Natasha is great! I was trying to place an order over the phone for a jacket that I could not find online, and I was having a very hard time, but as soon as Natasha started helping me all my troubles went away. She was quick and precise and did not leave me hanging. Natasha gets five starts and the store gets three.

Recently treated myself to a few goodies from here on my birthday. I was not very familiar with the history of the brand or the reason people love this stuff, but the staff made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. I was being helped by a nice lady who spoke with a European accent. So informative! Top notch experience! I will definitely come back!

Please note: this review is purely about the customer service at this store, and not so much the products themselves.Walking into this store, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who was making fresh, hot smores complete with graham crackers, chocolate, and a perfectly charred marshmallow. Since we were all adults, we were also treated to a free local beer (half can). To top it all off, the cups were sustainable. One of the most pleasant shopping experiences Ive ever had.As for the actual items in-store, we did not end up buying anything because although they looked very nice and high quality, the prices were slightly out of our price range. Hoping for a sale!

I love all things European. I recently got the kanken online and was amazed by the quality. Wanted to check out the store, the staff was super friendly. Everyone who knows the brand, knows it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it. I walked out with a jacket that I absolutely love :) I feel lucky to have Fjällräven store so close to me. I love Ann Arbor.

My wife and I adore everything in this store. Its well-made, fashionable, and functional.

The associate who helped me was super sweet and helped me figure out which kånken would be best for my schooling and I even got the mini kånken as a purse. I would definitely go back. I had all of my questions answered and the store was welcoming.

The staff member there was busy, but ably helped me track down the backpack I was looking for (High Coast Trail 26). Great shop.

Great clothes. Dont let the prices scare you away. They carry clothes you will love. The staff is very helpful. If its not in stock they can find the color you like online.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive visited the store on 3 separate occasions to try out hiking and camping gear. During the 3 visits I was treated very well. The staff gave me their full attention, gave me advice on what to try and even helped me track down items that were out of stock at most places. Its very rare to experience the level of support you get here. Would recommend for any outdoors enthusiast.

Have had great experiences with online and in store shopping. The staffs were very friendly and very helpful. Even online support were very prompt in answering my questions.The prices arent for everyone but you do get what you pay for with a long history of quality products . I love everything that Ive bought from this company and looking forward to their future products.

I have been in the store twice. And although I cant necessarily afford anything that they sell there, I like to check it out. They have extraordinary well-crafted clothing, shoes, backpacks, etc.on my second visit I was greeted by an employee named Adam. He took me on a tour of the store despite the fact I told him I had no money. He was so excited just to show me the products and to tell me about the care and craftsmanship that goes into every product. orm. And to inform me of fjallravens strict code of ethics when it comes to treatment of their employees and especially the planet and the people that live on it. I was quite impressed. I wound up talking to Adam for nearly an hour about everything. It was by far the best retail experience of my life. made me want to get a better job just so I could afford their products :-)Adam encouraged me to come back any time even if just have a conversation. Hetold me to bring my friends in to encourage other people to stop by. He said his concern was not to sell but rather to inform people and simply to connect with the community. I was quite impressed

This is an interesting brand. They make actual quality outdoor gear, especially for bushcraft and general rough outdoor use, however the clientele at least in Ann Arbor is 100% hipsters that have no intention of going into the woods. The dichotomy here is very apparent. You have $150+ flannel shirts that arent even wool, just cotton, alongside some damn good outdoor pants that are actually a decent value. Theyre kind of turning into Canada Goose, a company that makes quality products but slowly realized the majority of their demographic will not use the product as intended, and it becomes just another fashion brand.

Nice looking products, but overrated. I suppose theres people buying this stuff but its me. I didnt see anything I wanted in here.

Awesome new store front in downtown ann arbor. Great selection of outerwear for the cold months as well as the best t-shirts and backpacks you can buy. Service is excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to help you with whatever you need. Store is new and very clean & bright interior. 5 stars all the way around !

I cannot say enough good things of Fjällräven. Quality meets impecible customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to meet your satisfaction.

You just can’t beat the quality of Fjällräven products, so the pleasant, helpful staff was the cherry on top. Great store, highly recommend d stopping by and taking a look at their products and talking with the staff :)

Very nice employees! However, I will admit to major sticker shock at how much you can spend to play outside in the dirt. Seriously, look up the prices on their hiking pants! Just, wow! I could be getting old....

Its a nice place with attentive customer service, but as anyone who is familiar with this brand will know it is pricy. I like the Scandinavian style so I try to check it out on holidays when they have sales and special offers.
