The Service Personnel are dishonest. Bottom-line, check your bill thoroughly! I have been overcharged for service and repair. Duplicate services were performed and charged. Unnecessary and up-charged services are suggested. I have been charged for repairs covered under the warranty. They have refused to refund overcharges that they acknowledge were erroneously calculated. Worst of all, they don’t listen. I have to check that the repairs I requested were actually performed. I have asked for a new key the last two times I was in for service and have yet to get it. When completed, the repairs are solid (many thx to the repair staff, the people who actually perform the repairs).ADVICE: If you have a warranty, make sure to ask whether the repair is covered. If you have a discount, make sure it was applied, before you pay. Don’t expect help from the service manager who gets annoyed when errors are brought to his attention.

Went to this dealership because they are close to my office, and they are fantastic! Ive had an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replaced. They are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Another thing is that they understand that life happens. I do not get out of work until 5 PM, and they have been happy to take my Charger in for the services I need, even though they close at 6 PM. They have even been kind enough to run my car through the wash when birds have gotten a little too friendly while I was at work. This is my new favorite Mopar dealership, and I will be sure to buy my next car from them!

A friend of mine found a used truck she wanted at Suburban Jeep in Ann Arbor. I was uncomfortable with going to a dealership, (let me check with my manager ) let alone Ann Arbor-(sorry, Im from Detroit! ) She was very particular and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate her. No eye-rolling at the girl who wanted to buy a truck.I hadnt planned on a new, used car, but while there with my friend, I found a car that I was interested in. I received the same attentive service.This great service started with our salesperson-Ashley and continued with Mike, the Used Car Manager right through to Steve the General Mgr. After the purchase, I was sure they were going to try and push add ons, but they didnt, they just explained everything I could purchase and talked to me about things that might be useful. Not ONCE did anyone say let me talk to my manager!Most impressive, after I purchased the car, this dealership continued to assist me tying up loose ends-things I had neglected to ask or deal with before the purchase! I heartily recommend this particular dealership-it was definitely worth the drive!

This is a great dealership....I worked with Mike Gardner....Mike was able to get me out of my Toyota lease with 14 months left, and into a 2021 Jeep Compass Limited.....Mike put the enjoyment of getting a new car experience back where it should be..... Mike is the most genuine sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with...I highly recommend paying him a visit if your in the market for a new vehicle......All the people I had contact with were great, finance dept, cashier, service dept, etc......The dealership itself was equally awesome, the entire place is spotless, clearly much time and effort has been spent making the dealership a pleasant environment to purchase or lease a new car !!!

I am typically not one to leave reviews, but this situation calls for one. Make sure to persistently look over the shoulder of whomever is doing your paperwork at this establishment; unfortunately that’s what’s required when dealing with their finance associates. In my case, they sent my title to a completely wrong address. This resulted in an unnecessary change of address for me, and an incredible amount of time trying to track down and get a new title at the secretary of state’s office. When I called the dealership to ask for a remedy (or an apology at the very least), I was essentially disregarded and dismissed. It’s a shame — I really enjoyed working with their salesmen, but the logistical side of this business is truly lacking.

My review may change depending on the sales teams ability to respond. Im waiting on an answer from this place about a used ram they have available for sale. I test drove the truck. It had a burning smell coming from the ac while the fan was on. I told them if this can be fixed Id like to buy the truck. They agreed to have it looked at. Its been a week now and still no response. I guess Ive been cast aside or something. Sent a message today to see whats going on and still nothing. Im hoping this place will save face and at least respond so I can continue my search for a truck. A little disappointed so far.

It should not have taken three trips to get it fixed but he went above my expectations by cleaning the car inside and out...it looked like new and so far, no oil is leaking on my garage floor!!

I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in for multiple concerns; oil change, to check out a humming sound, and for an estimate for a claim after improperly sealed paint spilled 2 gallons of paint over my carpeting and under seats. Yikes! right? Christopher was extremely patient. The oil change was performed speedily. The claim estimate was tedious (in my opinion) due to the many parts, and part numbers that were affected and involved. I appreciate Christophers incredible attention to detail. Staff was masked up and socially distanced. Every layer of protection and consideration afforded during this pandemic is duly appreciated.An added bonus was the car wash. It was nice to return to pick up a shiny car. :) Now....to get the estimates accepted....

