I stumbled onto this place when I first moved here. They have consistently given me good service. I most appreciate their honesty. More than once they have taken the time to look at my car and never charged me a dime if it was something they couldnt fix or something that didnt need to be fixed in the first place. They have qiven me quality service and even provided a ride to and from my home without charging me a dime. Pretty impressive in this day and age.

Everyone was very nice and professional! They were very timely and my car was done within an hour and a half. They gave me a detailed explanation of what they did. Very friendly staff.

This is the 2nd time they have put tires on my truck. I am impressed by the great service and honesty. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, I also wanted alignment. When I picked the truck up they advised they checked and alignment was good. So instead of charging for full alignment, they charged me only for the check. I will keep using this shop. I brought in a 2005 mustang. It took about a week from when I called to when I could bring it in. I had coolant leakages, abs light on, starting noises, ac issues and no working horn. I was very impressed by the speed at which I got my car back. Total time was less than 2 days from when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. Everything was fixed. I was impressed by the customer service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because now my horn sounds like a dying cow with a pillow over its face. Better than nothing, but I might have to get that checked out again. Overall, I was very happy.Edit: had more issues with my car later (no fault of The shop). Again very satisfied with the speed and the service. I initially thought I would need a new engine, but they quickly found it to just be a harmonic balancer. This is my go-to mechanic shop now.

Had some car troubles last week on our trip to Wichita and Mike and team were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning for diagnostics. Parts were out of stock at Ford but they got them Tuesday and were able to install the alternator. Long story short, turns out the issue was with a pin in the PCM so Ford completed a repair on it back in Denver. Team kept us updated and worked hard to get us back on the road. Our family in Andover will continue to use Kansasland and has had great experiences there in the past as well.

Have been using them for the last 5 years for tires and general maintenance on my car and have never had a bad experience. They are fast, offer great customer service, and are great at what they do.

I tried to use this business for tire repair, but after leaving a tire there at 8:00 and coming back at 3:00pm and the tire had not been touched I picked it back up and fixed it myself. Will never use this business or attempt to again!

From out of town for the weekend and found extreme tire wear from the trip to Kansas. They had the unusual size I needed and squeezed me on on a Saturday morning with what seemed like a very good price. Sadly, like many tire shops, the final bill was much higher with multiple add-ons and even a generic un-quoted labor charge. Very disappointing but Im glad I could get it done at all.Edit: I was contacted by KT&S about an inhouse rebate I was quoted, but not given. They are sending me the refund and were very concerned about my satisfaction. Great customer service and pride in their work. I definitely would recommend.

We walked in and these awesome guys got us in right away. They provided amazing customer service! Ive only brought my car to them twice (so far), but Ive been incredibly pleased with their work. One was a simple oil change and one was an alternator repair.

I went in for tire pressure sensor check and the guy working at the front desk was extremely rude and had no knowledge of service. After the work was all done the tire pressure warning light was still on and asked him why still on; they just told me to drive a little bit and the light should go off. I did and nothing happened.. after few months I get a flat tire and I took it to another place and they told me that the tire sensor was installed incorrectly and was leaking from that part!!! Not very happy with the service and will not come back.

They take good care of your vehicle, do great work, have a great facility and are super helpful.Make sure you shop Kansasland before making your selection. They get you in and out quick. I made an appointment on Monday for Saturday to replace my four tires but when I called on Saturday morning to confirm my appointment they said they dont have my appointment!! What? Is this a joke? Now theyre telling me I have to wait over 2 hours if I come in on Saturday. Not very happy, not satisfied with their service!!! They need to re-educate their staff how important setting up the appointment time for their customers!

I had been noticing problems with my power steering and brakes since I first got my car. Another mechanic said nothing was wrong and then suggested repairs that I knew I didnt need for other things. At Kansasland they recognized the problem without me saying anything, and after they were done, my power steering and brakes handle the best they have since I got my car.

They have done work for me on vehicles outside their purview, when I couldnt find anyone else to help me on short notice, and the work they do is excellent. Nothing’s better than a new set of great tires. I’ve been coming here for several years. They’ve always been upfront and honest with me. I do a lot of miles so I’m in here several times a year and they actually know me by name when I walk in. It’s little things like this that make a huge difference to me.

My wife and I have gone here for a few years for oil changes and tires. They work hard to fit you in and are fast. If you buy tires there and get oil changes they remember to rotate your tires. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my car here for oil changes, new tires, tire rotation/balance/alignment, and other repairs for years and have been pleased with the service. I like that they have a clean and comfortable area for me to sit while I wait for my car to be ready to go again. I have always been treated respectfully here and when they come to see how I want some problem they have found while performing the regular service on my car, they do not talk down to me or make me feel that my questions are dumb. I continue to go here and recommend them to others because of their quick service and great customer service.

Recently went in for an oil change and rotate the tires (which if you purchase your tires from Kansasland they will rotate your tires for free) and when checking the tire pressure they found a nail; fixed me right up! Mike is the best! Always goes above and beyond. As a woman I worry that I get taken advantage when I go to get my car fixed. They always check out my car, give me an estimate, and fix it for that price. I’ve never had a problem after they fix it. Super reliable!!!

Called for an oil change, tried to tell me the price was 69.99 but that my truck needs 8qts of oil so I would have to buy two more quarts bringing the total to 90.00$. Only problem is my truck only takes 6quarts, so either they dont know what their doing or they are trying to rip people off.. Needless to say, I just changed it myself for 35$.

