Jade was AMAZING! We drove 45 minutes here specifically for Jade because of the great reviews she had. She pierced our almost 8 month olds ears and it went very smoothly. She really took her time with the placement and just had a great attitude. Highly recommend Jade.

Jade was amazing!! We had 3 people getting piercings/purchasing earrings, and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure to outline all of the information that we needed. She was also kind, talkative, and fun to interact with - she made my younger sister, who was a bit nervous, feel very comfortable and more at ease with the process. Piercing Pagoda at Briarwood mall truly was a pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately upon approaching the kiosk and the associates were very pleasant. The associate who helped us gave us explained the ear piercing service they provide and after care after we informed her we intended to pierce our 3 month old baby girls ears. She was very patient and ensured we were happy with the location of where she would pierce our girls ears. The entire process took less than 5 minutes after we paid. Very professional and courteous staff I highly recommend their ear piercing services.

I went and it was really nice until I realized 6 months later that the womans advice for me to twist my cartilage piercings jewelry was wrong. Youre not supposed to twist it because it will never HEAL!!! :(Funny story, I went to India this summer and decided to get my cartilage piercing redone. Got it redone, and they told me to NOT twist it because it wont heal. Just to clean the piercing site every ~4 hours with Betadine (basically an antiseptic).Edit: Its 2019 and came across my reviews. The cartilage piercing is doing great after I got it redone in India. I went to India in 2017.

I recently bought a gold bracelet from them, very fancy and beautiful considering it was over 200 dollars. It broke, so i took it back. They exchanged it for another one. I should have just got my money back but instead i got another worth the same amount. It broke right off my wrist some time during my day. So im just s.o.l. Everything that they sell is cheap. Everything breaks easily. I bought my husband a 3 hundred dollar bracelet and 600 dollar necklace from them. And yes we purchased the insurance and all that....guess what broke? His bracelet too. Im so pissed it broke and i spent very good money on these things. Do not go here take your money somewhere like jared or kay where the quality matches the price u pay.

Picked up some stainless steel plugs which fit really nicely, but then the metal started rubbing off.

They dont do needles. Needles reduce chances of infection so they should do needles and guns.😢
