It was not a good experience we are at the bakery, which had a sign saying they were open until 8 pm .We were there at 7 pm but could not find anyone to help us. My husband found someone in produce who was willing to help but was not trained in the area so he was unable to find what he needed to help us.Another customer came by who had placed an order for her class party the next morning.Sge also could not find anyone to help.I actually went behind the counter and found her order.

Shelves needed stocked, with more stuff was looking pretty bare. Had hand sanitizer stations though, but could use more throughout the store.

I have just recently started shopping at meijer. No particular reason I never shopped here regularly before other than Target was closer. We moved and I needed to find a go to close and I quit the big W a longtime ago! Lol I have been in several meijer stores recently and they are all consistent. This store in Anderson is always clean and well organized. The produce is top notch and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a little bit of everything and they maintain good stock levels. I really enjoy shopping here. They are a bit more pricey on some things but I am good with that because they have quality products and provide good customer service! Thanks for giving a top notch shopping experience consistently!

I love Meijer in general. This store was very large and updated nicely. I like how it looked, quite different from my local Meijer.

Went late at night almost til close, the staff was helpful on my hunt for Bacon. It was not busy at all. But there was a cop standing by the self checkouts. I believe he was waiting on a shop lifter. Otherwise he has no reason being there on a Sunday night. But boy did he watch me and my friend like a hawk and we never even thought of stealing Any thing. Over all tho great time. Its better to go during the day.

Love the store! Hate that its the furthest thing out on the west side of town. Wish it was a little closer but love all of the options in the produce section as well as the bakery. They also have an extensive alcohol section which I enjoy!

My wife and I spend 100s of dollars out here, only to be rushed out and looked at like we’re criminals, that we are there for something else other than purchasing the things we need. Seems that when we come to check out, the rules change, I work late so night time is when we can do a lot of our shopping together and they are so rude at closing time, I mean I get it, people are ready to go home, I’m ready to go home, but you are getting paid to fulfill these obligations as an employee at this store. Treating people less then the way you would want to be treated are just bad ethics in general. Also I uploaded 2 pictures here for an example, of their high pricing, the baby clothing is buy 1 get one for a dollar, but when you go and look at the price, one little outfit is $32, plus tax that’s 16 a piece for 2 tiny outfits, when I can go to Walmart and pay no more then $10 for the same outfits. We have no other choice sometimes, but to shop here due to no other stores being open past 11. There are, however good deals, on occasion better go before 10pm or it’s a constant nag until midnight!

Good store. It seems to me that it could use a remodel...doesnt appear as bright and clean as most. (It is clean...being underlit just makes it look kinda dreary. Otherwise, its a fine Meijer.

It had tons of healthy foods for me and they werent at that bad of a price. The people were welcoming and kind. It was organized and clean. I had an amazing experience.

Well I messed up on that one I think I just posted for a crew car wash. Which I havent been to and I dont know how many miles. Sorry about that folks I was talking about meijer. And as I said in a previous post I dont know whether its because of covid or just that they didnt know how to stock their shelf. But every time I go there I have no issues finding what I need to find. Theyve got a wide variety of pretty much everything. And they also have a food store in their store. So all in one shopping.

Store was barely stocked on perimeter debts. The center aisles of grocery were better but Ive only seen it looking so empty during the lock down of covid. The general public needs to go back to getting jobs.

For the most part they do a good job of keeping their shelves stocked. They also do a good job at keeping enough registers opened for the number of customers so you can typically get through pretty quickly when you are in a hurry. Prices are competitive compared to similar stores in the area.

I love that they have a full time butcher with wrapping up your meat, it takes me back when we went to butcher shop Instead of the grocery store. Always clean and neat and employees are so friendly. You can tell this company cares about their employees and it shows because other companies work thier employees to death and treat them horribly and it shows they hate thier jobs.

