars, because Im sure its a nice bong/smoking stuff store if thats your thing. Its not our thing, so I had a lot of questions to answer on the way out. Why did we come here? Have you taken up pot smoking? Is this what a contact high feels like? Surely a birthday experience to remember. LOL.

Super friendly, this place has a lot of unique, high end pieces. The woman running the counter was very friendly and helpful every visit. I did find myself in a unique position where a piece had a minor imperfection that made it leak. I was able to catch it and return back to the store, where they offered to replace it with another (which would have taken some time), or store credit.I am now the happy owner of a Victorious Industries waterpipe that is fast becoming part of the family. When the piece I originally purchased comes back into stock I will be returning for it, to complete my glass collection.I cant wait to go back!

Glass is terrible, bought a $80 bee glass pipe got it home went to take a role and the wing broke, just bought a quarts concentrate bowl piece, toked a couple days and now it just broke out of nowhere. Ill never waste my money on glass from stairway to heaven. Expensive, unreliable. Save your time

Upsold me to something I didn’t need and then less than a day later wouldn’t do any kind of exchange for an obviously unused torch accessory. Was only a $20 item... such a shame that this was my first experience here, as I had my eye on other things in this shop, but I will not be returning like I planned to since I am just not happy with the customer service.
