They seem like they dont know what theyre doing. They insisted that I buy insurance before they even went over the financing plan. I had to go back to sign some documents because they forgot to get me to sign something.And youll feel the pressure to purchase gap coverage. Theyll rush you and pressure you instead of calmly explaining everything you need to know.

Scott was awesome! Several people came in for the vehicle I was looking at while we were negotiating and he promptly let them know we were in talks and that it was off the table. I got a very fair and reasonable price considering the demand for Chevy Suburbans with absolutely awesome rate. Ill be back to see Scott in a few years for an upgrade.

I’d been searching and trying to find not only a car, but a facility that was willing to work with me. I struggled locally and had heard about Suburban Outlet Center through my dad. I met Dan Shew when I got there. He showed me the car I was interested in. I drove it, loved it and I had to have it. He was able to get me financed at very affordable rate! Had a Saturday morning appointment and Dalton called about an hour before the appointment to confirm, I told him I was on my way but would be about 10 minutes late because of storms and construction. I ended up going to the other/larger Suburban location because that was the address on the listing for the truck. Got there 15 minutes after the appointment, Dalton was working with a client--no big deal, I waited until he was done. Walks right past me to chit chat with a couple guys waiting at the door to drive a car (mind you I was in front of Daltons desk about 8 feet behind his initial customer). Ok, go to the front, introduce myself to Dalton while hes talking to the pair up front. I get the keys, take it for a test drive, back in 15-20 minutes, walk in, all but one sales rep still in the building. Ask where Dalton went, hell be right back they say. I walk back out front where I parked the car, called my wife, talked about making an offer, went back in, no Dalton after being on the phone with my wife for about 15 minutes going over everything. I tell the lone sales rep Id like to make an offer. We dont negotiate. Its a company policy and we have the internet so we know were charging a competitive price... Ok, thats a new one. They wont negotiate, wont cover any aspect of tax/title/fee/etc, guy gives me the out the door price. Still, Dalton is a no show. So, I left, no follow up from Dalton, waste my time and now less than a week later, listing went from $6490 to $5999. For not negotiating they love to A. change their prices and B. waste peoples time with bad service.Long story short: bad service, unreliable sales people, and theres white mold in the carpet all along the bottom of the front windows

I purchased a used 03 Subaru Legacy for about $4500 it was pretty rusty but ran ok for about three months for an oil change. They told me the car is leaking from just about everywhere and to take it into a shop. I took it into a repair shop and they told me I need to start looking for a new car and said repairs would cost more than $7000. So I’m upset about this and took it back to Suburban to talk with Mina Boles and get said the most he is willing to offer to buy it back is $500...so needless to say, you should avoid this place.

The car we went to see was far worse than the pictures on line it took 15 to 20 minutes for a sales person to come out of there building after we called ahead and then the keys were not on site so we had to wait the car was not disclosed as being in such bad shape o didnt I mention that we drove all the way from kalamazoo to get bad sales service and see a car that should of been sent to auction or put out back as a defective unit and Not a Quality Used Car very dissatisfied and disappointed be very careful and look close at the car this one was a first class clunker and I believe they knew it out my time has and respect for this dealership

I was looking at a vehicle on their website had cash in hand to buy it and was told it sold. The same vehicle was still on the website 2 weeks later so I called again and was told they didnt have the title to the vehicle because things are backed up due to covid. Two weeks later its still listed as available on the website drove 45 minutes yesterday cash in hand and they still dont have a title for it. Something very shady about this place Ill take my cash elsewhere.

Awesome service, I stopped in to test drive a few vehicles and was given excellent service by Myles. He took my family and I around the lot to different vehicles and explained the positives of each vehicle. We found a couple that we liked and drove them, and found that there were things about them we didnt even know. Myles was so helpful in getting us the right fit, the management was very helpful in explaining and understanding what our best courses of action were for our situation, and the office was warm and cozy with free coffee and tea for everyone. Would highly recommend them, very friendly and helpful.

I pray you have the option to go anywhere else but here to purchase a vehicle. My experience with both the sales rep and the manager Andre was deplorable, unprofessional and very sneaky. I informed them on the Wednesday I went in that it was my first time buying my own car and that I had been pre-approved by the bank. Instead of helping me, they took advantage. Did a hard pull of my credit (without my permission), lied and told me they had sent my purchase order to the bank and it had been approved — when I called to confirm they hadn’t received anything. I was even informed the manager had actually gone to my bank asking about my approval. I received multiple text messages to come sign papers all while the bank still didn’t have the purchase order. Turns out they were trying trick me into finance through them by signing those papers & got caught. On Monday when the bank had FINALLY received the purchase order and I confirmed pick up of the car I received another text telling me they had sold it. No warning, no phone call just very shady business. Please, please do yourself a favor and go give your money somewhere else.

