Brandon was very nice and kept us up to date with progress. Another positive was that GM subsidized/discounted the remanufactured transmission.The negatives were that it took 3.5 weeks to get it repaired. I also wasnt offered a loaner vehicle and when I asked, they didnt have one to give me... which was very inconvenient. The original estimate included a couple hundred dollars for misc. items as he said hed rather be high and give some money back, but when GM offered the subsidy/discount, the couple hundred dollars was all somehow consumed.

I’m new to the area and stopped in to get an oil change on my 2019 GMC truck and asked if I could get in today, about an hour before closing and the man that greeted me said “I don’t know we close at 12:30, talk to her”. And pointed at a girl who was already on the phone and then walked away. So I left and went to a competitor who was more than happy to take care of me

Aaron Mohler was my salesman and he was phenomenal. He wasnt pushy. He made sure I was happy with what I was getting into and made sure my kids were heard. He was very upfront and honest about everything from the very beginning and didnt make us feel like we were wasting his time. He was also very knowledgeable on the vehicles in his inventory. The general sales manager was pushy which led me to end up not buying from them.

When trying to figure out if the issue we were having might be covered by the warranty, Jeff seemed like he was going to help us determine whether or not it would be covered. As I was talking to him on the phone, I got a call back from the other guy (Im sorry, but I dont remember his name). Before I even stated my question, he rudely said that we had to pay for a diagnostic, there was no way around it. Im pretty sure he had overheard Jeff talking to me. How else would he know what I was calling about. He seemed frazzled or upset that I was working with Jeff and that Jeff was going to help me rather than working through him. His default comment was to just say that we had to pay for a diagnostic, we had to pay for a diagnostic, we had to pay for a diagnostic. He didnt seem to even listen to my concerns or questions. Just pay for a diagnostic. When I finally stopped trying to talk to him a told him to schedule the diagnostic, he seemed very arrogant that he made us get a diagnostic. He knew I was frustrated and condescendingly told me to have a blessed day. I would have had a blessed day if he just told me the information I needed to know.

I left Bob Brown feeling like they genuinely cared about me and getting me a good deal. They have excellent customer service, they’re honest, they’re easy to work with and their vehicles are top notch. My salesman, Nick, was awesome! I lived four hours away and struggled finding the Terrain I was looking for around home until checking Bob Brown. The Terrain was EXACTLY what I wanted within my budget and Nick answered all my questions and sent photos my way to show me a small scuff to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting before I made the drive, he went over and above. We worked the deal over the phone and so when I got there, the terrain was ready to go and it was a super quick process. Another thing that just really shows they out their customers first is that they completely handle the registration and taxes so you don’t have to try to get to your registers office during their terrible hours. I will definitely be using Bob Brown and Nick in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.

I took my 2014 Sonic in for an oil change and the service department did not set my oil percent reset button for me, so I had to call my advisor and she goggled the directions and sent my the information and I had to reset it myself. My husband and I always take our 3 vehicles to Bob Brown, so I would expect better service from them, but lately that hasnt been the case. I feel for the price they charge they should complete the work.

I wasn’t happy when they didn’t sent the buyers agreement to my bank when they said they would. Then after I called to ask them why it wasn’t sent it took another hour before my bank received it. The salesman didn’t seem like he cared much and didn’t offer to fill tank or a oil change or anything like most dealers. I did get a good car for the price and thanks to our bank the process went smooth that’s why I gave three stars. I think I’ll go somewhere else next time.

While traveling from Cincinnati Ohio to Cody Wyoming driving my 2017 2500 GMC Crew-cab Duramax and might I add pulling my covered trailer with Harleys I encountered engine problems. Being Sunday July 11th I had my wife google the highest rated GMC dealer close to us. We drove on limp mode 15 miles out of our way because of the rating. Of course being Sunday we spent the night close and went Monday morning at 7:00 am. This is when I met Andy Brecht the Service advisor. I explained my situation to Andy. He got my truck in and diagnosed it with having a bad injector. Now back home I have a great relationship with my local GMC dealer. Now Andy was on it! He got with his team, had the injector in stock and Sarg the diesel mechanic made it happen and had us back on the road before noon the same day! That is hometown service 600 + miles away from home! Thank you Andy and Sarg!

The people I dealt with were not wearing masks or keeping any social distance.As a matter of fact one of them was actually coughing while talking to me and facing me directly!! I felt unsafe and disrespectedThe agent who was helping me wasnt able to explain to me what does one of the recalls on the car that the service team couldnt fix that day do to my car. He was visibly upset when I asked him to explain it to me so I understand. He couldnt explain it to me and just told me it is as if you are updating your laptop software!It would have been more appropriate if he brought one of the service team to explain it or print out some papers that explain it to me but he couldnt care less

Service was good. The wait time was reasonable and accurately stated to me at the time I brought the car in. However, I was overcharged. One of the things the car was in for was a recall notice that required a software download. I was charged $53. It was only after I was home and reviewed every line of a 3 page bill that I noticed the charge. It was refunded but if I wasnt diligent, I would have paid $53 more on top of services I could have gotten cheaper at a local mechanic. You need to quality control your billing practices.

I scheduled an appointment for service 8 days in advance. When I arrived, they told me I didn’t have an appointment and asked me if I had the right location. I said I did and the other guy told her to look up my history and she said he hasn’t been here for a while (I winter in AZ). Then she said we can get you in, but it will be an hour and a half. I said you’re kidding and she said ”no”. So I said I’ll take my business elsewhere and no one said a word. No where thru all of this did anyone apologize for my inconvenience or anything. They basically treated me like a crook, who came to steal someone’s appointment. I bought the car there and have had all service done there except for when I was in AZ. I was in a customer service business and this wouldn’t be acceptable. So I drove over to Karl Chev and they serviced the vehicle with a smile.

I only give them 1 star because they were great the day we purchased our pre-owned truck. We continued to have our truck serviced through them since it always had been and I never once felt like a valued customer in the service department, only felt they were trying to make money. We started having issues 25,000 miles later and I felt they were disingenuous even when I was willing to trade for something brand new. We will never spend our money there again.

Bought a truck a week ago from Bob brown GMC. Buying experience was easy and fast. A week later I go and have a local automotive shop take a look at the truck because oil life was dropping quickly after only having the vehicle for 1 week. I took the inspection report into the automotive shop when I dropped it off. Long behold the truck needs new engine cooler lines because they are leaking and also need new front lower ball joints which is why the prior tires had a lot of wear on the inside. On the report bob brown gmc had done never showed any of this and actually marked these in good working condition. I called the dealership and they aren’t willing to correct this or admit that they had missed this on the inspection. They stated that every automotive shop has there own opinion. Therefore I would stay clear from buying another vehicle from Bob Brown GMC.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from this place after driving a distance of 100 miles from my residence. The used vehicle has been described very clearly including multiple photos and priced reasonably and lower than the current market. The place is very well maintained to take care of the COVID requirements, and the sales people are very friendly and honest in dealing. No misleading statements. Worst service department I’ve ever been to. They had my truck about as much as I did. Service manager lied to me. They can’t fix the problem right the first time. It takes them 4 or more times to fix it. I was in there so much they finally got me into a different truck. So they could make more money off me. Never again
