Right when I got there the lady told me she was closing to take her lunch, it was rainy and I had packed both of my kids with me. I had even told her, I already know which ones I want and she’s like unless you can be in and out of here in 5 mins I can’t. I was pretty upset. Do they not have enough people to keep the store running while one person takes a lunch? Not to mention there were a more customers that came right after me to be denied as well.

Great service..unfortuntaly couldnt find my shoes.. Service shoes for work. Wish shoe for crews was and option there or vans skid resistant Im one the needs to try on shoes. (My feet ugh! Lol! )

Just bought a new pair of Skechers no lace slide in shoes and their friggin awesome!!! I wore them out of the store & wear them every day. Going back for a pair of sandals 😊

It is a decent place to get shoes. Mostly work shoes and exercise shoes. Theres not a big selection of skateboard shoes. Tho there used to be... The people were nice and very helpful. They allowed me to stay after their closing time in order to find what shoes i needed. Pretty solid place

I came in today and brought my son who is 4 and Autistic & nonverbal he is obsessed with numbers so when he seen the shoe number chart on the floor he became obsessed and when it was time to leave he had a melt down it became hard to hold the shoes and try to calm him & then the cashier by the name Nacho heard and came over and asked if I needed help and brought my things to the front. he was very kind when I explained the situation and let my son press the numbers on the credit card thing while I finished my transaction. It was extremely nice and made me feel like he genuinely cared about the customers! It’s not all the time I see treatment like that being the mom of children with special needs!! I will absolutely be back!

Nice sale happening my kid left with 1 pairs of shoes.

Went with my mom for some new work shoes and ended up getting some new tennis shoes too. Nacho was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and reccomend to friends and family.

Helpful staff. Didnt have the shoe I was looking for (no surprise it was in clearance isle I noticed). They offered to order it, I let them know I would online. They reminded me of an online offer and went on my way. Staff always this helpful.

I went in to get a new pair of shoes. Surprisingly, they were decently priced. The staff was awesome. The store though looked as if it was going out of buisness or selling off a ton of stock. Holes and empty shelves everywhere.

This store has a terrible return policy! I purchased a pair of New Balance and in a few hours they started to hurt my feet! I called the store and they told me I couldnt return them because the painted on words on the insole had started to wear off and thats a sign of wear. No other sign of wear! 80 dollars down the drain! I will never walk into another famous footwear as long as I live and I will spread the word!

Im the manager at this location. The time that is listed is incorrect for our center. The outlets open at 930 am and close and 800 pm Mon-Sat and open at 11 am and close at 6 pm on Sundays.
