I might update later on, but I brought my F-150 in for a possible ECM or BCM. Was told that it was the BCM ($700) and that everything was checked and it was good to go.Same exact problems came back 2 days after picking it up (hill start assist unavailable, low oilPressure, starter wouldn’t turn over, etc).First repair took 2 weeks. Long, but okay.Second time in and they cannot help with a loaner vehicle. Guessing it’ll take another 2 weeks and $750 with a rental car in the meantime. I better not get charged for something that should have already been found. Sounds like they threw a part at it.

Bought my truck here...Wont go anywhere else. I have never had a negative thing to say about these folks. In and out fast and even do a quick wash on the vehicle. I havent tried the service, yet.

Got right to work on wifes expedition, buying a truck from then in a few weeks when it comes in. Looking forward to hopefully making a lasting relationship.

Ok. Brian was a delight to have. Bought my truck from them 2 years ago, they screwed me on my warranty. Had some service work done. They claimed to fix it but 2 weeks later it was same problem. Had to take it in and show them the issue. THEY HAD TOCTAKENITNIN 3 MORE TIMES everytime I took the truck home it broke again within a few hundred miles. The last time I got it from them THEY FORGOT TO HOOK UP MY TURBOS OR TIGHTEN ANY HOSE CLAMPS. find q different dealer
