Do your due diligence when it comes to purchasing a bike from here. We went to look at a few of their bikes they had posted. Sales where not pushy but definitely not interested in making a sale. The gentleman was not interested in making a sale at all. He not once did he got off of his stool. He didnt bother to give specs on the bikes we were interested in or really answer questions. One bike we were interested in said online it came with a touring pack that it was not pictured when asked about it he straight up implied that we were misinformed and was rude about it.

Great business! Has professionalism and quality service like a large business, but also the personal care and customer service of a family. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction in both sales and service! Highly recommend!

First off, let me say that we live in Tennessee about 3 hours from Boneyard. My husband and I fell in love with a 2018 street glide that was shown online. My husband (Eric) did 90% of the deal via phone. This is always a risk, however we have absolutely nothing negative to say about these guys. We dealt primarily with Fugi, and he was incredible from initial contact all the way to strapping the bike down on the trailer. Fugi was considerate, attentive, knowledgeable and extremely generous. I mentioned in passing conversation that I had recently had a major neck/spinal surgery so more than likely the factory seat would eventually have to go for comfort reasons. Fugi took that information to heart and showed us different options he could swap out in order for me to be more comfortable and safe when riding. Its the little things that really mean a lot and would never get from a retail dealer. Both Eric and myself are thoroughly impressed with Fugi and the Boneyard staff and plan to deal more with them in the future. A 3.5 hour drive is worth every mile when you can feel good walking out the door after such a big purchase. We appreciate everything they did to make the experience unforgettable.

I bought a 2013 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Limited. It is a beautiful bike and got it for a steal of a price with only 22,000 miles on it. I had stopped at a location and looked at a 2009 model of the same bike but it had 72,000 miles on it for the same price. For anyone interested in buying a Harley Davidson I highly recommend Boneyard Cycles and ask for Fugi. And I appreciate Paul and Fugi for making things right with my situation. Ended up buying a bike from these guys. Surprisingly nice shop, very easy to deal with. I like these guys. The bike I got was used but in good shape. Had one small issue with it and they handled it for me. The repair took a bit longer then what we first expected due to the fact we had order a gasket. So they offered to deliver the bike to me when they were done. Customer service done right.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees took their time and showed us around and talked with us and not pushy on trying to make a sale. Prices were very reasonable, was quite surprised honestly. Definitely a place to check out and not pass by.

Bought a bike about a month ago. Price was fair, service was more self sufficient but whatever. I got a bike for the season. 2 weeks later the tachometer doesn’t work and won’t work. So yea, be carful what you get.

I co signed with my brother too get a Harley && when I tell you they have the best service around I mean the best ! The lady behind the counter was so nice, && carried on a wonderful conversation with me ! When I got there to sign the paper work she had it all ready it was quick, easy, && painless ! They have wonderful financing also ! Heck they even gave my a free shirt when we bought the Harley ! I’m telling you me && my family will be back too buy more motorcycles from them ! Found myself needing a tire while I was on the road. I Stopped in, they had one in stock and replaced it for me, and got me back on the road pretty fast. Very professional, and friendly.

I went into Boneyard after doing some online research. My Honda dual sport wasnt their normal service vehicle, but they took my bike and its long list of minor projects right away. I had typed my own work order, which after being stapled to a blank work order, didnt catch the eye of the mechanic. I had to come back a second time to get the full list completed, but they insisted on doing the remaining list for free -- including some brake parts -- for the inconvenience of the extra trip. Stuff happens. People who care to go the extra mile to fix it when stuff happens, thats not always easy to find. Found it at Boneyard.

Bought a bike from them a few months ago. I didnt lnow alot about Harleys, Ive always had jap bikes. This bike always seemed off to me. Hard to find neutral. Odd noises and the likes. Well any how I have put less than 1000 miles on it and had to take it in for service. Long of the short is we are doing lifters rods and an oil pump. Im not saying its their fault. I am just giving the low review because it is annoying to be putting alot of money in a bike I am making payments on and havent even gotten a season out of. Just make sure you do your due diligence on any bike you get from here.
