I purchased a prom dress here a year ago and was very pleased with the entire experience. However, recently I put a dress on consignment with them and it sold quickly. I called to request they mail the check. They agreed and I didnt receive it. I called and they finally figured out they mailed it to the wrong address. I was promised that they would stop payment on that check and mail out another check to the correct address. She also promised she would call me the following Tuesday to confirm that I received the check. She did not call and I did not receive a check. I am getting ready to call for the third time to attempt to receive payment. Its rare that I take the time to give reviews, but this experience is frustrating enough to merit the time to do so.

This is a really nice consignment store for women. They offer athletic clothing, everyday clothing, formal wear to wedding dresses. They have decent prices, but some items can be priced too high. Staff has been helpful in the past, but this time they were not. I was disappointed in that. I was trying to find a dress and walked around for a long time with only being said Hi to. The overall shopping experience wouldve been great with help. This is a great shop for teens as you can buy prom dresses for a nice price.

I have been here several times over the last 5 or more years. I have been very impressed with the employees &their prices were unbeaten. NOT this time...The employees were super helpful & friendly, but their prices just werent the same as I remembered them being. Ive recommended them to so many people over the years. This time I was quite disappointed

Go here frequently especially when needing formal wear. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices. They also do layaway and have an awesome alterations lady who is very inexpensive.Staff is for sure an added plus!

I consigned a wedding dress there about a year ago. I hadnt seen a check or had any communication with them so I went by the store and did not see my dress for sale. Apparently my dress sold nearly 2 months prior!!! She wrote me a check for it while I was there. I was told that they no longer automatically mail out checks upon the merchandise selling AND the customer has to call in to get their money!!! I went home and looked at my contract, and that is not what it said at all!! It states that they will mail you a check upon the merchandise selling. Very disappointed in the integrity of this place! Looks to me like they are banking on their consignors not calling in to get paid.

These ladies were absolutely amazing and helpful. I came in to find a wedding dress and was blown away by the both of them... not only did they help me find an amazing dress they occupied my 3 week old baby and helped my 10year old with trying on a few dresses to make herself feel good ... after having both good and bad experiences in other bridal shops I had told myself the morning I came to 2nd 2 none that if I didnt find a dress that day that i was done... Id grown frustrated... but from the moment I walked in I fell in love with the vibes of the ladies and the look of the store... I would definitely recommend this store for wedding dresses. But they also have lots of other awesome things in there... check it out for yourself you wont be disappointedKasey M

First time in the store, not impressed. Ive been following them on FB and wanted to look for bridal accessories. Several people were asked if they needed help before me and Im sure I appeared more than lost. I heard the phrase, oh you snuck up on me multiple times so I guess theyre just not observant which I would think is risky for a store. Then a sales lady blocked me from leaving by having a discussion with a client about her t-shirt in the middle of the isle as I just stood there waiting. Another lady who was taking measurements on a mannequin as I stood there standing like a deer in the headlights only offered help as I made my way to the exit. Disappointed.

The dresses are very beautiful and reasonably priced but the lady working didnt offer to help me find a dress she stayed behind the counter the whole time I was in there.

Great Finds! I am thrilled they are in Andover...I have been there 5x since I was told they opened and have found multiple items I just couldnt pass up. I bought 4 or 5 gowns for a Red Hat Convention I attended in Aug 2015 and am pleased to announce...(thanks to 2nd 2 None and for the wonderful Manager for showing me a dress that was to come on the floor soon)...I won the the Best Dressed Red or Pink Hatter in the Fashion Show at our Indiana International Conventional over 700 attended...
