This picture was Oct 2, 2017. These others are from today Oct 30, 2017. Its 4 months and we still not moved in. You have to pay for own permits. You have to call power company to get meter installed. The manager has been there 1 time to see where to put it. Has not been down to oversee anything, we’ve had to call him when something was finished, not done or needed to be done. Had to call power to set up meter install, he told us to call him after power ready to go so he could send someone to finish up.This company isn’t worth your time or money.
