I work with adults who have disabilities and he was recently turned down for a job here with no explanation. The job still remains open, and there is no phone number that I can call to try to speak to a manager. I was hoping to understand why he was passed over so quickly a little more clearly so I can better assist him in the future. By the way- you would be lucky to end up with a client like mine. He is a wonderful soul and a strong worker. Shame.

Its obvious that serving burnt food (bacon) or undercooked food (sausage) is ok for this store This is the worst whole foods Ive ever been to. Complaints to managers fall on deaf ears, your issue will never be addressed, you will be told to just take it because thats what out right now. I explained to Ellen that the bacon was burnt, her response we will put more out when that tray is done, done when? No one eats burnt food. This whole foods does not appreciate its customers nor do they care about wasting pounds of food per day. I will never shop at this location and I will be contacting the regional manager.

If you want healthy and the freshest food and its a little expense but its worth it

Honestly the worst whole foods Ive ever been to. I live 6 minutes from it and instead I take the 28min ride to Lynnfield instead. The hot bar is by far the most pathetic thing there. Steaks are cut wrong. The only positive was a pizza I ordered from them. Have contacted Amazon several times and nothing has changed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Every time, I consider a visit to this place the ultimate therapy for mind, body, soul.

Aside from the cramped quarters and some annoying stock issues, the bulk of negatives with this location have little to do with the store or staff. In fact, the employees here are pretty great (especially Mary, who works in the health and beauty section and really knows her stuff). The customers, on the other hand, are a whole different story. On a crowded afternoon, it feels like youve walked into the middle of an Andover privilege parade. Im a tall guy and I still gird my loins if I have to go inside the store. Im not really a Whole Foods groupie (especially since Amazon took over) but if I have a preference, its the Lynnfield location.

This particular location sucks. Small and cluttered their texmex section waslaughable. The wife and I got two mochis that were 2 bucks a piece and they were awful. Hard rice outside and melted ice cream inside

I was there this week. It is still expensive. Almost no visible benefits from having been bought by Amazon.Customer service is sporadic. It would be my last choice to go shopping there..It feels that the aisles are more crammped.I was there today and nothing has changed. Only two samples. The signs for 10% are huge, but number of items that this discount applies are indeed few as evident by my pictures. The place is good for a walk on a cold evening.I do not recommend it. It is overrated.

Last time I purchased prepared food, (few years ago) one meal came out $27 for a small box. I avoid it now even though its walking distance. I should have gone to a restaurant and gotten twice as much for half the price. I have a long memory for bad products and still wont consider a Ford after the Pinto.

The reason for our visit is to purchase Vital organic pasteurized raised eggs. This is the only store that carries them but you can purchase through Amazon/Whole foods as well. But online your purchase has to be over $35.00. The market offers a lot of organic fruits and vegetables but if you dont mind paying double the price then you should go here. Other food and miscellaneous items were double the price compared to other local markets. I am not sure the reason for this except that the store is close to expensive towns and the people living there are willing to pay the extra cost.

Best food market around Andover area. Expensive if you are not a Amazon Prime member.

I 2nd the issue listed below! I can’t believe how long I waited in line at this register! We stopped in to get items for the beach in hopes we would beat the traffic. Im assuming the store was under staffed today??!! Regardless, Debbie is a major problem. I will forever avoid her line and I too feel bad complaining about someone specific, but this was simply appalling. I waited in her line for 26 minutes. If I wasn’t in such a rush I would have spoken directly with the manager. I should have changed lanes but other registers kept filling up as well. We will avoid this store when in a rush.

We ordered our Thanksgiving meal from this location it was delicious! There were so many people in the stores and social distancing was difficult. Staff was extremely friendly but had some challenges managing all the pick ups the day before the holiday. It worked out and I would definitely try this location again!

Great collection of groceries which are freshly stocked frequently at this store. Meat counter butchers are the only disappointment. The guy butchered the whole branzini meat while gutting and didnt even clean it properly.

Overall, the quality of food here is great.The low review is due to their employees. The employees doing order fulfillment for order pickup could not be anymore inconsiderate.They have their heads down in their phones, cut in front of you and are the primary people not following Covid restrictions. How can a store expect their shoppers follow the rules when they dont hold their employees to the same standards?

Ive shopped at this location a few times to help my dad out. As someone who works for Whole Foods (Different Location) i am really proud of all the people who wotk there. Not familiar with the location, always get guided to the right spot. Thank you!

I had a such amazing unforgettable memory at this place. I could get my lost cellphone back in about 40 mins. I used the restroom and letf my phone there, but I could find my cellphone with amazing help from Andover residents & Whole foods market staff. Much much appreciate your help and thank you for your kindness and honesty. I’ll never forget this fantastic experience. Oh, the food and everything in the market were really great, too!

The produce at this Whole Foods is always fresh and well maintained. The lines are efficiently managed and the Prepared Foods is well staffed.

Decent selection but it is packed in there tight, parking lot is snug* as well

We were staying in the area and stopped to pick up food for the two nights we were here. They were very well stocked! We loved it and picked up many different foods. The tomato and chicken soups were nice, and they had quite the assortment of less healthy, but organic foods. We got some hard, stale gummies, and chocolates. They had good ice creams and delicious and quite healthy yogurts. The variety of flavors and products/produce was delightful.

Got everything I needed in a clean space, what more can one ask from a grocery store?

