I found everything I set out to purchase on Sunday. The store was spotless, well organized, and the ladies working there were extremely helpful and interested in my project and how it turns out.

Their Yarn and needle arts Aisle is EXTREMELY narrow and very uncomfortable! If youre claustrophobic dont even bother shopping here for your supplies, the selection isnt worth it.

Very helpful cheerful fabric department staff. Cashier did her job but no warmth or smile. Cashier experience was cold.

This is my go to Sunday craft store. Friendly staff, clean, and organized. Normally I would say that. But today after finally getting myself and my baby ready, I went to this store. I spent a decent amount of time entertaining my baby, while I tried to shop. I finally was able to find half of what I wanted. Nobody asked me if I needed help. I waited several minutes to check out and even wondered around while waiting. Finally they open a new register only for someone else to be helped. Still I waited. As my baby became more fussy, understandably. I left. Left everything. Wasted hours of my day. Terrible staff. Terrible service. Absolutely rude. I wont be shopping here anymore.

The clerk cutting fabric was genuinely interested in everyones projects and the clerk checking out was helpful and had a great sense of humor!

This is a small store. They did not carry the tassels I needed. This store needs to be larger for this area!!

Terrible customer service. I patiently waited for help to no avail. The three workers were huddled talking with each other ignoring everyone else. I will not be shopping here anymore. I will drive the hour and a half to Michaels or Hobby Lobby.

For being one of the smaller Joann stores I shop in this store carries an abundance of items. I seem to always find what Im after in Angola, even when the bigger stores dont carry an item.

They have a good variety of materials and the people working there are nice. The problem is that they are undercut by the pricing on their own website, often by half. So, as terrible as it sounds, go look here but buy online.

I shop frequently here looking for a craft yarn for my projects. only disappointment I have is the condition of the store. There are lights that needs to be fixed throughout the store where bulbs or ballasts have burned out. Mix some of the I always look dark and dingy. Other than that its a very good store! They have very good sale prices and a large selection of sewing accessories and fabrics for the floor space that they are allotted.
