They have been great to work with and stand by their products. I was a little concerned about if they would be as customer service oriented as 2nd Wind where I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on equipment. The good news is that they have been wonderful.

Stopped by to do some shopping around for equipment. Joel was very helpful and informative. Everyone was respectful and were able to answer all the questions I had. Will definitely be coming back for my purchase, would recommend anyone to stop by and check them out!

Came in looking for a new treadmill as my old one finally bit the dust. Nathan was extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction and answering all of our questions. Id recommend this place for the customer service alone.

Bought an elliptical then due to health reasons was looking to sell it 2 months later. It was $1500. They wouldnt return my emails and other used sports places said lifespan is such low quality they wont touch it. At this point i would have taken a hundred for it but nope not worth it. The salesmen were really nice when i was there to buy though however after the sale was not pleasant.

Selection was a little slim on some items; however, staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. Went out their way to make sure you tried several pieces to be sure you selected the most correct piece for your situation.

The young lady was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for and answer all my questions. 10/10 experience, would recommend to friends.

My husband and I went in and there weren’t anyone but two other customers in there besides us. The two customers were being helped by one associate and the other associate that was on the floor looked like he was trying to fix some. We walked in the door the guy that wasn’t with anyone looked at us, didn’t even acknowledge us just kept on working. We were going to make a treadmill purchase but decided to leave after waiting for close to 5mins to even be greeted! As we were walking out still no response from the guy on the floor.. HORRIBLE SERVICE! First and last time in this store!

I stopped in today for just a few minutes, for some research. I didnt buy anything yet, but the gentlemen were friendly and knowledgable. They have a decent size selection of treadmills/ollipticals and stationary bikes and a few other items. Prices varied but they do interest free financing for 6 or 12 months depending what you buy. Anyway it was a pretty good experience for just being in there a few minutes. Check it out!Update: We ended up coming back here about a week ago and buying an Elliptical. They were again very nice. They let us try whatever we wanted for as long as we wanted. They were even willing to measure my height so we could determine if it would fit in my basement. The only hiccup we had, wasnt with the store, but the delivery from the warehouse, they had forgotten a few bolts/screws. The guys at the ankeny store were quick to resolve the issue once they were notified.

The help was great and we were able to make a deal and take it home
