Best customer service Ive experienced anywhere. They do everything in their power to help you get the most from your hearing aids. I never have a problem getting an appointment for the time of day that I need. Knowledgeable and caring!

Deb is an excellent hearing healthcare provider, very knowledgeable in her field. Karen is very caring to their patients and excellent at front desk and assisting Deb. They are the best team in the area to pursue your hearing health needs.

I felt comfortable and at ease with Connect Hearing. The lady who done my hearing test was wonderful and patient. When it came to picking out the hearing aids in different colors I picked one color but she knew I just picked that color without really wanting that color because I began getting nervous but she stayed patient with me and we found the perfect color of hearing aids. She explained everything in detail on what and when to expect the hearing aids to come in and about my insurance claim. As far as the front desk goes, I have left three voice messages and I have never been able to get them to call me back. Even the day Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield called them to make my appointment for me, I called to get their exact location and they would not call me back. I was almost late for my appointment because I couldnt find them and I finally found them to be in the basement outside of the hospital in another building. To get any information I have had to call the 800 number to Connect Hearing.

Small but nice Hearing aid center. It is in the basement and back in the corner, but there is an elevator.

I took my father to Connect Hearing for adjustments to his hearing aids provided by the VA. He is not from the area or a patient of Connect Hearing but they cleaned and adjusted his hearing aids while he was in town recuperating from an illness. The staff was very professional and eager to help. I would definitely recommend them!
