I took a 2007 arctic cat atv to them. 2 weeks later and 1500 bucks they figured out it had a bad stater. I do not recommend them.

Purchased a 4 wheeler less than 4 months ago. Had problems ever since. We had to replace the battery and now the engine is falling down. We called to talk to them about it and they blamed us for not maintaining the 4 wheeler. They advised we are responsible for the cost to fix something that shouldn’t have even happened. Terrible customer service, absolutely WILL NOT be back.

I bought a brand new scooter from here that had a minor issue. I brang it back and the issue was identified and fixed in less than 20 mins for no cost. Thats what I call excellent service.

I contacted them in reference to Coleman sending me there for a warranty service on a mini-bike. They told me theyre not a Coleman service.BUT then the man said that they contacted him reference parts, etc...He was EXTREMELY RUDE and I then asked him if he would like me to call them back and get somewhere elses help due to him being so rude?He asked me if I was going to pay for it? I told him Ill have Coleman contact him.I then said that Im a widow and its not my fault that I dont have help to fix things.He yelled at me and said, Lady, it is your fault...I proceeded to hang up on the rotten human.What an ugly person!Dont go here expecting any type of help or decent humanity.

I called right after they opened to verify that they had what i needed in stock. I asked if I could pay extra and they could meet me about half way. I called back and talked to the father, he said no. That I need to figure it out. I asked him if hed take a credit card, he said yes, but if your coming here, then just pay cash. I took off work early, call and spoke with the lady and said I was headed your way. Ill be there around 5:20, 10 minutes before you close. I asked if that was a problem and that I can pay over the phone and verify my info with my ID when I get there. She said she will have to call her dad and she would call me right back. 30 minutes went buy with no call back. Im now 40 miles in on a 170 miles trip there. I called and ask her are we all good, she said my dad said we leave at 5:30 and we have something to do and were not waiting around. I said ok, why didnt you call me back. She said we dont want to sell it to you with a credit card. I said I can pay via PayPal. Theres no bank around and if I go to a bank, I wont make it there by 5:30. She told me that they dont want to sell it to me after I took off work early, tried to put a deposit down and drove 40 miles. They seem shady. Its not my fault if they got taken before and didnt very everything. Paypal is instance cash, they could verify my credit/debit card with my Drivers License. How can I go to a bank and get cash if they wont even wait for me to get there. Poor customer service, period.

Extremely rude people. Went here with $2000 to spend n tried to get a little bit of a deal seeing how the bikes were not perfect. Instantly met with aggression and was told i was poor! Ive worked in several motorcycle shops around the USA n been in countless others and ive never seen such behavior before...just disgusting not to mention i had kids with me. Very unprofessional so i walked out with my 2000$ to spend elsewhere. Would give zero stars.

I would recommend Cole cycle sales over ordering online. No hidden fees or shipping nightmares of receiving the machine in less than prefect condition for less money than I found online. They assemble the machine and make sure its in running and working order before you leave with it. Very friendly and able to answer any questions you have with there many years of experience.

Talked with the owner about buying a dirt bike for my 35 year old son who has never rode before gave me many options on purchasing a new 125cc bike.

I am extremely unhappy with this establishment. I bought a dirt bike and an ATV from them and they will not provide me with a title for the ATV. I have made many attempts to call them and the owner does not seem to care. He stated (i have not had issues with anyone who has bought them and we do not usually provide title for ATVs). Well in the state of Ohio you must have an ATV registered to ride it. I have explained that my child that i bought the ATV for is not able to ride it due to my yard not being big enough. The owner was very unhelpful and not friendly at all. Buyers beware of this establishment.

Polite and familial folks who care about their work. Trusted them twice for mopeds, pleased both times! Had a few small hiccups with the products themselves but otherwise great!

Do not ever buy anything from this rip off artist, they sell non working parts! Do not stand behind their products at all. Just want people to know the truth about these scammers.Went to a scooter repair shop in Fort Wayne, not only did the starter I bought there work but it was $15 cheaper. If you are looking for scooters or parts make the trip to Adventurous scooters, they have better prices and everything there actually works as it should. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM COLES THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!!!
