Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and they have different hispanic products then Walmart. They have more different cuts of meat than Walmart too. I do like this store. 👍

Well dang what can I say food lion is taking over this one and I really have not been to a food lion so I dont know what to expect when they open as food lion.

This is a good grocer. They always have the stuff we look for. Its always fresh and everything is clean.

They didnt have sale items. Their app was impossible to use. Even the Store Manager tried to get it to work without success. He told me he would honor the digital coupons which would not load on the app. But at check out the cashier had to go check the price for the items I said were on sale. I did receive the price I said, but felt frustrated for the amount of time I spent doing so. I love Bilo and drove out of my way to shop there, but it was just a bad day for them.

I love my BiLo. Today was different for me. They did not have 2 things that are found in any produce sections--limes and green onions. One other thing on sale was cantaloupe. Too ripe. I like the layout and all of the people are friendly and helpful. This was a first for me. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Freezer items always have freezer burn. Especially ice cream.

I like this bi-lo better than the one on hwy. 24. The people are nicer. More registers open, and they dont lock 2 of the 3 doors at dark.....

The employees are all nice and I can usually find what I want. My only complaint is that I always come out smelling like old frying oil. The store always smells this way. It may be a ventilation issue?

You never can just go in and get out quick at the Bi-Lo in homeland park. Prices are high, but the deli is always on point kind and courteous and good prices there.

They have made a lot of changes to the store but they need to get more help. But let me be more specific about that, they need to get more help on the registers and less just standing around talking about what they did the night before or gonna be doing the weekend.

Store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. Bums tend to hang out in front in the later part of the day.

Slim produce selection. What they do have is withered with fruit flies. Not vast selection of some products. People soliciting in parking lot and parked in fire zone.

They had what I needed. The lines werent long. The employees were actually nice.

We were not only able to park but they allowed us to go inside and purchase whatever groceries they had on the Shelf not only did we take advantage of this spectacular offer but they even gave us a discount at the cashiers office. this was by far the most pleasing grocery store experience Ive had all day!

I enjoy this BI-LO the most of any of the ones I have been to around here. I know some of the employees from 2011 when I worked at Goodwill. This store is always clean and well stocked.

I go there quite often but the prices can come down a bit, but the meats are always fresh here thats why I go

I hate to shop here. THE only reason I ever go in here is for the chicken. Usually the ladies at the deli will fry a fresh batch of dark chicken for me and I dont mind waiting because they will give me the sticker and I can go look around and stand in the slow checkout lanes and the chicken will be ready by the time I get through the line. Last time I was there, biscuits were free if purchasing the chicken. The idiot manager was bagging and argued with me that special was the week before. He stops bagging to go check for himself, leaving me to bag my own groceries. Reinforcing why I hate the store. Today I go because they have a memorial day sale and walked in to order chicken and the old bat reluctantly said she would fry me a dark batch and it would be 30 minutes, thinking Im stupid enough not to know that it takes 18-20 minutes, and then tells me I cant have a sticker. That no one is suppose to be doing that. We come back in 15 minutes and the chicken is soon done. Meanwhile we grab a pack of the precooked ribs. We head to checkout, which surprisingly moved a little faster than usual, except no sticker on ribs. I go to the cook outside and he comes back telling cashier he ran out. Of course that took several minutes and the line backed up pretty good while all this took place. We get home and find out the chicken was far from being fried fresh. She mixed in a couple of fresh pieces with older pieces and the ribs were the worst tasting ribs Ive ever eaten. Im a middle aged white woman whom is a former chef. The first thing that I said was these ribs taste like a white boy that doesnt know what BBQ is, cooked them. What a total waste. Too bad a schedule of who is the manager on duty and which deli workers are working for the week cant be posted for the week, to the public, so you dont waste your time going on the days that customer service sucks and lousy cooks are working. Good forbid you need to return something. Standing in that line should be based on reservations.

Ordered a cake for my childs birthday. Go to pick it up and they didnt even make it!!! Then they tell my husband that he can pick out another and they wont charge as much... You didnt even make it and you still want to charge for a cake!! Happy 5th birthday to my little girl THANKS for nothing!!!

Poor customer service . Long checkout lines. High end prices. Bums hanging around store loitering for money an cigarettes all day. Shoplifters running out of the doors . Managers watching them . Fruit flies in Deli.

Bilo has good sales. Usually has low prices and well stocked shelves.

Slow checkout every time! They dont have enough cashiers. With the constant change of the bonus/plenti card Ive lost all points because after applying for their newest one, there was a snafu and no one seems to be able to fix it. Doesnt matter anyway, I avoid the place unless its necessary.

Good prices and their cooked food is awesome! You must try the fried chicken and cornbread

The store itself I would give 5 stars. The cleanliness. The cahsiers were friendly and welcoming.The only issue I have is the drug addicts hanging around outside. Alot of them are closer to the family dollar store side plugging their phones in an outdoor outlet.I couldnt help but notice how uncomfortable some of the women and elderly people felt walking into the stores.Get rid of the vagrants and its 5 stars all day.

5 employees watched 2 small boys be cussed, threatened and smacked around by an adult and they all turned a blind eye. When I asked them to call they cops they said some people shouldnt have children and did nothing more. I had to call the cops myself.

The bathroom is disgusting. I stopped at the restroom before checking out and thought twice about completing my purchases.

Clean store, average pricing on foods, etc. Love that they have the chek sodas at low prices.

Its super clean and neat but I suggest you avoid it for produce. This is very near my house but the fruits and veggies are always rotting with gnats and Flys flying around it. I would suggest Ingles for fresh produce with a wide variety. Or if you must shop near this location go to Quality Foods.

The store is a little busy on Sundays after church hours, however, the aroma of fresh fried chicken filled the air, makes you want to take a box home. My time spent was not long during checkout, saved money too!

I LOVE watson village Bi-lo ... Everyone is so nice and helpful. Maybe it is a little more expensive, but i will go there any day to get that kind of service! Managers, cashiers, bakery even the stockers they are super friendly! Plus if they dont have a particular item you need they will help you find it even if its at another store!

Bi-lo I shop there most of the time I dont like the fact they dont put labeling on there meat from Mexico and it says inspected usda .but the meat is tough and I feel like its false advertising. There is no way to know it came from Mexico except its cheaper and in white trays instead of black .the difference in wording is usda choice.thats USA beef. I bought that meat from Mexico we could not chew it and my cats would not eat it they need to make public more aware other stores do .

Usually go to Bilo because it close to my house but they really need to work on the person that works in the kitchen the store always smells like something is burning it is very hard to shop when ur trying not to choke out on the burning smell.. and its every time I walk into Bilo someone has burned something in the kitchen that makes the whole store smell

They are a little pricey compared to Walmart. Do not like bilos store brand. But the bogo deals are great. And the sales. One thing on bogo is higher than one thing from any other store. But when you get the second item free it makes it a couple dollars off making that 2 items a few dollars cheaper than any other store so it works out.

The only real issue wuth the south main streeet store us on sundays, thwonly stock very and i mean very little meat (steaks) in paticular. Asi chose my luch steaks totalingabout 35.00, i noticed one of the butchers wTching me closely, as i made my way to the check out lNe he was following me very close. As i reached the lane a manager ask ifi found every thing ok. I told him yes but idid not like being followed around the store as if im a theif. He said in no uncertain terms that wasnt the case, i ask him well then exactly what the hell is your butcher with a bloody apron on doing standing behind me then? He didnt have an answer for that. It was unconfortable enough for me to write bilo off my list if businesses to patronize.