I purchased a truck from them late last year. Since I have had the truck I have to put over $10,000 into repairs. The first repair was needed after 3 days and less then 100 miles after I purchased the truck. When I talked to the dealership they said that they didn’t have to do anything about it due to the fact that I signed a as is purchase agreement. After taking it to a mechanic I was told that the code was stored in the trucks memory which means that the code was cleared before sale to hide the problem. Also the truck did not meet emissions standards because the emissions were deleted. There is a federal law that states a dealership can’t do such. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership never again.

I had a lovely experience. My salesperson, Nico, was AMAZING. I like things to be easy, and he definitely made this easy. I contacted him a week before I came to test drive, and he did not pester me the entire week (when Id been non-stop getting calls, texts, and emails from other dealerships). But between all of the othera, this was THE BEST value I could have possibly gotten. Their vehicles are reasonably priced, with nice features, and lower miles than anywhere else Ive observed.As for Nico himself? Super fun. Laid back, funny, and very, very kind. I had a very nice time, which is unusual when Im inside, or in close proximity to, a car dealership 🤣 I am definitely coming to him exclusively in the future! The salespeople make the experience, and this guy is the bees knees. Thank you, Nico, for giving us all a very comfortable and relaxing experience. :) Well be back, but hopefully not too soon!

Exceptional! Perfect! Fast! No Lies! That is my experience. It takes a lot for me to give a car dealership 5 stars based on so many past bad scenarios from other dealers. My Salesperson Melanie was great. Since I live 45 miles away she took a video of the car pointing out certain things that I had questions about. She and the used car manager Mike stayed late for me to come up and test drive the car and never acted put out at all. Communication was exceptional. Financing was easiest ever. Very covid compliant. To top it off, the car I purchased was actually a higher option package than they described, so it was simply a great purchase at a very fare price considering how high most car prices are right now. Thank you Suburban Team!

This place is the best. All the people working there are so cool. I purchased a Dodge Charger and the process went very smooth. My sales consultant Avery Allen was very cool. She is very calm and composed and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. The Finance Manager Nick is awesome and I had to make him stay beyond his working hours (sorry Nick). All other sales people are very friendly as well and chat with you, something I have never experienced previously. Overall, a must visit for anypany car buyer.

Theres no such rating as ten-stars, but for me there is now! I went in not expecting much, let alone receive the service that I ended up getting. Mike Gardner pulled out ALL the stops! My credit isnt terrible, but its not impressive either. The magic workers, as well as Mike worked on the deal ALL day. Who does that?! I also want to thank the amazing rockstars (behind the scene miracle workers) that worked hard. It was awesome and well worth it. I was able to get into a 2021 JEEP Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary Edition for less than what I feared would be a ridiculous amount of money. This squashed the infamous stigma car dealerships have had by a long shot! I cant thank you all enough!

We took our van in for service and we had a MOPAR maximum care plan that covered the vehicle for life. Not only did they over charge us claiming that we had to pay the $100 deductible for each issue with the vehicle but when they did not fix the problem, they tried to charge us more too look at it again and fix it. They treated me like I was an idiot and treated my husband with so much more respect. They are crooks and we will never use heir service again.

Avoid this place especially the one on Jackson rd totally just pulled a bait and switch on me wasting part of my Saturday and nothing irritates me more then a bait and switch.I put off going to get a car from a place in Ohio to possibly buy a car from them they said they had untill i arrived and then Miraculously they just sold it.Response to MangerSo you are telling me you sold the car between 7:26pm Friday and 9:39am Saturday you close at 6pm Friday and dont open untill 10am Saturday you guys texted at both those times so you sold a vehicle while closed. just admit it was a bait and switch and if you are willing to lie to me once you would do it again sorry wont ever trust or recommend your dealership.

I had the most EXCELLENT experience at Suburban Chrysler Dodge. From my first initial contact with the dealership, staff were extremely personable, professional, and helpful. I was not nagged like I had previously been by other dealerships. My sales representative, Drew N. was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, product line, and was able to match me with the exact type of vehicle that I was looking for, as well as negotiate a price I was comfortable with. This was my first time leasing a new car, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I will definitely return to Suburban when my lease ends, as well as highly recommend them to everyone.

