This is the first time I’ve ever had such a positive experience at a place of business that I wanted to review it. I was so, so impressed by the service, they selection and prices at Brides Across America and Hannah was absolutely amazing. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way and I ended up with a dress I love that was well under my budget that fits me almost perfectly. The fact that the money goes to a great cause makes it even more amazing. I will definitely be recommending BAA to anyone who asks where to buy a wedding dress!

I had a bridal appointment at BAA yesterday and had a really enjoyable experience. This was my second time ever trying on gowns and I was skeptical because my first bridal appointment elsewhere was just......kind of a flop. But the staff here really brightened my day, they were patient with me since I didnt really know what I wanted, and the dresses my stylist picked out were super winners! I think her name was Hannah if Im remembering correctly.Also, their lighting/mirrors/dressing area just seemed to lend itself better to trying on a gown than the last place I had been. I felt pretty and bridal and I thank you all for that!

I found my dress at BAA thanks to Hannah and the rest of the staff. The wedding is only a few months away so I needed a dress off the rack and also one I could afford. Im a bigger girl thanks to my beautiful daughters and not quite comfortable with that fact yet so I previously had a bad experience and was anxious about trying dresses on again. Hannah made me comfortable and listened to what I liked and didnt like until she pulled the dress I loved! I wasnt very helpful either since I really didnt know what I wanted. Thank you again for making me actually feel like a beautiful bride to be.

I was extremely apprehensive about dress shopping, and I could not have had a better experience at Brides Across America! Kyra was so pleasant and helpful, she really listened and helped me figure out what I was looking for, and made the whole experience feel so joyful. The mission of the store made finding my dress there even more special!

The staff has been AMAZING.When I first went in, I had two wondeful ladies helping me find my dress. They listened to what I wanted, and they found me the perfect dress after trying on just three others. They were quick, kind, and attentive.I got my dress and veil about 10 months ago, I had taken them both to a seamstress to get altered and pressed, and she realized there were holes in my veil. I called BAA, and Terry and the other staff members were so accomadating and so pleasent and made sure I got what I needed. Terry quickly set me up with an appointment. When my mom and I went in, the whole staff worked to help me find a veil that met my needs and was damage free. They were all so sweet and so kind, and they made my experience a great one. So happy I got my dress through them.

I had such an amazing experience this last weekend at Brides Across America. They listened to all my wants and dont wants, and provide a wide selection of dresses. I was totally not expecting to find my dress this weekend but I did. All the staff was super nice and helpful. Even better the prices were extremely reasonable!

AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and helpful. This was my first and only stop for a wedding gown. The variety and expertise offered was phenomenal. So happy with my dress, could not be on cloud 9 anymore than I am right now. Their support for the troops is incredible, wouldn’t be able to pull of my dream wedding without their support.

I had the absolute best experience there. Everyone was so helpful it made me feel like it was already my day. I had to wait for a dressing room which means I ended up going past my appointment time, they were technically closed but they didnt rush me at all and let me take my time to decide on what dress I wanted. I recommend them for any bride who wants a personalized experience.

This place is adorable! The staff was super helpful and supportive. I walked in on a Sunday and happened to find a gown, but I would have left just as happy without one thanks to the no-pressure experience. I was able to try on a BUNCH of gowns and veils, which made the experience more productive than some other more restrictive salon appointments Ive had. 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Brides Across America, and my stylist Emily! Coming in, I had no idea what I was looking for in a dress, and that led to some frustration. But, Emily kept me going and we were able to find a dress that fit my size and style! Emily made sure I was not settling for a dress to end my frustration and pulled some beautiful dresses for me. For each dress, she would clip it or show how straps would work or a bustle, each time getting a true look at what it would look like on my wedding day. The generosity and patience of the stylists and owner are unmatched. As a military bride, I was able to get a free dress! It immediately brought myself and those with me to tears from the kindness shown. It has been a long five years of a long distance relationship, and this organization is wonderful for recognizing military and first responder families as their charities’ mission.

Oh my gosh! After searching high and low to find the perfect dress I found the perfect staff at Brides Across America!Trying to find the right dress for my second wedding to my husband, I just could not nail down the right look. I purchased a dress online that was all wrong when it arrived. I didnt pay much for it and didnt have the time to resell it. Looking for a place to donate it I stumbled across BAA. Since it was 5 minutes from my office I decided to stop in to inquire about my donation. In telling my story I was prompted to look at their selection and try a few items. Not at all prepared I thought I found the perfect dress, only to realize it was the exact dress my cousin wore at the last family wedding!! I went back to pick-up this dress, which I had on hold. Feeling rushed and defeated, Olivia stepped in and spent my entire lunch hour finding the perfect assortment of dresses in my size until I found a dress I LOVE.I couldnt be happier with my dress, or the kindness and high level of customer service I received! I was thrilled to be part of the BAA mission and I am thrilled for the benefit I received working with them!! XO

I had an amazing experience at Brides Across America. I had never tried on bridal gowns before and didnt know what to expect. I was blown away by the customer service that Rachel provided to me and my family. She was patient, knowledgable, and friendly. On top of it all, the dress selection was beautiful. I said yes to the dress and couldnt be happier! Highly recommend.

Its a small unassuming shop. It was even hard to spot from the street. Nothing fancy, but great deals on dresses for a great cause. All of the dresses were under $1000. The selection is definitely hit or miss (as you would expect since its all off the rack), but the staff is kind and helpful. I got lucky and after trying on at 6 different places, my perfect dress was here.

I decided to make this my first shop to look at dresses because I thought what they stand for and do is amazing. Little did I know id end up with an amazing dress I didnt even think I wanted. Hannah was great and if she didnt suggest a few different dresses I may not have the dress I cried over when trying on. Thank you!
