Worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. I bought a dishwasher and Ive had nothing but problems with it and everyone from the manager of the store to the salesman doesnt care after the sale is made it becomes your problem. All they do is make excuses when something goes wrong with their appliances and blame you for it even when its brand new. Pictures are what my dishes looked like after my first use of their top of the line Bosch dishwasher that left a white film on all my dishes that I had to throw out and just replace. This was also using rinse aid that they claim would solve the problem. Save your time, money, and headaches and go anywhere else!

Outstanding customer service. Salesperson (Damon Watson) who helped me answer all of the pros and cons questions I asked about pertaining to the refrigerator and microwave I needed to purchase. Gerard helped me out with a great price on a gas range and a fridge. He was patient with me as I changed my mind on several orders. Wasn’t pushy and very helpful with the somewhat painful process of buying appliances.

I used to love ABC Warehouse in Lansing MI. The Ann Arbor just is odd. I stopped in on black friday. I see no less than 8 sales rep smoking and joking with each other, but zero greet me. I knew what I was interested in so I roamed the store 3 times before I finally went to the counter because I could not find. I was kinda taken back as if I was interrupting / disturbing them. When I asked about a item on there Black Friday flier it was like they were unaware it was black friday and what they were selling. I thanked them and just moved on.

Gerard was very helpful while we picked out a new fridge. He helped us get a much better deal than we could get anywhere else.

Walk in trying to buy two tvs cash in hand. Tv marked for a price worker tells me that was for black Friday. I ask for manager because hey the price is literally marked on the tv. Worker says your talking to one yet has to walk away and ask for permission interesting be he was a manager. Then the actual manager comes over and says we can have one for the marked price throwing under his breath it is one per household. Good news ABC warehouse i just went to best buy 2 blocks from you. spent $60 more for good customer service. Best buy thanks you.

I used to deal with Russ when he was there. He was always very helpful and honest. Trevor is the assistant manager there now and he is also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He is knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this place. The store manager Leon does a good job of making sure that his salespeople take care of the customers. I love this store!

ABC warehouse Ann Arbor is the worst customer service i have ever seen once you paid the money you cant return or ask any questions to the sales manager. I will never buy anything from ABC Warehouse again and i dont recommend to anyone !!

Best deal in town! Id gone to ABC Warehouse for a washer, and the service during the purchase and installation was so great that a couple months later I went back to get a mattress. Gerald was super helpful in getting the best deal and wasnt pushy at all. Overall, feel really good about these pricey investments.

Perfect experience! Sales person was very thorough and mathematical, so I knew I was getting what I wanted, at the best price. The manager even stepped in and offered more advice and information...which was VERY helpful. To end it all, the delivery and installation was top notch: called me TWICE letting me know when theyd be there, were very friendly and hard-working (both drenched in sweat when it was all over), and were very clean and careful throughout installation and haul-away. Will only use ABC from here out - they are the obvious choice!

Leon did a great job helping us to select appliances. He was detailed and provided us insight on making the right decision for our usage. We ended up having an issue with our LG Fridge within the first year and a few months, and it was not ABC’s fault but Leon did an amazing job at making a bad situation less stressful. We would have gone over 2 weeks with no fridge at all but he provided us a temporary one. Had it delivered to us within 1 day and picked up at our convenience once our fridge was fixed. Hands down ABC Warehouse is my top choice for purchases with customer service being an obvious top priority for them. Additionally their pricing was very competitive and their level of inventory much better than Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I had a great experience with ABC AA. Got a solid price for 3 appliances and a reclining chair. On time delivery. I have had no problems with any of the items purchased. But the best was the sales service. My wife and I needed a lot of time and had plenty of questions. Guy was very patient but not pushy, giving us plenty of space.

Theyll have a wide variety to choose from, theyll beat any other price from any other store, their delivery and installation services are great and sometimes free, and their in-store financing is great with their 0% for so many months. Ive bought several appliances (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer) and my TV from there, and Im always very happy with my experience afterwards. Catch their sales too, and you wont believe the savings youll find. I always recommend ABC Warehouse to people looking for a great deal on appliances.

