I had SUCH a wonderful experience at Beloved Bridal with Meg last November!! She was so kind and made my dress search so fun and memorable. I ended up coming back a week after my original appointment and purchased a sample gown. Our wedding was this August and I could not have felt more beautiful in my wedding dress! So thankful for Beloved Bridal!

Beloved Bridal is THE BEST. Both times I went I had an amazing time and felt so comfortable. Ashley and Chelsea were absolutely incredible and so sweet. Ashley helped me find the perfect dress for me the first time I came in to find my style with my two best friends, and Chelsea helped me give my mom, sister and to-be mother-in-law the full experience (once they were able to make the drive) before we showed them THE dress at the end. I recommend anyone in the AA/Ypsi area to come to Beloved Bridal! This sister business is so empowering and fun - a truly unique and special bridal boutique. I cant wait for my big day on July 23rd!

Where to start with this place because there are too many good things to say! First, the team at Beloved Bridal is truly exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and immediately felt like I had known her forever. She was so helpful in not only helping me find my dress but put together my whole bridal look. I also love that this place is woman owned and by the most wonderful and fun sisters. They have a wide arrange of dresses for everyones budget and so many fun accessories to play with. 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop. Not only are all of their dresses stunning, but the owners are lovely to work with. They really make you feel special and do everything they can to help you find your perfect dress. Going here is an experience, really the experience all brides should have. My family and i came here for my first wedding dress try on. the salon is absolutely stunning, it felt like being in a new york high rise! there were so many gorgeous, unique dresses at this place. i loved everything i tried on in its own way. Chelsea was amazing and so helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. She gave plenty of time to weigh out options. No pressure or pushiness to buy anything. although i didnt find my dress here, i cannot recommend it enough! ladies, add this place to your wedding dress try-on schedule!!

I cannot recommend them enough! I met with Meg (twice) before deciding on my dress. Both times she was absolutely amazing. Every single dress in their shop is absolutely stunning. Meg was able to pull dresses for me based on what I liked and didn’t like about each of the other dresses I tried on which made the experience much more efficient and less overwhelming. Meg made me feel so comfortable and was never pushy or rushed me. Pictures were highly encouraged which I appreciated. Everything about both of my visits was absolutely perfect!

They also took time to step away so my mom, sister and I could discuss the dresses. They are truly boss babes who know the industry well and are wonderful with providing recommendations and suggestions that helped me feel like the most stunning bride to be with finding my dream dress. After having a stressful nightmare of an experience with my first Wedding dress that I had purchased from a different bridal salon and having only 2 months before my wedding day when I finally decided to ditch the dress, the girls at Beloved Bridal were an absolute life saver! I did my fitting with Meg and after seeing my Pinterest board and talking about my style interest, the very first dress she had me put on ended up being everything I was looking for and the dress I bought! She nailed it! Their salon is absolutely beautiful and very private. The designers they carry have stunning gowns that are the best quality, well worth the extra price range. My dress came very fast and fit me great, needing only minor alterations! So glad I ended up deciding to ditch my other dress and going here. Finding my wedding dress at Beloved was one of the happiest days of my life. The salon itself is stunning. So luxe and elegant, and they played a Spotify radio station of my choice which set the vibe off right.My stylist Chelsea was the true hero of the day. I connected with her immediately, and felt comfortable the entire time. She was patient, attentive, engaged, and gathered all my feedback from the dozen dresses I tried on to eventually pull the perfect gown for me. I actually cried when I stood in front of the mirror. Chelseas opinion and expertise was instrumental. And her goofy personality was such a match for me and my outrageous bridesmaids (and mom). Afterward, we celebrated with champagne and took cute photos and boomerangs to remember the day.Truly the most joyful and unforgettable experience. Im so grateful.

I had the best experience with Chelsea at Beloved! It was my first time trying on dresses and it was the only appointment I made. I was worried I should have made appointments at multiple boutiques but also wanted to not drag out the process too much (it would end up confusing me if I did) and I’m so glad Beloved was the place I picked because Chelsea helped me find the PERFECT dress right away. She was very in tune with my style and you can tell she puts in a lot of effort to get to know each bride’s personality and personal style. She was also very respectful of budget. Sometimes you worry if you share your max budget they will pinch every penny out of you but Chelsea picked plenty of dresses that were well under budget leaving me room for accessories after.

