Everyone I talked to was professional and extremely courteous. I brought in a used mirror that was the wrong color and they changed out the panels no questions asked. Very quick service and I highly recommend them.

I originally chose Ross-Beakes because it was the closest shop that worked with my insurance company directly and I am SO happy that I did. I had two claims that happened only days apart to get taken care of and they were super helpful in assisting me in every step. The damage to my driver side door was taken care of quickly (and they graciously covered a rental for the time they had my car) and they were very communicative throughout the process. My sunroof claim took longer because of a back order on the glass but once they got the part in they got it fixed for me very quickly and now my car is back looking like new! I appreciate all of the help from Josh and Craig and will definitely be coming back here if I need collision services again - and recommending them to my friends!

Took my car in for some minor body repairs. They worked with me to get the price down a little. The service was friendly and professional. The work was done on time and the quality was completely satisfactory. They washed the car inside and out, even shined up the tires. All and all an outstanding job and Im completely satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Go here! They are friendly and thoughtful to your needs, and very good at what they do obviously. I would advise relative car newbies like me to go in knowing what they want done first, because these guys are perfectionists and want to fix everything to as good as new. Perhaps that’s what you want, but my initial cost estimate was 4x what I actually paid and I’m totally happy with the final result anyways! These guys are quick, flexible and care about what they do.

Through one thing and another my family and their cars has used Ross-Beakes half a dozen times, over a couple decades. Every single time they been excellent. They take care of all the insurance information, are quite on target for their estimate, always on time, and beautiful, beautiful work. And SO friendly!

Ross-Beakes collisions the staff is very very nice very understanding they always work with you no matter what. whatever your budget is they try really hard to work with you its not a guarantee but they do try I have been to them several times and I was actually referred to them from a very sweet little old lady and ever since Ive been going to them since that day. They are wonderful they are very wonderful I would refer them to anyone.

Unfailingly excellent service. They do very good work at reasonable prices. My only caveat is that they are extremely popular, and it might be difficult to get an appointment on short notice. There is often a decent wait.

I came in for an estimate and was extremely impressed with their customer service. They were very quick to help me and were very thorough when inspecting my car. They showed me each part that would need to be replaced and why. They even called my insurance company to check if my deductible could be waved as it was a hit-and-run on my parked car. Will definitely come back for any other repairs!

Excellent service. Have to wait awhile for the service appointment (they are extremely busy). Take the time, you will not be disappointed. Friendly staff, great relationship with insurance company, finished work is to your satisfaction. So glad theyre here, glad I dont need them often.

If you want to get-in get-out with the least amount of input or inconvenience on your end, this is still your place.Josh Long, the shop manager, is a straight-up role model for people with his job. His expertise on cars, repairing them, and the customers mind shows in his demeanor.They havent done the work or painting yet, but I have high hopes. Will update after all is said and done.Update: Forgot to update. The car came back looking like it did back when it was new. Mazdas Soul Red paint is difficult to replicate, yet they did as good of as job as possible.

Josh is awesome! I got some scratch on my car and dont know how to fix it. Josh proposed several plans at very very reasonable prices and let me choose. I feel like Josh treated the customer as his family. He is so nice! Would definitely recommend this place!!!

When you come in from out of town but your car needs attention, it is hard to know if an auto shop will treat you fairly or try to take advantage of your situation. I have THE WORST car luck on the face of the planet. 2 cars, 5 Accidents, none at fault. The last three I havent even been in motion! One was a hit and run.... The only good thing out of all of this.....Ross Beakes. This is the best body shop in Ann Arbor, trust me Im a frequent flyer. Their customer service is great, and they stand behind their work. There are very few businesses I would unconditionally recommend but Ross-Beakes is one of the few. Unfortunately I have had to use them numerous times over the past several years due to my familys (not mine!) accidents but I have been 100% satisfied each and every time. Easy to work with, reasonable, on time and high quality each and every time.

