I would strongly recommend Suburban collision center to anyone looking for a high quality and reliable auto body shop. My car got hit and I chose to have it taken to Suburban Chevrolet after a really great oil change experience there previously. They were incredibly communicative, professional, punctual and they were an advocate for my vehicle with insurance. I worked with Natalie and she was amazing. 10/10 experience, thank you!

I took my car to Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor after hitting a deer.I called and spoke with Kendall and she walked me through EVERY step to get my things in order.From dealing with my insurance company, rental car, etc... she called regularly to keep me informed of exactly where they were with my vehicle and what stages my vehicle was in! When my car was done she even went the extra mile and stayed after hours to ensure all my vehicles needs were taken care of, and made sure that I was completely satisfied.This IS a big deal because there are so many places that do the bare minimum and keep you in the dark until you call them.The entire staff seemed to wok together and were completely orchestrated with one another! And that flowed over into my needs!

I took my dream car (BMW X1) here due to an unfortunate event of being hit in a parking lot and having to file an insurance claim for body work that needed to be completed. I worked with Natalie who was so kind in getting me into a loaner vehicle and working efficiently with my insurance company to get all OEM parts. She was very professional and you can tell she truly cared about you. Very pleased and will comeback!! A++

Tom and all the staff there are phenomenal and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience and they also go above and beyond! I have nothing but great reviews for them. I had to have some body work done on 2 different occasions and each time I am blown away with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff!

I’m usually not one to review online, but I wanted to take a moment to say how pleased I was with the service I received at suburban. Their body shop crew is top notch. Both Natalie and Patrick in particular were very professional and treated me with kindness and respect. Patrick was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The results were above expectation and done on time. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle there for repair again.

I have used them several times in the last 10 years. I found the staff to be extremely professional and courteous. Always finished the job on time and kept me informed of the progress.

I took my Silverado in after I hit a deer. The shop was extremely commutative with me about what was happening during the repair process. They were always the first to call me, my insurance company would call me 2-4 hours after the shop had. A few months later someone backed into my front bumper. I took my truck back to the the shop and got the same outstanding service! I won’t let another collision shop even look at my vehicles.

Kendall Cook was our service adviser, and she did a great job keeping us up to date on the repair status and worked very well with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered. The loaner process was easy and efficient. Our repair was completed beautifully, would highly recommend Suburban Collision for repair work.

I wish I could give a lower star rating. I called about a specific car that I was planning to purchase as soon as possible and was told they had it then put on hold and told they sold it just minutes before I called, bummed out but I moved on. My father called them about a different car they advertised and they said that one was sold but offered the previous car I had called about to him. Chalking it up to simple ageism and I still really liking that car, we scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning and as we were running late the next day we called to let them know and they told us they had sold the car just 20 minutes before. If we had not been late and called ourselves we would have driven all the way out to Ann Arbor for nothing and they did nothing to call to say the car was already sold. Bad customer service horrible professionalism and terrible business practices all around, I will never do business with this place ever again.

Sold me Lemon.Service Worked on 2019 Silverado for 3 months. Gave it back even more broken than when dropped off.Dog hair from jacket on loaner vehicles is their excuse to not work on it anymore . Their body shop also committed insurance fruad on my previous truck and fired their Previous Body Shop Manager over it .Go to any other dealership. This place has no qualified techs and is very shady . They also constantly belittle the customers from Ann Arbor.

I brought my BMW Z4 in to get the front fender repaired. Patrick helped me with all my questions and concerns. A loaner was offered but not needed.Hopefully I don’t have to go back anytime soon. :)But I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Charged me for over $700 of parts that were not needed and not installed! When I found this out and went back to them all they did was delay and try to blow me off.

This shop took a month and a half to replace 2 doors and a rear view mirror, suggest any shop but this one, even though they detailed he car really nice but, no, do not go there if you have a small accident or incident