My fiancee and I were checking out when we overheard the self-checkout employee approach a customer to make some comments about another customer who she said his dreadlocks were disgusting and how she just shakes her head at people like that. When we provoked the harassment she refused to get a manager involved until I got loud enough to draw the attention of one. He would not listen to a word I had to say and only wanted to control my tone. Ultimately I was escorted from the store for defending a customer against discriminatory remarks. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I do my own scanning for a reason! Convenience and to expedite my trip. Not only does it 9 times out of 10 require a mobile service check, today the young lady scanned items well beyond the required mobile check of 4, and really made me feel like I had done something to not scan items!! Its MEIJERs System after all. She spent another 3 to 5 minutes examining, and TOUCHING my items! Defeats the entire purpose of ME doing the work of an Employee! I am not getting paid to scan and bag all my own items, it is supposed to be a convenience!I suggest you train staff that Shop and Scan is a CONVENIENCE to the customer, and ultimately to your store!!

Several shelves were bare but most of what I needed was in stock. Staff was friendly and prices were good.

We use the Anderson Indiana location. Clean helpful staff. Use delivery sometimes and the people are clean and polite and text as they shop.Used to use Kroger, but like the variety and staff better and now use Meijer.Also, love the in store post office!!!

I Iooked all over Anderson for a twin size mattress pad and Meijer was the only store that had only one. I got home and put it on my bed and ther was about a 3 inch rip in the seam. If I would of taken it back they said that they was not sure when any more would be in. So I said heck with it and I sewed it myself. I paid $49 for that pad and had to fix it myself. I think Meijer should of offered me a small discount

Im horrible with names but the man working in sporting goods was wonderful and helped me look for a stop watch...and when they didnt have it....he evened looked on his phone to see where in town had them....and when I decided to look at kitchen timers he showed me where they were...now thats customer service...

Love this store and it is a great place to shop... everything under one roof, and even a gas station... outside of course!!! The only thing is you have to watch the prices, their not as good as some places.

They have things here that I cant find anywhere else and the store is always neat and clean when I come in. The only thing Im like ehhh on are the prices. However, thats not a this store thing, its a Meijer thing, so Im not gonna ding this store specifically for that.

I enjoy this meijer. It is convenient on way home as it is right off interstate. The store is clean and usually well organized. The staff very friendly and helpful. It’s a rare day that I am not greeted when I enter the store.

Its like Target mixed with Walmart in looks! I have dairy allergies and I was able to find all my dairy free needs since moving from NY. The workers were friendly and helpful considering how late it was and the meat section is always a tell tell sign the quality of a grocery store. Bright reds and pinks! Very impressed! I wont food shop anywhere else in Anderson, IN. Oh and the app is very nice. It brought a new meaning to self check out.

We prefer Meijer to Walmart. They have the groceries, toiletries and other items we want. The newer remodeling is nice.

Good clean store, employees are kind and go out of their way to make sure you’re finding everything okay. This location is one of the pilot locations for CPR (Cell Phone Repair) which is really cool. They’ll repair your phone while you shop and offer a lifetime warranty on their work.

So, the store was fine, but checkout was slow and it was warm near the checkout area

Came here shortly after arriving in town to pick up some essentials for my Indiana visit.Found all of the groceries I needed quickly. Plenty of employees around late at night stocking shelves. Clean store, organized layout, good deals. You do have to wear a mask (which I appreciate).

Although they didnt have the main thing we went went there for they still get five stars because the very nice man at the meat counter told me that the prime rib will be out tomorrow on sale for 5.99 lb. My wife always fixes prime rib at Christmas dinner. We were concerned that we wouldnt be able to afford it this year. But thanks to 5.99 well be a little closer to normal. 2020 can stick it, were eating prime rib!