Called this place for car I seen online was told its available so I made an appointment to get in asap. Drove from Southfield to downtown to drop my son off since its not safe to take him then I drove to Ann Arbor for sales rep Myles to have me sitting almost an hour to tell me the car is sold. What a complete waste of time and gas. He claim the car sold before I arrived why not text me or call and say its gone instead have me sitting around for an hour while myles sat at his desk texting with no sense of urgency to assist me after driving over an hour for NOTHING..wish I had read the reviews 1st now Im kind of glad I didnt purchase from here so thank you Myles I will definitely spend my cash elsewhere

Sam I would have to disagree with you. This place is not run down. Could use a few renovations but over all its decent. My sales man Scott was upfront with me from the beginning. The whole time I was here it was busy and all of the sales staff said the same thing to every customer from what I heard. He informed the that these are As- is vehicles and all they do is make sure they start up, safe to drive and change the oil and detail them . A few people took the vehicle they were interested in to their mechanic prior to them buying it. I was here for a few hours, so I do recommend that you get here early in the day. But Im over all satisfied with my new jeep.

Do not waste your time! Shop is dirty, Men are VERY unprofessional! Scheduled a Test Drive for a car I had called and emailed about. They assured me that it drove and no check engine light was present and thats about it. So I leave work early, drive 45 min to arrive there and be greeted by no one. Go inside, They take me out to the car.... Car doesnt start and the guy says, you dont wanna buy this car, trust me. We jump the car and start it up go to drive and car doesnt even more 2 feet before stalling out. Too Sum it up, Men Unprofessional, Car didnt run, crack in windshield they never told me about, and the salesmen said to not buy it.... WHY would you let me drive 45 MIN to attempt to test drive a car that you know is a bad car. HORRIBLE experience, Wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Car I bought here turned out to be a Salvage Title.I bought the car at this location a few years back. Bought a new car at Honda dealer today and found out that the car Suburban had sold me was an Insurance Totaled Salvage Title from the carfax. Killed the trade in value and might explain a few of the quirks the car had during my time with it.Lesson 1: Dont Buy SuburbanLesson 2: Check the carfax

Read the reviews!!! AVOID!!! I had the same experience as others, I was ready to buy a vehicle, arranged financing and put insurance on it only to be told it had been sold minutes before I got there. Now the same vehicle that was sold is still there weeks later! This is a scheme designed to get you in a bind and try to purchase something else on the lot. Its extremely dishonest, I will be contacting Suburban corporate and BBB about this.

Do not shop here. Most car places are falling over sideways to make you happy, this tells you to stick it. I drove a long way for a very specific vehicle and every part of this experience has been difficult. I get the Impression they do not actually care of they sell anything. You are interrupting their break.

Again unless its a brand new car DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR LEMON LOT. After complaining and posting a review about a vehicle that was not a week old and discovering that it needs a timing chain. I called several staff members and never got one call back!! Scott S., Andre and Scott Green. The worst part was I was referred to a general manager named Mike that doesnt work there!! They terrible then I left several voice mails for the new general manager Bob still nothing. Trust me dont do it!!!

Drove out in snow to see a car only to be told that they sold it earlier. Would have been nice to know before I went to pick it up. But not had me drive out for nothing only to try to sell me something else. I wish I could leave less than a one star. But I supposed what do you expect from a used car salesman. The store has cracked glass and some of the lights are out. That should be an indication of the reputation they create for themselves. The car I bought has no ac, a rough transmission, and the radio code is invalid. The staff was watching tmz the whole time I was there. They made up a no negotiations policy, which is unheard of in the business of car dealership. They talked amongst themselves about having to change phone numbers due to threatening calls. That is how decieptfully they do business. I will never buy a car from a dealership again after having delt with these low class, unmotivated, fraudulent salesmen. I’ve heard that a salesman is not a real man, but they are less than human and deserve to be treated as such. The despicable disregard for their reputation, community, pavement, office, and product is why I gave this “business” one star.

TERRIBLE!!! do not go here... like many reviews from them, i drove an hour to see car... had check engine light i asked why he said i don’t know.. lol okay took it to auto zone wasn’t a terrible fix so i came back the next day again drove an hour to sign off on car and he said “i have bad news, someone is in the process of buying that car right now are you sure you don’t want to look at other cars?” Uhm no!!!! Should’ve told me when you knew i was on my way!!! Suburban in Farmington hills is way better... signed for a car right after i left there. Much nicer there not run down like this place

I went there to purchase a particular car I had been speaking to a inexperienced salesman about that whole day. Even insured the car which he knew, prior to me coming there. Got there to write a check and he failed to tell me another person was in the middle of financing the same car!! Until we were test driving the vehicle and even let me get it checked at auto zone!The man was then approved and they sold the car to him because he was physically there first 20 mins before me even though Austin knew I would be there after work to purchase the car. Worst experience trying to buy anything in my life. I understand policy but that is no way to do business. The main dealership didnt do anything about it either, just tried haggle me into buying a damaged car for over the price of the car I was hoping to originally buy.I will never do business here in the future and niether will my family or friends.Completely digusted with the way I was treated.
