DO NOT ACCEPT THERE COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH IN LESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A NEW WINDSHIELD. I took our daughter Q3 in for a oil change. Nick asked me would I like a complimentary car wash so I said yes. Nick came back with a waiver for me to sign for the CAR WASH if any chips or cracks previous in the windshield my cause damage. I told Nick Ill sign it because theres nothing wrong with the windshield. When I left Audi I couldnt and didnt see anything wrong because it was raining when I left the dealership but later on that evening we get in the vehicle to go out to dinner and we see a split coming down from the top of the windshield. Calling the Service Manager (Mike) was useless and he was unprofessional but I see why because so was the General Manager (JP) whom my husband and I called and he never returned our calls. I called Audi Of America and filed a complaint in which I was told they never heard of a waiver for a CAR WASH but the dealership would be the one to resolve the issue. Needless to say they did absolutely nothing. And to think I wanted my husband to purchase a Range Rover they had on their lot. Not only that my husband wanted to purchase a Q7 for himself. They lost the dealership over 130,000.00 over a WINDSHIELD. This is the first and last Audi we will ever purchase due to the treatment we received from Mike and JP. We shouldve purchased our daughter a Cadillac like she asked for but we were trying to start her with a small SUV for her first vehicle. Their unprofessionalism sent us right back to whom we have been dealing with for years CADILLAC. My husband purchased me a XT5 the following week after the damage to our daughter windshield. We never had to sign a waiver with Lincoln or Cadillac for a complimentary car wash. THEIR CAR WASH DAMAGE OUR DAUGHTER WINDSHIELD AND THEY KNOW IT. Went hope the DEALERSHIP OWNER see this post and be aware that some of the people working for you are losing you money and customers. The moral of this post is go and spend your money where are respected and valued as a customer. DONT SIGN FOR COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH NOT IN LESS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A NEW WINDSHIELD