My moms car got rear ended last year, luckily she was okay but her car was not! I went online and saw all the great reviews and called and not only were they friendly but they did a wonderful job getting her car looking back to new.Recently when a small plastic part on the underside of my Ford Escape kept falling down, I decided to take it to Ross-Beakes. They came out and looked at it and determined it was missing a couple clips to keep it in place. within 3 mins they put in new clips and didnt even charge me! I highly recommend them to anybody that needs work done on their car whether big or small. A++

Dealt with a polite woman and am happy with the explanation given by Ross Beakes for their power outage. There is nothing they could do about the situation, and I appreciate the quick response to my review.I look forward to seeing the quality of their work.

I am so impressed with Josh and the whole team at Ross-Beakes. I had my tie rod replaced at Capital Honda in Lansing, and it gave out while I was driving in Ann Arbor. I had it towed to Ross-Beakes who informed me that it was installed improperly and caused other damage as a result. While no money changed hands here, Josh went over and above to contact Capital Honda and American Honda to make it right. He advocated for me over the course of a couple days to ensure Honda made the situation right at no cost to me. He helped make a frustrating experience bearable and it was great knowing I was in good hands.

They did a high quality job in a timely manner. Also excellent customer service and a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service. Removed a faulty trim piece free of charge (temporarily fix) and gave me a quote all under 15 minutes walk-in.

The folks at Ross-Beakes were very friendly and were happy to bend over backwards looking for a used replacement hood in good condition for my car in order to keep my out-of-pocket costs down on the repair. They searched high and low and checked out every lead in person to make sure the quality was up to spec (no rust, exact paint match, no big dents, etc.). The first couple leads were no good but they kept looking and got the hood on my car within a day of finding the right one. They even did some bonus touch-ups on some rusty spots on my doors as well!Big thanks to Josh for his exceptional dedication!

I chose this shop as it was one of my insurance companies preferred repair shops. I deeply regret this decision. Ross Beakes is more than capable of handling body work, but any internal mechanical damage, they seem to either ignore, or just are not trained well enough to spot. After having my car for over a month and telling me they want to make sure everything is perfect for me before I get it back... Yet I get it back the first time and I had to take it back because there was a rotor that was bent out of round causing pulsing in my brakes (I am not a mechanic and diagnosed this problem for them) and the steering wheel was vibrating on the freeway. I took it back to them and Josh happily had it taken to Firestone where they fixed the rotor and balanced the tires (costing me a couple more days without my car). I get it back and there is still major vibrations on the freeway. I called the insurance company who called them and Josh said he didnt notice any vibrations. At this point I take it to MY mechanic (which I should have done in the first place) and he finds the alignment is completely off, there is a bent/ loose tie rod on the side that was impacted and a bent rim from the tie rod smacking into it during the accident. If you need body work done, they are great, in my experience however, anything more than that ... your on your own. My mechanic cleaned up their mess in about a week. 2 months of headaches that should have been done right the FIRST TIME. and sending a customer out on a bad tie rod is not safe to boot... thats my honest experience.

This team immediately helped me feel calm and less anxious about my vehicle and the accident I had just been in. From working with the tow truck driver, coordinating with insurance, and conducting tests that went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and road-ready - they were wonderful to work with and showed that they cared about the cars and their customers

They didnt tow our car when we parked there for Hash Bash and that makes them 5 stars in my book!

I have a 2017 Honda CR-V and was rear ended a few weeks ago. Ross-Beakes took care of me, explained the whole process, and kept communication about the status of my vehicle open through the entire process (about 3 days total). Not only do they have rental cars available, but they will call for a Lyft or Uber if you just need to be dropped off. I was not charged for the ride share at all. I highly recommend them. Their professionalism is top notch. If Im ever in need of work again (God forbid), theres no question in my mind of who Im going to go to. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who I had interaction with, but I cant. I do want to give a special thanks to Olivia, who did my initial appraisal, and Jake who assisted when I returned for pick up. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks, you guys!

Weve been here more times than wed like, but thats not Ross-Beakes fault :). Service has always been timely with options presented to save money if good and safe is good enough. That said, they also did an exceptional job on a couple of bad incidents with several thousand dollars of damage to rear ends of three vehicles.