FIVE STARS for beloved bridal! I visited a couple of other local salons in the area, and Beloved goes above and beyond in attention to detail, customer service, and beautiful gowns. Ashley was so great at making me feel comfortable in different dresses, listening to what me and my guests were saying, then pulling just the right (slightly different) dress from the collection. I felt like my experience at Beloved was a loving journey that ended in the perfect dress. I slept on the decision then returned the next day to place the order for the dress. I was so glad that I stopped by in person because they made sure all the order details were correct, etc. I wish I had another dress to shop for because it was such a wonderful experience!! I had the GREATEST experience at Beloved Bridal last weekend! I was initially nervous about my dress shopping experience (my mother, future MIL and future SIL joined me), and Ashley immediately put me at ease from the moment we walked into the studio! I had the best experience with The Gown Shop! I felt so special and taken care of when going in to choose my wedding dress. I was initially apprehensive because I knew ahead of time that they only book one appointment at a time. Im the kind of girl that likes to be left alone when Im shopping because I hate a lot of attention on me! Needless to say I was nervous, but the second that I stepped into the Gown Shop I felt like I was in a fairytale! My attendant for the day gave me such great advice about the different styles of gowns that I was trying on and helped me to find the perfect one. The Gown Shop also recommends seamstresses when you buy your gown, and that gave me so much more confidence going in to have my dress altered! Thank you for helping me find my perfect gown!!

Good luck getting in contact with this store. I have tried on a Sunday during business hours as well as a few weeks later on a Saturday. I tried to request an appt online with no response. You would think someone would answer or they’d have a voicemail setup but that’s not the case here…Also the voice system that you get when no ones answers says to email a specific email address for more information or for an appt and you cannot understand the person when they say it- sounds like they say it too fast and it doesn’t sound right at all.Upsetting cause I want to see their dress selection.UPDATE: The response from the store is untrue. I have sent in appt requests and there is no option of leaving a voicemail- which is what I said above. I was not able to email as the recording a caller hears when they do not answer is very unclear. So I never said I sent an email or a voicemail. This store is just hard to reach at all times of day via phone or in person, as I also tried that when I could not get a hold of them via phone. Their site does say to see if there’s a possibility of a same day appt to call. Not useful when no one answers the phone.

Honestly top notch experience. I chose Beloved Bridal to shop for my dress as I was looking for a personal boutique experience. And they delivered 100% and then some. Myself and my gals who came along all were incredibly impressed from start to finish. I worried ahead of time that I would not find something I love, but I did research their designers and felt safe in Beloved Bridals hands. So so happy I made this decision and cant wait to get the dress in hand.

Beloved Bridal exceeded my expectations entirely. I scheduled my first dress appointment with them completely expecting to not find anything - just wanting to get the process started - but unexpectedly fell in love and found the dress! The Beloved team kept in close contact with me leading up to the appt and did a fantastic job and capturing my style and having amazing dresses picked and ready for me as soon as I arrived. My consultant, Meg, was a dream to work with and made the entire process far more comfortable and fun than I imagined it could be. I felt free to express my unfiltered opinion on everything, and really felt like I was getting honest feedback in return. She gave us the perfect amount of space to have personal discussions as a group, but then always came right back in when we needed assistance. If I wanted to see something a different way, Meg was happy to make adjustments. I tried on ~6 dresses, but ended up loving the second one I tried the most, so they let me put it back on two more times and take videos/photos for family in it with all the accessories. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process!

I drove to beloved bridal from chicago because they carried a dress i couldnt find anywhere else, and im so glad i did! the space is beautiful and the selection of dresses was beyond what i found anywhere else. meg was great in helping me choose a few different styles and even took a ton of great photos for me since i shopped solo. i ultimately left choosing the dress i came for, and the ordering and pickup process was super smooth. 10/10, would definitely recommend beloved bridal to other midwest brides.