Very nice staff, but they tried to sell us a 2015 Jeep Wrangler with a drive shaft leaking oil and feedback on the radio when you accelerate (which leads me to believe it had a faulty ignition coil). The leak was very bad and the undercarriage looked cleaned so they must have known that it had it while trying to sell it to us. If you plan on buying from them, make sure you take a long test drive and have someone look it over.

Kicking myself for getting my Promaster 1500 anywhere else! Def going here for anything car-related. Made an appointment for next day service on my van. Simple tire rotation and oil change. They promptly and warmly greeted us, even noticed my nerdy keychain and made a reference! Little things in customer service can really make a difference. Quick service too! Out in under an hour on a Saturday, which has honestly never happened to me at a dealership before. They were honest about tires and said I didn’t even need a rotation yet. Decent prices, make sure to see if they have specials on the website. They have a really quiet, clean waiting area with plenty of beverages.

Before I bought the car there was a squeaking noise in the front end. They said they would fix it before I buy it but didn’t. I’ve tried multiple times to get ahold of the manger and he will not pick up. Would not recommend this place to my family or friends. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get my struts fixed and thermostat. Very disappointed!!

Couple of issues:The Email that was sent to me to drop off the car, for contactless service was not working. No Scheduling number was provided, that was required to utilize the service.Service check in person refused to call me with an estimate, but insisted that I pay for a diagnostic fee $116.00 for a car that is in warranty.I then received a call from another service person stating that the issue could be fixed at $440.00. Found the part on mopar.com for $23.00I declined the repair, when picking the car up, I walked up to the service parts area, rang the bell for service and was told someone would be with me shortly. 10 min later while standing there and listening to the employees talking about everything but, (that could be considered work related)I was eventually assisted and the $23.00 part (here $33.00 ) was not in stock, but was told it could be here the next day, I accepted for the order to be placed.The services what I requested was completed in a timely manner.I would caution anyone to utilize this Service department without doing a bit of research first.

Melanie and Steve saved the day! We had been trying to sell our 2018 Jeep wrangler private party. Steve reached out and gave a great offer straight up. We ended trading in the jeep and our 2019 Pacifica for a brand new hybrid within 24 hours. Melanie handled the transaction with us, got the exact Pacifica we wanted and the paperwork ready to go. Quoted us a month lease price and it stayed the same through the entire process. Kept us up to date and even made arrangements to make sure we had our new Pacifica before going on our weekend getaway and set up a time to pick up our other vehicle the following Monday. Melanie even followed up on the weekend to see how things were going. I was very impressed and so glad they took the time and made the trade ins as easy as possible!

I have gone here for the last four oil changes. I request a five tire rotation on my wrangler so the spare wears evenly. The first two times it was no issue. The third time they forgot to do it and I waited an extra half hour for it to get done. This time they said it was unneeded cause the tires on the vehicle were fine. This will cause them to wear unevenly, shouldn’t need to explain this to a car dealership. Anyway I didn’t have time to wait this time, will not be returning here. Such a simple request for a shop.

I have had such an amazing experience with all the people who work here! Not only is Travis, the service coordinator great at his job.... Kevin is the BEST! I brought my jeep in because I thought I was having engine problems. I dropped my jeep off in the afternoon and I was told they were very overloaded. I was thinking I would get a call in a few days at the very least. Kevin called me that night to apologize that they didnt have a chance to run a diagnostic test yet! (It was only 5 hours after I dropped it off!!). Kevin called me first thing the next day and told me the issue! They got out of their way to do the job and to do it right! When I picked up my jeep, Kevin was so kind. I realized I forgot to ask him a question about my muffler and he physically got down on his hands and knees to screw in a part tighter. It was 95 degrees and they were BUSY! I can honestly say, they all care for what they do! They truly go out of their way to do their best work! I am so happy with my experience! You guys are AMAZING! I will be a forever customer! Thank you, Kevin! Oh…. And Kevin knew I was riding my bike in 95-degree weather to pick up my Jeep so he offered to have them pick me up. I know that’s something that is standard at most dealerships but it was the way that it was suggested. I trust this dealership 100%!