Terrible set up and the parking lot is a mess!! 2 people helping one person at the deli counter with 6 of us waiting. No take a ticket So just an all out free for all when the 2nd kid became available.

Whole Food!I cant stand when I go shopping and places have like half portions, or like they break em in half and sell you 2 of the same thing to make 1 complete food. Hate that. This store is not providing antiseptic wipes to clean the cart and bakery worker has his mask below the nose. After putting on the gloves, he then touched his mask trying to cover his nose. Will never come again!

The best Organic Products and very Good Customer Service

I have been going there for few months and always find the ppl working there are not as amicable as other Whole Foods. I see a bunch of ppl running around to full fill the basketful of online orders...I also find there fruits not so fresh. I bring home items and in 3 days they go bad such as peaches, pears, berries etc. One of the youth in meat department was so rude, I ended up leaving the station. Plz train your ppl how to be more attentive and be polite. Meanwhile I will go Lynnfiels shop.

Its pretty compact so it ends up getting filled fast during peak hours. Quality varies, especially with fruit and vegetables, but overall the quality ends up much better than any other option in the area.

I have been shopping at wholefoods Andover since they opened. I noticed that the workers are no longer as nice and the food is not as fresh. One day I walked in at 7 PM and they were taking the warm food away. I asked if they were bringing out more food and they said no . I was very surprised. I would think that it should stay out at least till 1/2 hour before closing but 2 hours thats not acceptable. Winchester wholefoods is so much nicer and I will spend my money there.

The bald guy directing people in line was pretty rude and condescending and so wasn’t the cashier. It’s too bad this location is the only Whole Foods close to me. The staff definitely lives up to that Andover “nose in air” reputation.

This was my 1st visit to a Whole Foods Market. Whos really great I was able to get my double 0 flour from Italy and that produce everything look fantastic. Its a little far for me to drive but I would definitely shop here if I lived a little closer. Their pricing in the things I bought would definitely cheaper than Amazon.

They have a rude bouncer at the door asking for ID’s in the morning between 8-9 am. Is that even legal? The food is over priced but good selection. The staff attitude is the worst part of the shopping experience at this location.

I love the all the produce you can find at W.F but most times Im confused on where to find certain stuff and the regulars are basically expecting you to move along as quickly as possible so they can get to the end of aisle 16 and grab their vegan, gluten free, low sodium, cookie-dough flavored wheat thins or what not. Just sayin, not the most pleasant shoppers. The store itself is great, Ill get used to it.. or not.. no biggie. Happy Shopping!

Have some groceries

This is a small store that has a great variety. Lately, I find that the prepared foods here is the best in the chain, with a burrito station that reliably makes good and large burritos. The 365 store brand is reasonably priced, although some perishables and national brand items can be a little higher than competitors. That price difference has been quickly subsiding over the past year though.

COVID taking it out on WHOLEFOODS. NO prepared dinners, or salads and thats expected. Wish Andover would carry wine.Other stl a pleasant stroll thru the aisles.

I wish it was a bit closer but love going here for lunch. Salad bar, prepared foods, and obviously a whole grocery store. Its on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

Love whole foods Andover.!! But not happy with customer service - called yesterday got 2 chickens price above on sign said 4.99 receipt was 9.99 . Girl on phone told me it was clear price was 9.99 ????? I thought ok my mistake ? Got home to eat- they were so so dry and over cooked I ended up throwing both in trash. not on sale and un eatable great . Store very stressed with virus as to be expected.

This is a great place to do your shopping if you were to ask me. The store contains a large variety of quality items and it is all well organized for you. The store is clean and the staff members are also very helpful and friendly.

No doubt best place for fresh veg and fruits other than farmers market. Was so impressed with their pizza slice during lunch time. It was so good. For sure next time will have full pizza for dinner..

As a person who relies heavily on HP parking, I am angry that designating signs r removed in winter, I assume 4 easier plowing. This makes it easier 4 non-disabled drivers claim they didnt know & prevent legally eligible drivers/passengers from accessing them.The LAW requires these signs & the convenience of plow drivers is an insulting & ridiculous argument. OBEY THE LAW, WHOLE FOODS ANDOVER!

Very friendly manager and people who work there

Not the biggest store in this now monolith amazon empire, but its just right. Quick shopping yet a surprising level of variety. Pleasant helpful kind and informed staff are readily available and usually seem to want to be helpful. Pricey but deals do exist and their produce is wonderful. The bakery department lacks any substance in the GF or DF categories. Most of all this departments staff should learn from other departments wonderful staff how to work better with their customers. Its the weakest link in a stellar store.

This was a nice small and local place to shop at, but then turned into ugly big corporate store with everything wrong after Amazon acquisition.The quality of many of what they sell may not have changed, but there is more poor quality on many fronts: food, people, and even carts.

Everyone in the store is always so helpful, and everyone seems genuinely happy to work there. I love that. And I appreciate that shopping in this store means that Im using/eating/consuming products that take good care of my body AND of the earth. Thats very important to me.

This market is generally clean and well stocked. You have to be careful at Whole Foods - some pricing is exorbitant. I found a Stonewall Kitchen jam that was marked sample by the manufacturer marked up for sale on a shelf once. The staff is friendly, but often uninformed. Restocking gets missed sometimes at shift changes. The fish section is pretty good. I think they need better management here. Staff competency has been better at other Whole Foods locations I have visited.
