I recently purchased a replacement blower motor for a ceiling fan. The motor I got did not work. I emailed Surpius and got a response to my email in less than an hour. They sent a replacement for the faulty motor without question or hassle. Thanks to Dustin S. @ Surpius for outstanding customer service.
