3 months we have waited to have a few lab coats embroidered. THREE MONTHS and we still get daily excuses as to why they arent done. Still cant get our property returned, finished or otherwise. They continue to take on new work but wont finish ours. Wont be paying anywhere near the agreed upon price to be treated this way and we are definitely not coming back for the rest of our uniform needs.

I have contacted this place several times and as recently as today was told I would have my cap by the end of the day. 👎🏻🤔 Didnt happen!

I always get fabulous service from the people at The Strawberry Patch. Debbie always goes out of her way to take care of me and make sure I am happy with my order. They have excellent prices and the merchandise is top notch. Anytime I need custom embroidered shirts, I turn to them. Theyve also done softball uniforms for me and they were awesome!

STRAWBERRY PATCH IS GREAT--I buy and will continue to buy from this company. They have always been very good with my company and my promotional products. There is not a better place in the state to get your printing and promotional products. The staff is courteous and easy to work with. Go here and try them out. Youll be very pleased.

Tried to order from a local business rather than shop online and unfortunately had a very bad experience and will not be returning. Received very poor communication and customer service from each and every person that I spoke to. Items were not done on time as they promised (still have not yet received them) and each time that I call, they are rude and disrespectful.

All of their reviews are pretty old and I feel like they need some more recent experiences. I have nothing but great things to say about Strawberry Patch, Ankeny. They have worked on shirts for Midwest Pallets, Mr. Frogs Tacos, and some of my personal groups outside of work and have done a fantastic job! I have had embroidery work done on pre-purchased items, and have also had embroidery on items ordered through them. Both were finished on time and looked very professional with a very fairly priced art set-up fee. They also helped me get some shirts done for a food truck event on a VERY last-minute notice and came through with quality screen-print work of my logo at an affordable price. Most recently I had Paul make me some shirts for my college group with graphic design work. I gave him just a few details of what I wanted and he far exceeded my expectations with a very tasteful and trendy design, for again, a very affordable priced. The staff are all very friendly and personable, and I always enjoy my visits. I will continue to use and recommend Strawberry Patch for any of my custom clothing-design needs for work and play. Keep up the great work guys!

Stay away!! Ordered my sons Letterman Jacket in August of 2018. Was told 8 weeks and now it is the end of March of 2019, 7 months later and still no jacket. Not one call from this company. Placed multiple calls over the last few months to find out what was going on and was always promised it would be here next week. Lies!!! This place is the worst!!Should be zero stars.

I own a business in Ankeny and I asked if they could make me 3 shirts with my logo on them. I’ve been in there 8 times and each time the owner has an “excuse” why my shirts aren’t done. His go to excuse is his employees are either sick or on vacation. This place is so poorly ran and unorganized. 1 step into that place and it won’t take you long to figure out why the service is so bad. I’ve been in there 8 times and it’s been 126 days and STILL NO SHIRTS. My 5 year old niece could make a shirt with her bare hands faster than these clowns.

I agree with Brian! We ordered some shirts there 2 years ago. I went back and ordered some more. The quailty of stitching is excellent and you wont find better service. I like a person that treats you as a person and not just dollar signs.

I would highly suggest never going through strawberry patch for your next order. I dropped off five polos to be embroidered back in mid June and I told them I need them done be July 13. The guy said no problem. Well have them done in a week. I called last week and twice today and the secretary said the main guy will call you right back. I finally just drove over there and the same lady that answers the phone said theyre in the middle of working on them right now. I told her I want the shirts right now because Im leaving the state and need them for this event. She goes in the back and brings them out and theres nothing done to the polos. Unprofessional and deceptive at best.
