Very disappointed experience Friday afternoon went to pickup my medicine. I had called in a month before and told them to cancel my Atorvastatin (Liptor) why... no longer taking it. Friday it was filled and my insurance had to pay for it. When I called to inquire the technician thought it was funny along with others. It was not I was taken off because of allergic reaction thats why I called to cancel a month ago. Then she proceeded to tell me they dont cancel because people call in all the time and say they dont take something when they do.Technician was very rude and condensing. Meijers needs to have classes with all their technicians on dealing with all races, a diversity training experience.
Friendly and compassionate staff that does all they can to help save money on my prescriptions since I do not have insurance.
I found it to be very fast at the time I normally get there and much more affordable than CVS.
I love meijers pharmacy they even take goodrx unlike Walmart and Walgreens and they always have my medication ready when I need it
Great deals and mperks rock. We do most of our grocery shopping here now. I like it better than walmart. Pharmacy is great too. Friendly workers and quick when you go to get your medicine.
I have been using Meijer for over a year. I now am on the verge of changing to another pharmacy. I use their online app to get my refills. Every week I put all my medications in a pill sorter for the week. If there is not enough left in the bottle for another entire week, I order a refill. Very frequently it takes four or five days (sometimes even longer) to get a refill. The time they take to produce a refill most of the time is unacceptable. The online app has its own issues. I ordered six refills this week. The app list three ready to pick up. The other show one as being refilled yesterday and two refilled today. But I have not picked up any of them and those three are not listed as ready to pick up. Tried their auto refills with reminders, that doesnt work either.
They seem to be a little disorganized. Messed up my meds a few times. Lots of staff running around in back but yet you can stand and be totally ignored. I started using the drive up.
Tell them to put a medicine on hold and for months they keep filling it. You tell them again to put it on hold and once again they fill it the next month.Or they let you know you have medicine filled so you make the trip in there just to tell you its to early to fill then when you get home you have a message on phone saying your prescription is filled.I have wasted many trips and gas plus they should be better than that
Never have what I need in stock, have literally gave me the completely wrong pills twice, and now for the third day in a row they have told me they have my prescription (that I REALLY need) and I get there and they tell me they dont have it and that I am mistaking! Three days in a row I have driven all the way there to hear this after they have sent me a text saying it is ready.
Insanely slow. There every month and I ALWAYS have to wait at least 20 minutes, whether in drive through or inside. Employees will literally just stand around talking. Shouldnt fill a prescription in DT, rather ask them to return in 15 min or so.
Fast friendly staff, prescriptions are always ready when I need them. Excellent place that even has tons of free prescriptions!
Its an ok place if Walmart doesnt have what Im looking for, although its somewhat more expensive on products there.
Always have what I need and want!!!
Customer service on sundays is really poor.
I have not been all the impressed with this pharmacy.I recently stopped coming here and changed up to another pharmacy.
Way too slow
Very disappointed in the service!