I made an appointment for Friday @ 7am, I called about noon that day(Friday), they said my car is on the docket to be looked at today. They never called to tell me an update that evening. So I called a few hours in on the next day (Saturday) and they said they had no information on diagnosis and that it will be probably be on Tuesday before they got to it! I dealt with Doug E. Fresh at the dealership and he provided an unprecedented demonstration of professionalism and salesmanship. After submitting my query online, Doug E. Fresh was the first person to follow up on my request, get me the information I needed, and went on to sell me a car, within about 2 days. My search for a car was very strategic so when it came time to buy, I already knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Doug was able to put my work to reality, and now I am a proud owner of my FIRST Chrysler product. Because I was pressed for time, and very particular, I had my doubts, especially having talked to so so many people responding to my request for information. The entire transaction was handled like text book, find what you want, talk to Doug, sign and drive. The way car buy is supposed to be in the next generation of eCar buying. The staff I dealt with was very polite and my vehicle was serviced more quickly that the original estimate I was given.The waiting area WiFi was strong and not crowded, which was great.The only reason Im not giving the experience five starts is because there were several staff members I noticed who werent wearing masks (along w/ a few customers). I took my Jeep to this dealership for a routine oil change in May 2020.Upon checking in, the rep handed me a report that stated that my Jeep was due for several routine interventions (fluid changes, etc) and that this would amount to $1200. My Jeep has 45,000 miles on it. I declined, planning to have a second opinion check done, and asked for the oil change only. The rep then said, OK, well call you with the results of our 27 point inspection. Sure enough, when he called me, he reported that there were several repairs that were evidently needed including strut replacements, brake pad replacements, several fluid line changes, etc and that the bill would be ~ $3000. I declined, and took the Jeep the next week to a recommended independent shop in Dexter, and asked for a complete inspection in advance of a long trip. They advised that my Jeep was fine. I then walked through all of the repair recommendations that had been made by Suburban, and was told specifically that none of these was necessary at all, and that everything looked fine. Rip off attempt?

Horrible service for my Jeep Wrangler. I took it in to be serviced (made an appointment) and said it should take an hour at most. Well, it took over a day and a half and they never contacted me to give an update or ETA! I had to constantly call and ask if the car was ready and what the problem was and never got a clear answer on the phone ever. When I went to pick up the car finally, they didn’t even bother to tell me what the problem was or what services were performed. They just handed me a piece of paper and my keys. Each time I have interacted with Suburban Jeep, I have been treated kindly, calmly and with respect. For service this time, I sent my 17 year old daughter by herself for her first time to get service on her Jeep Compass, our teens car. Had a coolant leaking problem on my jeep. They checked my car and gave me a $7000+ estimated bill (almost half the current value of my jeep) and charged me $100+ (if I memorized it correctly) inspection fee. And even says theres a severe oil leak under the engine. I guess they just cant tell the difference between oil and coolant. Finally I spent $500+ replacing the radiator and hose myself. However after I took down the old ones, I found there was no leak on either of them, and of course no oil leak under the engine. Could have been fixed only with a $10 coolant hose clamp on eBay.

This place has horrible customer service! The woman that I spoke with about the vehicle I was interested in told me to Filled out the financing application, that my credit took a hit because of and to let her know when I did complete it so that someone from the Finance Management would contact me. That same day I emailed and called her to let her know I completed the finance application. I received no response or correspondence until late evening the next day she emailed me back someone will be getting in contact with you ASAP. And that never happened. I believe these people practice discrimination and at the very least are 100% unprofessional, there was no reason for me not to be contacted back and they definitely did not show any business tactic in trying to work with me!

I have serviced all three of my vehicles at Suburban Chrysler Ann Arbor and the service is always great. But yesterday I brought in my 1961 DeSoto for it’s annual service. The whole place went out of their way to make sure that car was treated like a “Senior Citizen Celebrity”. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Getting more and more frustrated with this dealer. Made two appointments one they said they dont do the service even though I booked the appointment online a week prior they waited til I showed up to tell me. Then I booked my oil change and tire rota and again they dont do that by appoin and it would be 1.5 hour wait. Let alone the $2,300.00 in maintenance 3.months after my purchase. This has not been a good year dealing with this dealership which is why my wife bought her Renegade from Yark in Toledo.