I recently visited the store in February to purchase a bedroom furniture set and a OLED television. The salesman Kashif Ali helped me with purchasing a nice set that was on display and I informed him J would return to buy the OLED. Unfortunately the next day I had to return since the furniture set I purchased was no longer available. Since I did not like any of the sets available I informed Ali I wanted a refund. The manager spoke with me informing me Ali should of never sold me that set as it was a older discontinued set that was understood between the salesman. I agreed to pay more for the set I liked but I told them I wanted the warranty I purchased before and a nightstand included for the inconveniences. After going back and forth they agreed to include the nightstand and furniture was delivered. The boxes for delivery was left in my front yard and I had to drag them to the dumpster. Now my dresser drawers will not close correctly and I called in to take advantage of the warranty and a manager their informed me I do not have a warranty. After he stated he would call me back Friday, I had to call in about ten minutes before closing for him to tell me that it was nothing the store could do. But the good news was that since I bought the set recently it would still be under the one year manufacturer warranty. He supplied me with a number and upon calling it I am greeted with the Fast Furniture Repair Non Warranty Department in Florida. Obviously they are not the manufacturer and will not be repairing anything for free.I would recommend nobody purchase anything from ABC Warehouse as their customer service is horrible and shady at best. I wish I would of just purchased the bedroom set from elsewhere and I am glad I decided to buy my OLED TV from Amazon and not ABC Warehouse like I planned.

We met Leon about 18 years ago... Our kids played little league sports together. We had just purchase our first house and needed some appliances. Leon told us to come to ABC and he would see what he could do for us.. We have been going to ABC ever since. Anytime we hear someone needs something, we recommend they go to ABC for a great deal and great service.

I bought a GE washer from this store 2 years ago. When it broke down, GE customer service was no help at all so I called ABC Warehouse corporate office. The manager there was very kind and was eager to make things right for me. I called the Ann Arbor store and spoke to Leon about my situation. He gave me a great deal on a new washer and had it delivered the very next day. Im very pleased with my experience and would gladly make another purchase from the Ann Arbor store.

We went to Sears, Best Buy, and two different Home Depot stores to shop for a washer. No customer service. At the last Home Depot we even said we decided what we wanted (on our own) and were ready to buy a washer and dryer. After 20 minutes of waiting while they called someone from another part of the store to help, a guy reluctantly began to write up our order only to find out by now we missed the opportunity to get delivery on the day I needed it and because that office was now closed for the day we couldnt call them. Forget it!Called ABC Warehouse ahead and asked if they could deliver on our specified day. Yes. The manager Leon greeted us at the door, we showed him what we wanted, asked questions, got knowledgeable answers (he has 23 years of experience employed with ABC), had a few laughs, compared other models, got a great deal on an even better set. I was made to feel right at home and was happy to make my purchase.Considering it has been decades since my last washer and dryer purchase and laundry is always the first thing on my housekeeping list, this important transaction was made easier by Leon and ABC and Im looking forward seeing them first for all my future business.

Went in for a window AC unit. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Didnt pressure us to spend more than we had to, and helped us select the right unit for our needs and budget. He even knocked a bit off the price so we could afford the one we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

This is not a reflection of my salesperson Preston. He was great but the delivery men were inconsiderate, sneaky and unprofessional. They snuck onto my porch and put a note telling me to reschedule when I stayed home for them. THey didnt come to the door and ring the doorbell because my dogs would have gone crazy! Then when they came they didnt do what was asked. They also left my old washer on the side of my house sneakily and drove off fast when it was supposed to be hauled away. Preston had them return when they claim I wasnt home and he promised to have the old washer removed. Well see.

During the pandemic, the delivery guys refused to wear masks and lied to me, saying they couldnt get the refrigerator up the stairs if they had to wear one. They put my family at risk.