I live in Chicago, but chose Beloved Bridal as the first destination to go wedding dress shopping since my family lives in the Ann Arbor area. Look no further. The owners of beloved bridal are an absolute joy to work with, and their selection of dresses is both unique and stunning. On my first ever dress shopping trip here (or anywhere for that matter), I found the two most perfect dresses for our wedding. In the interest of being thorough, I visited another shop in Birmingham which further highlighted that both the selection, pricing, and professionalism I found at Beloved bridal was unparalleled.Thank you for making at least one part of planning a 2020 wedding lovely! :)

This was the best experience of my life. I went to the gown shop in distress. I had purchased a wedding dress for my 10 year vow renewal at another store (the dress shop) and had their internal alterations alter my dress. At pickup 4 weeks before my wedding in Mexico I picked up my dress and they had completely ruined my dress. I had holes (a lot), missing beading, uneven hem line, cups put in upside down. I was in a panic. I looked up wedding dress stores that sold sample dresses and found the gown shop. I made an appointment for the next day, came in the next day with my daughter and told them about issue, I had 4 weeks to find a dress and have it altered. These ladies were the BEST! They were determined to make sure I found the perfect dress and that is exactly what I did. I found the most beautiful dress. I was hesitant to try it on at first but they encouraged me just to try it. It was everything I didnt realize I was looking for!!! I cannot begin to thank them enough for their kindness and patience with me as it was clearly an extremely stressful time. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Five stars does not do this bridal shop justice! I couldnt have dreamed of anywhere better than Beloved for my first bridal gown shopping experience. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted with warmth, kindness, and a sense of comfortability. I had a vision in mind that Ashley went above and beyond to bring to life. Both Ashley and Megan made the experience seamless and effortless. When I left the shop feeling unsure (because it was my first time and I wanted to be 100% certain), they continued to reach out and check in on me to see where I was at in the process; but after visiting several other shops, I could not find any dress that compared to the one I loved at Beloved. Not only are the dresses drop-dead-gorgeous, but the shop itself is a beautiful space where you will be met with the most intimate and graceful experience. If youre looking for a wedding dress, this is hands down the place to go. Dont wait another second!

Absolutely the best experience. I visited two other shops after visiting Beloved Bridal and ultimately went back to BB because of their amazing service and stunning dresses. I had THE BEST experience at Beloved Bridal. Ashley has the warmest heart and truly listened to what I envisioned for my dream dress. She was so genuine and made me feel super comfortable. The shop itself is so pretty, bright & clean. With Ashley’s help I was able to find my dream dress and I couldn’t be more excited ☺️ At the very end they had the cutest sign that said “I said yes to the dress” and a fun photo area so you can document your special day. I really didn’t think I’d have the “moment” in the tv shows where you put on the dress and cry - but it happened! And I am so thankful! Crying happy tears lol. This bridal shop is the best! Ashley and Megan are so kind and helpful through the whole process! They helped me find the perfect wedding dress with only two months before my big day. The interior of Beloved Bridal is so elegant. I had such a good experience working with Meghan. She was so much fun and very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone. The dresses they have are all beautiful it was hard to narrow it down until I tried on the one I am wearing! The place is owned by Meghan and her sister. They were so cool. I went to a few more shops before this, which were great, but this one was definitely my favorite.

While I did not end up buying a dress at Beloved, I had the most amazing experience in their space! The shop is beautiful, warm, and inviting. The dresses are unique and lovely. They handled the c19 shopping experience in a way that made my guests and myself feel safe. Best of all, they were so encoraging that I should follow my heart and get the dress I really want, even if it wasnt one of theirs. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an appointment with Meg at Beloved Bridal and couldnt have had a better or more successful experience! I was a little overwhelmed at the thought of dress shopping and this was my first appointment, but Meg made me feel so comfortable and I loved the experience. After chatting about my wedding plans and style, we started out with 5 gowns and then Meg picked out more as we figured out what we liked/didnt like. Ashley and Meg have an incredible selection for any bride and style. I am so thrilled with the dress we purchased and cannot wait to wear it!