I called Kansasland Tire and Service because the my F250 was shaking vigorously when I was breaking. I have 96,000 miles on the truck and I had removed the break pads at 80,000. I was sure the rotors needed replaced. I had them quote breaks and rotors, the price was very reasonable. I took the truck in and asked them to replace the break pads and rotors. They called me back an hour later and told me my break pads were fine, all I needed was rotors. They dropped the price of the quote. I got my truck back same day and spent less money than I expected. Some shops would have replaced my break pads any way. This is a true testiment to the integrity of this service center. I am proud to be their customer. All of my familys vehicles will get serviced here from now on. Thanks Kansasland for proving that ethics and integrity are still alive.

Mike and Curtis who usually are the only two that answer the phone at the Andover, Kansas location, do so promptly and are always courteous. All the mechanic work along with installation of the tires always seems to be done so as quickly as possible, with care in ensuring the work is done correctly. Staff seemed confused, had strange customers. Wanted to replace all 4 tires on my AWD car because of an unrepairable tire. My dealer said that wasnt necessary - just the other tire on the same axle. We we travelling, so were out one good tire because we didnt have room for it in the car.

Asked them to check out a vibration when braking. Spent quite a lot on their suggested repairs to the back brakes, but the problem wasnt solved. Took it in again and they wanted me to spend $400. Two of their recommendations were unnecessary (brake hoses/fluid flush) and I ended up taking it to a friend who helped me fix it for $100 (and part of that expense was fixing another issue with my brakes that Kansasland didnt catch).Also, we found that my brake fluid was overfilled and the cap was left off the reservoir.Convenient location and friendly staff. Otherwise, Ill take my vehicle elsewhere if I can.

Mike and the boys at Kansasland Tire & Service are courteous timely and considerate. I have purchased truck tires, trailer tires, oil changes and front end alignments on several of my vehicles and have been exceedingly satisfied in all cases.

Made an appointment two weeks prior to 10-12-18 for new tires, oil change and alignment. Dropped the car off in the morning. Recieved a call that afternoon that the car was done but couldnt get an alignment due to the machine being used on another vehicle. Told them this was a spare vehicle and to keep it as I didnt want to put new tires on it without an alignment being done and told them to keep the old tires. Said okay and i could come pick it up the following morning as it would be done. Come Saturday I come to pick it up to find the oil never got changed and theold tires I told them to keep got disposed off. So i told them my frustration and waited more time to have the vehicles oil changed. Upon driving home I could instantly tell the vehicle never got an alignment from the steering wheel not being centered and pulling to the left. Save your time, money and worries and go somewhere else.

I have been using Kansas Tireland since about 2013. They always do a superior job. These guys are good and guarantee thier work as I was proven when they worked on my 06 trailblazer something was wrong with the alignment and they immediately corrected the problem and warrantied the tires had it fixed the very next day even as I insisted I didnt need the vehicle right back. They aligned my 2012 lifted Silverado 2 years ago and it still is driving great the previous owner lifted it and never aligned it. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting experts to work on your vehicles.

Have had multiple interactions in which this company has not stood behind the work they have provided or have performed sub-par repairs. Kansasland has not warrantied repairs to an A/C unit when the system failed again within a couple months and most recently bent a rim on a vehicle when they replaced the tires, resulting in hundreds of dollars being spent to diagnose and repair the vehicle before the rim damage was found.

I appreciated their customer service and honest approach.

Highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere I would trust Jiffy Lube before Kansasland better Yet Walmart mechanics before Kansasland took my vehicle in for tires they highly recommended a set these tires lasted only a quarter of the expectancy and when I went back again they had told me those tires had been discontinued yet Walmart mechanics before Kansasland took my vehicle in for tires they highly recommended a set these tires lasted only a quarter of the expectancy and when I went back in they had told me those tires had been discontinued lol have an ABS brake issue explain the whole situation to them took it in asking them to hook it up to the computer diagnostics and possibly A automated bleed for my ABS pump which is done by a scan tool as well come to find out they never scanned it they took off my master cylinder which caused the drag on my brakes to release and told me I needed a new vacuum booster in master cylinder never bothered to even bleed the ABS pump when I had just replaced the ABS module most people take the vehicle to a mechanic because they don’t know what they’re doing or if they work on the vehicle their self they take it when they are on able to troubleshoot the problem down this was my case I simply needed help troubleshooting and one of the car scan to see if anything came up not working properly especially my ABS pump they disregarded what I asked for took my master cylinder off assume they found the problem and gave me a quote for 800 and something dollars to replace it I priced checked all the parts in the remaining balance after parts was 588 labors normally anywhere from $75-$100 an hour let’s just say there on the high end even then that’s Wayover in labor it should take two hours maybe a little over to replace their time over 5 hours! They overprice their labor they do not follow instructions the only thing they have going for them is the staff is friendly but they seem not to be on the same page even one guy quoted me $30 for taking the master cylinder off and then putting it back on call me back saying the manager said no it would be $80 for the diagnostics but they didn’t even hook it up to a scan tool to do a diagnostics they basically took a guess and I’m sure if you work on your own vehicle you would be like me and need no help guessing whether you’re looking for help to take the guesswork out so you can get to replacing parts they don’t even know if my master cylinder is bad because they took it off and it released my break drag I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t release the break drag you disconnected it, idk they seem like amateur mechanics and I got that covered I was looking for a professional . If you want somebody to take a guess at what’s wrong with your car and replace the parts contact me I’ll do that for you for way cheaper than Kansasland whatever if you’re looking for a professional mechanic call the dealership I know it’s pricey but in the long run they will find you the problem without sending you out taking guesses

Horrible! 1.5 hours for lube, oil, filter. Overpriced outrageous. Asked them to just blow out my air filter and watched that NOT happen! When I got my truck I crawled under it to find they missed my drive shaft U joints. I told them and the kid cane out, gun in hand and did it he said...I got home to find he tried to but NIETHER zerk took grease!!Way overpriced and customer service has an attitude!Will never go back.
