Lauryn is always so helpful with finding the right shoe and size!

Went in Monday and the blonde worker only sat on her phone. No help for 5 minutes with her not even acknowledging me. Id rather drive 30 minutes to Fairlane just to get a pair of shoes then go back there. Need better management !!

Love! This is the only Journeys store I will shop at. I was just recently there and was helped by a young woman named Autumn who was incredibly kind and helpful! Perfect customer service. She helped me find exactly what size and style I wanted and was very attentive. Unfortunately the store seems to be lacking variety. I couldnt find a style shoe I had saw online. :(

Aiden was awesome. They didnt have any shoes in my sons size so he offered to order them and have them shipped to the house free of charge. He was very pleasant when he spoke and his assistant was very friendly as well. Both were very informative about the products in their store.

Every time I’ve been in this store, the staff has always been friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. Even when the store has been busy, the employees do their best to make sure every customer has been greeted and has been helped. It’s hard to find size 14 in men but the staff has always gone above and beyond to help me out, and returns and exchanges have always been so smooth and easy. Truly a really great location to shop for shoes!

I had to go back to the actual store after they forgot to process the exchange. They wouldnt let me take care of it online, nor over the phone. I had to make an extra trip back to the store to make up for their mistake. Otherwise, friendly service.

OMG! I had the most amazing experience today at this journeys location inside of briarwood. The young lady who helped me was AMAZING! I ended up buying 2 pair of timberlands and ordered some vans. This was my first time, and definitely not my last time shopping at this location. Too bad I didn’t get the young lady’ s name. Great customer service.

My boyfriend bought a pair of boots here, and he wore them out of the store. We walked down one small stretch of the mall and got some frozen yogurt before he decided he didnt like them. He went back to return them and was told they had too much wear and tear from walking down the single stretch of the mall. We are very disappointed in Journeys and have had far better experiences at every other shoe store in the mall.