Shop is well stocked, clean and tidy with curteous staff. Unfortunately i didnt check my receipt before leaving and was charged twice for an item i only bought once at 9.99 Posting because this is the second time this has happened at this branch with an attended till. Either widespread imcompetence of cashiers or something more cinister going on here. At least their well known main competitor, nearby doesnt steal from me. Also very pushy credit card sales rep, with no mask tried to get way too close in my face. Taking my business to the competition in future, those quotes from the founder of meijer they have posted on their walls are meaningless in my view

I went there to get pictures made for my moms Celebration of Life that was coming up! My brother recommend them as the place I should go; so I did. Well I got there at about 10p.m which was late. However, they dont close until Midnight! I didnt expect to get them that night kinda figured it would be the next day sometime, and they would contact me when they were ready! Ill get back to that in a minute. I really hadnt had much experience with navigating there software to get the pics from my phone! I had a lot of difficulty tying to get it figured out! I was not happy, and getting very frustrated, and not one, single, solitary person on duty that night working offered any assistance. Moving forward its basically time for them to be closing for the night, and they seemed to be very agitated that me and a few other people were still there in the store. They werent friendly at all, and they basically stopped facing us with their arms crossed and a scowl on their faces! I know that we all like to be done and off work atour jobs right on time too, but unfortunately that doesnt mean its going to happen. When you are in customer service you still need to be friendly and smile when youre talking care of the customer! That person should never know that you are mad. Theres time after they are gone to be mad ect.. sorry for the book, but its how I feel! Lastly, my pictures werent ready the next evening in fact I believe it wasnt even the day after that either! I ended up having to go to another place to get them; Which by the way was the very next day after I ordered them, and I even had to specialty pictures custom made too! You guys had no record of my order when I called or went online to track them down! Then one day I get an email after I already paid for the service elsewhere saying order was ready. I went and picked them up which once again there was no help In that department nor none offered either! I literally had to go find someone who was working to help me. He was nice but couldnt at first find it. Then once I had them they werent even a quality that was expected. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

In addition to the excellent in-store availability and stock, Meijer now offers pick up (free when requested items are more than $50) - a lifesaver! I was overly eager to pick up, but they were affirming and patient, and collected/delivered my list quickly as I waited in my vehicle. 10/10. Will use again.

Went to purchase items for Memorial Day for gravesite. However selections were miniscule and pricing didnt coincide with quality. I ventured into arts and crafts area (i.e paints & accessories)only to find they were scattered about in different aisles which made it frustrating to say the least. I dont typically shop meijers because their prices are high; rather I prefer mainly shopping thier grocery dept (i.e frozen foods & produce)but unfortunately its essentially not conveniently located near my home. Lastly the mens restroom didnt appear to be maintained well and had urine all over the floor nearest the one main urinal along with having only one toilet too. As with current state of affairs regarding Covid19 and as such I found it concerning their insistence patrons wear mask yet when their bathroom facilities are poorly attended and/or maintained.

Store was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Didnt push me to wear a mask. And no, I dont wear a mask unless the business or company I am visiting requires one, and that is my choice to make. Prices are a little higher than Walmarts prices though.

Had pictures developed and took the man behind the counter over 2 hours to do it.He waited on other customers took his break and left me standing there waiting.Im VERY upset and will not have my photos processed there ever again!!!! I will go to CVS or Walgreens for my photo needs for now on.

One of the few stores that still has a meat counter for beef, pork and chicken in the Anderson area. Clean sometimes they need a few more checkouts open long waits on those self-checkout in and out quick.

Meijer store is one of my favorite stores because you can do one stop shopping there. However they are located on the far south side of town and that is quite a distance for me to travel. Therefore I do not go there that often however, when I do go I find great bargains.

How can a place that constantly has employees in your way stocking items, and I literally mean in your way while you try to shop, always be out of almost everything. I dont understand why meijer is constantly out of stock for a lot of items when other places are not. You have every isle full of employees taking over at all times of the day stocking items yet youre out of a lot of items.Also your salad selection is always soggy and brown

Good quality products. A little pricier on some things compared to other large stores around. Only four star because of always having to wait in long lines to check out. Never enough registers open.

I love going to Meijer. They have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also good variety of meats. They still seem to be out of sanitary items. And some frozen foods, but they have other things to eat.