I don’t think it’s possible to say ENOUGH good things about Beloved Bridal or the girls there. Megan assisted me throughout the day and was so genuine, compassionate, and excited. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! what started slightly disappointing as they didn’t have the dress I thought I wanted, turned into an emotional and amazing experience that ended in me choosing a different dress that could quite possibly be the coolest, most ME dress of all time. This bridal salon is WONDERFUL. They have curated a flawless environment for brides and their party. From the decor, to the music, to the incredibly helpful and sweet staff, everything was perfect. They listen to what you want and read the styles you’ve been choosing to help find something that you might not initially pick out for yourself. I mentioned a designer I liked and although they didn’t carry her, they provided me with similar alternatives. One that I actually went with! They made this process a dream! 100% would recommend.

There aren’t enough words to say how grateful I am for Ashley and Megan at Beloved Bridal! After having a not so great experience at another shop that left me questioning everything about my wedding gown vision, I went to Beloved and they immediately set things right and made it into a fun afternoon with girlfriends again. I worked with Ashley and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time and eased my nervousness and fears of not finding “the one”. Low and behold, the first gown she selected for me (that she had in mind for me for weeks by the way) was the very gown I chose. It blew my mind that she nailedit right from the start! The one word I can use to describe my experience at Beloved Bridal is perfect. From the moment you walk into Meg and Ashleys bridal boutique you are in awe. Beautiful is an understatement! So warm and welcoming. I thought I was in a fairy tale, trying on these gorgeous gowns. Meg was so patient with me, as I truly had no idea what I was looking for (this was my first and only stop!). I recommend any bride considering The Gown Shop and trying out their dresses for purchase. My experience is probably a little different then most, since I am a bride out of town, in Nashville, TN. I bought my dress all through emailed description, pictures, and phone calls with manager Audrey and owner Stacy. I went to many places here in Nashville, TN, all lovely and I even fell in love with a dress at Modern Trousseau. The dress I liked was a 2010 collection and way above my budget. I did not think this dress was even possible to consider having because of the price. I looked online for sample sales (since I knew I was a little smaller then the sample size from my try-on here in Nashville) and found a few contenders. What set apart The Gown Shop was their ability to locate their sample sale dresses immediately, get me as much information as they could, and be open on their policies, shipping, and price. The dress looks stunning, and I can hardly tell it was a sample gown. I appreciated that they steamed the dress before shipping! They took excellent care of this sample dress, and I can only imagine that they treat the bride first with actual appointments. Audrey was amazing to deal with, I cannot say enough good things about her. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, and they eased the process of this nervous bride buying a dress from Ann Arbor, MI being shipped to Nashville, TN. I would recommend any bride considering calling, or making an appointment at The Gown Shop. In addition to their gorgeous new gown selections, they are also willing to sell their sample gowns to those brides who are on a budget. If I am ever in Ann Arbor, MI, you better believe I am stopping in to say hi! Thank you again for a wonderful gown from an outstanding bridal shop.

I had the most magical experience here. I had originally bought my dress at Kleinfelds in NYC but returned it after realizing it was not the “one.” My mom and I walked in here on a whim without an appointment and they were SO accommodating! Every dress I tried on here I fell in love with- something I hadn’t felt anywhere else. Meg took her time with me and gave her full attention. She never made me feel pressured to buy a gown. The best decision I ever made was randomly walking into this boutique on a Saturday after feeling defeated at all other shops. Can not recommend this place and Ashley/Meg enough!

I had such an incredible experience at Beloved Bridal! Megan was able to find a wide range of gowns that I loved, and we eventually found my dream dress! The shop offered a very personalized experience that I dont think I could have gotten anywhere else.

The Gown Shop was an amazing and personal experience. The atmosphere was casual and focused. It was the best dress shopping experience I have ever experienced and/or witnessed. I chose a gown from another shop that did not have the level of attention as the Gown Shop simply because I am a slightly older bride and felt the gown selection was more fashion forward and revealing at the Gown Shop.
