Allstate just started up our Jacuzzi. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and patiently answered my novice questions on how to maintain and use the hot tub. Also had my water tested at the Washtenaw Ave location. Very helpful staff!

The staff at Allstate Home Leisure is always so friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They really know what they are doing. We purchased our pool from them over three years ago & never had a problem. I continue to buy our pool chemicals from them, too. Always a great price on everything!!

We purchased a 24’ round above ground pool from Allstate Home Leisure and are completely thrilled with our purchase. Our salesgirl, Ann, went above and beyond with setting up our installation. Brian and his crew did an excellent job with the actual install. Casey, also a sales rep at the store was excellent in talking with my husband about closing the pool up this fall and information on opening it next spring. We are loving the Perma Soft system for this pool. If looking for a pool, go visit them at Allstate in Ann Arbor!!

I had one small issue where 2 screw-in feet were missing from one of the chairs I purchased; the installation team identified which chair was missing feet, let me know about it, and someone from the home office UPSed me the feet which came a day or two later. You learn the most about a company when theyre able to correct their mistakes, and Allstate definitely nailed it with this one!Allstate is our first stop the next time were in the market for patio furniture, and it should be yours as well!

We bought an outdoor patio furniture with couch, chairs, coffee table, end table, and fire pit one year ago. Our fire pit stopped working earlier this month, we contacted them mid-July and they came out to evaluate the fire pit. The valve was broken and were notified that they will not fix the problem because we are 6 days past our one year warranty. The manufacturer also does not have replace parts. We will not be purchasing from Allstate in the future due to their poor customer service and quality of items.After posting my review, Allstate called and paid to have someone come out and fix our firepit. We appreciate their commitment to standing by their product and fixing this situation.

Came to the store to get a couple sets of darts as a Christmas gift. Kenny was just the right level of help - showed me what they had in stock, asked some zeroing questions, and then let me go try them out on a dartboard. Everyone there is wonderful. I went in a half before closing to get chemicals. Danielle helped me, she was not feeling well. That did not keep her from excellent service and fun conversation while we worked out what I needed. She is the kind of employee everyone should have! Dan sold us our jacuzzi. He has always been there to answer questions and help out and defiantly went above and beyond! Some places/salespeople after you make a purchase are like F-you I already got your money. Not Allstate! Dan McHugh went above and beyond in helping me surprise my husband with a new hot tub! While we were out of town Dan made sure it was delivered, installed, up and running and ready to step in and relax the night we returned. It was an amazing experience to pull this surprise off without a hitch!! I have been a long time customer of Allstate Home Leisure in Ann Arbor and this experience reinforces why.

If you ever order anything from these folks and for some one of the components cant work theyll stick it to you on the credit. For instance I bought a hot tub and the cover wouldnt work so they credited only 1/3 of the covers cost and they did it with an attitude. I asked for the manager to call me regarding this matter and never got a return call. When we buy new patio furniture this spring well definitely go elsewhere!!!! Dont recommend this guys.

We bought a pair of outdoor rockers and a matching table. They were easy to assemble, high quality, and comfortable. We love the product!The sales staff did a great job describing the product. A display model has been successfully kept outdoors for several years. This answered our question about how it will hold up in the Michigan climate.

Went into Allstate the other day looking for something to add to my house when your employee Hemant was able to show me to some of your art work. A very knowledgeable guy, was able to answer any questions I had about it and looked like he enjoyed doing what he was doing. Other than that the layout of the store was neat, reasonable pricing and a lot to offer. I definitely be returning in the near future to buy some more merchandise for my home!

Allstate Home Leisure has an amazing selection of hot tubs, outdoor lounge accessories, and my favorite anything you would want for your rec room/home bar. Despite all that, Im posting this review for their unbeatable customer service. If you need help putting a room together or taking on a creative project, Danielles your girl. I walked in with a pub sign that I wanted to turn into a pub table. I had the idea, but lacked the skills & vision to execute. Danielle took on this project like it was her own. She found the perfect table base and txt me pictures to make sure it was just right. She ran around town figuring out the best way to attach the base to the sign to minimize risk damaging the top. She put it together for me and triple checked all her measurements to make sure it was just right. The table is amazing and looks like a custom job. I gave it to my husband as a Bday gift and we are both obsessed with it. We are hosting some friends for March Madness and Im sure itll be a conversation starter. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful! They even remembered me after not being in the store for months! I had ordered replacement cushions which were bulky and awkward to carry and pack in my car--they generously helped me with that, too. I recommend them for their courteous, fine service and the quality of their products.

We bought a beautiful fireplace from All State and were very happy with the folks from Allstate and the products we chose. They even had an installer- Ray - who would come out, install the fireplace and get it all set up. Apparently that happened and my builder has now done all the tile work, the mantle, etc. But the fireplace isnt working and we have had the worst time getting a hold of Ray. My builder and I have been leaving him messages for days now and he wont respond. We are now trying to get him to respond through All state, so we will see how it goes.My understanding is that Ray is very informed and knows what he is doing with regards to installing, but his follow through has been very poor.If we can get the proper follow through, Im happy to change my review and up to 4 or 5 stars, but at this point, our experience is poor, as we have spent thousands of dollars and do not have a working fireplace for the holiday season.Hopefully it is resolved in the next few days.
