So, I just got fired on the 18th for attendance. Thats funny, I was under the threshold before being fired and they still found a way. Ever since the new plant manager took over, the revolving door went into over drive. He is thin skinned and calls the cops if you use bad language. Other than that, the pay was decent and the workers were great.

Current employee at the plant, was their when it was family owned and am still their, it has gone through some thought times from the buy out by Donaldson inc. we’ve went through a lot of people and not going to lie employees that had been their long than me. Their were many occasions I’ve contemplated leaving myself, the first plant manager Donaldson brought in tried in my own opinion but had other narratives for himself and any input you had went in one ear and out the other. The whole plants morale was down and not getting any better. If feel now that the out look has changed the new plant manager has the drive and the want in my opinion to make the plant great again I’ve seen more change in the short time he’s been at the plant in a positive direction than before I back him and I feel he backs his employees as well, I’ve been through the downs after the buy out and I’m grateful I stuck it out . If you give your best effort for the company and care about it as a career you will be taken care of!! Thank you to all of the hy-pro team

Fundamentalists that use and abuse temp employees. Dont give them your business, and dont bother working for them.

This review was made before Donaldsons took over FYI:Hy-Pro is one of the greatest companies to work for! If you worked here and it didnt work out, its because of you not them. All they ask is that you come to work (without an attitude) and do your work efficiently. I can tell you right now, there are no companies in this area that care for their employees like Hy-Pro. They are going places!!

Easy work but management is two faced. If you are a temp and dont believe in the Jesus, they will fire you. Thats what happened to me. My manager at the time is all bout his Jesus and didnt appreciate the fact that I was not religious. They got rid of me even though I was a hard worker. Both the HR lady and Pro Resource were scratching their heads about why they fired me. I learned later that year though an x co-worker that he is know to fire anyone that doesnt praise Jesus. One star because of how narrow-minded the management is.

Ive worked there for 3+ years. Best job ever. The comment from the dakota guy is all bull he couldnt keep up the pace and was slower than all get out. If you can keep up a good pace and your a hard worker youll find a great job there.

I was sent to work there as a temp to hire and after a week of working hard I was let go,disrespected,humiliated all for no reason because the staff members are horrible and communication is not good at all I defiantly regret it!!! I was treated very poorly and lied to by office staff,managers to regular employees I worked hard and they felt threatened by my work ethics
