What a good place to have your bicycle tires repaired and to pick up accessories! Joshua did a fabulous job on my bicycle and the head mechanic/ owner had me in and out within an hour with new bell and head light. So reasonable in price too. Will make this my new go-to place. Thank you!

Pulled my bike out of storage and found that it needed a new chain and a general tune-up, and Motor City Bicycle was the perfect place to get some service! Jimmy helped me out, and everybody was welcoming, knowledgable, and friendly. Ill definitely be back.

Called the shop first thing and asked if they could bail me out of my daughters flat tire she got last night. They told me to bring it right in and Jimmy jumped on it right away even though he had other bikes he was working on. He even adjusted her brakes that were not properly working. Top notch service!

The manager there a black fella, slim tall with a bushy hair and pony tail scammed me! he so called fixed my electric bike but the top of the light failed off. the power bank does not work and damaged, and he admitted now that hes not experienced with electric bikes nor is he an electrician. so why does he put my bike together knowing this is not a regular bike but an electric bike??.

The mechanics know their stuff and are easy to talk with. Quick tune up on a bike that we reassembled after purchasing from a friend out of state & my daughter should be on the road as soon as the weather clears up!

What an amazing experience. I was greeted by one of the salesman by the name of David (I think that was his name). He was able to answer all of my many questions and even took the time to set me up for a test ride on an E-bike. That was my first time on an E bike and it was an amazing experience. The ride was very smooth as well as gear shifting and I was able to get up to good speed with very little effort with the electric assistance. I think the only downside for me was the price (however its worth it) and they dont accept UM discount. I am glad that I went here first, they made feel excited about riding again. Thank you Fraser Bicycle for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic bike shop! The staff have been great every time Ive been there and the techs are super. I brought my bike in to have a new group set installed and they managed to get it back to me in 24 hours with everything all tuned up! They are also in the process of installing an awesome bike fit studio. Highly recommend!!!

Best Bike place on Packard I highly recommend it. My buddy is the coolest guy I’ve ever met, he is knowledgeable about bikes and been around bikes since he was a kid!! Ive been going to him since Two Wheel Tango opened and then closed and then he moved to this bike shop and man if you live in timbucktwo and need a bike shop it’s worth driving here!!!

I have no idea where all of these positive review are coming from. My grandfather and I were going in to get an old bike repaired. We were sent over from the shop in Canton because we were told it could potentially be done faster. The employee in the store at the time was rude from the moment we entered the store. He seemed to act as if we were a nuisance. About a week later we called the shop to see when the bike would be done and the person at the desk said they expected it to be done that day. So the next day we went to pick up the bike and it was not even half finished. The employee there at the time was not at all apologetic, and acted as if listening to what their guy said was a mistake. I have no plans on ever returning to this shop for anything if at all possible.

I came in and even though I know nothing about bikes they were super helpful and didn’t treat me like an idiot. They did a quick fix up and sent me on my way without charging. If something is ever actually wrong with my bike I’ll totally be back 😆

You can convert your bicycle into a triathlon bike if you have the right kind of bicycle. So who says that you have to purchase an actual triathlon bike when you can convert it into one? They have good bicycles and great service you get discounts especially if you buy bicycles from their shop. Or so Ive heard.

Frasers is BY FAR the best bike shop ...not just in Ann Arbor but southeast Michigan! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and they really are there to give you the best possible option thats right for you! Ive been going to Frasers for a little over a year now and Ill never go any place else! Ive gotten to know the entire staff pretty well and I completely trust them! I started competing in triathalons and the entire staff has been such a huge support for me. Not only do I get my bike maintence through them, but Ive also rented wetsuits and just to have their personal support has meant so much to me!! They do some pretty incredible things around Ann Arbor and surrounding areas so its nice to see a bike shop making a difference in our community! I highly recommend Frasers to everyone...Ive actually had friends switch over to Frasers and theyre all so happy with them too! Go to Frasers guys!!!.... I promise you wont be disappointed!!

The staff are warm and welcoming. My family and I were greeted at the door and guided to exactly what we were looking for. They have a huge inventory of different types of bicycles. I would have given a 6th star of I could.

Super great awesome experience! Ive been going to other bike shops and they all kept ripping me off. I went to Frasers and they gave my bike a total make over for cheap. Now my bike looks super cute and rides great. I also need to get my fixed gear reassembled which is really easy. all the other bike shops told me that they would assemble it for 100 dollars which would make sense if it was a road bike but its a fricking super simple fixed gear. Frasers says they will do it for 50 dollars. Yay! I found myself a legitimate bike shop. These guys are the best. SO HAPPY!