We went to ABC warehouse to check out refridgerators and air conditioners. I had no intention of buying until i checked a few more stores. We started out with Russell and he was very nice and informative and we thought we might buy, but wanted to check one more store. They talked to me straight when comparing models/brands and did NOT push the higher priced option. Very happy with my new TV. Sales guy was okay and the price was right. That said. I was not happy to get a phone call from a sales lady a month after my purchase to buy a warranty. Its not why I gave you that number and its exactly why I dont normally give it out. Dont give them your number if you dont want to hear from them. Otherwise, its about the same as any other store. No, I wont be calling your Heartline either..

Id give less than 1 star if possible. Abc warehouse in Ann Arbor is horrible. The customer service is terribly rude. And if you buy a product from them and get a warranty they give you hell just to get it fixed. Dont know how many times we called them over the phone just for them to be nasty and hang up on us. Id never buy from them again. Got a remote start and a touch screen radio for a car and got it installed. Just for it not to work. Of course they say there is nothing they will do to fix the problem. Even with a warranty they want you to purchase a new one. Id recommend going some place else with better service and the product actually works. And the installer guy is never available they always say to come back another day.

Not mention the overcharged during payment. So this is what you called a brand new mattress ?

Give them a chance! Great place! They top Best-Buy!I used to be scared to go in here, thinking that it was too salesy (like Art Van), but times have changed! Not a good experience. Ordered LG appliance two weeks ago, and then received a call that item was discontinued. Hard to believe in the age of computers this can really happen. How does LG stay in business doing this? Why would ABC Warehouse do business with them? Would not recommend store.

ABC is my go to store! What a family feel I receive every time I walk in that place, no matter who you work with. I have purchased TV’s for my home and business, I got my first iPhone there, multiple washer/dryer sets (due to moving), a mattress, and just recently new appliances for my home. My new oven had a little damage on the door when we took it out of the packaging at install, no problem - it was fixed immediately. I ALWAYS leave the store with the proper equipment to install my appliances (if I DIY) which has not been the case at other big name stores. No chance you can find better deals or better customer services anywhere but ABC. My entire family goes there and we have been for years!

It took three attempted delivery attempts before I got a washer that wasnt damaged. After the second time, I had to call to let them know it hadnt been delivered instead of them automatically rescheduling. Apparently they dont inspect items before delivery until the third attempt, which wasted a massive amount of my time.

We have always had great purchases from here. Leon always beats all prices. Wide variety of electronics to choose from and now they have furniture!!

My mom went and bought a chair from the Ann Arbor location the employee that helped her was Jeff and she said he was very knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful and she will go back to get any appliances she needs

I’m the type to get a few quotes and then go to abc warehouse for them to match the price plus some. I believe people that work for comission deserve it and the type of service you get is way better. My go to person at this location is Gerard! All and all I love abc warehouse!

I bought a new TV but it was an opened box and they only put it up to show that the screen wasnt cracked(not how the picture would show)....then the remote was missing so they took it from another floor tv, thinking everything else was ok I took it home only to find out theres no screws for the leg stands. Not impressed at all

I called ABC warehouse on a referral for a possible place to service my camera. The phone was promptly answered by Jeff who stated he would transfer me to that department. What followed was an excruciating five minutes of rapid pace swapping between hold music and Are you there? I would reply yes then be returned to hold music this pattern repeated over and over. Finally, he changed his tune What did you want?, I was trying to hold my patience Who am I speaking to?AudioYour name is Audio?No, you called audioThis should have been clear enough to tell me to end the call. But, I foolishly persisted Logan I later learned was not going to answer any question unless it was asked with a specificity that was mind boggling. I have written off this location as even the most remote possibility for any purchase or further interactions.

Very helpful & were able to pull a 3 year old invoice for me so I could use an AMX extended warranty.

The store manager here Leon is one of the worst people I have ever experienced. I wasnt even the one dealing with him. I witnessed him yelling and cussing around a child at an employee that was doing their job properly in the first place. He needs to be removed from the store immediately.
