Love Aldi. Prices have recently increased, but still the best place to buy food at the most reasonable prices

Ive always loved Aldi stores! Great food at amazing prices. But its not worth it when management has such horrible customer service skills such as this store does. Specifically, I am speaking about the manager Nicole. I have never met such a rude and unprofessional manager until I was unfortunate enough to cross paths with Nicole. Never will I return to this location as long as shes there!

Love shopping here. There are always great deals and amazing new finds. You cant beat the price and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Aldis has become one of my favorite places to grocery shop, they have all of the healthy foods that our family is steering towards to maintain a better lifestyle. I love the weekly Aldis fines I go on Wednesday and always always something new and exciting that you just dont seem to be able to find anywhere else the store is always clean everyone works hard you dont get stuck in line for hours and just its just a good store.

I don’t live in Anderson I was just going to get my friend some stuff since she and her kids are sick so I don’t know the outlay of this Aldis like I do the one near me. I asked a woman I believe named Nicole who was apparently a manager (not sure how) and she was horribly rude. Acted annoyed that I was even asking where things were even after I stated I was not from the area. I’ve always loved aldis but I will never be returning to this specific one. Horrible experience.

Its a good bargain, but some items are old & not fresh.

I regularly shop here when I go out to do my main grocery shopping. The prices here are pretty good, but keep an eye out because some of the prices are comparable to other shopping establishments. Other than a few items, Id highly recommend Aldis for their cost saving expertise and the ability to provide a family of 5 with a reasonably priced stocked pantry and fridge. I spend approximately $200 less here than if I went elsewhere. The only items I do NOT buy here is produce simply because it goes bad quicker than what my family can eat it. Other than that, we prefer the Aldi brand. My kids refuse the Velveeta brand mac and cheese, but will DEVOUR the Aldi brand Shells & Cheese. I have to make a minimum of 2 boxes in order to have enough for everyone 😂 Just dont forget your quarter for a cart and if you dont bring your own bags or grab some of their boxes, make sure to bring some change for their bags.

I was working for instacart when the cashier began to rush me. She proceeded to explain to me that she hates instacart, and that we don’t know what we’re doing and we take up a lot of time. She pointed to the line forming behind me, I told her that wasn’t my fault. She said “yes it is, this is YOUR job.” I told her she wasn’t being professional, and she said she can make sure I’m not allowed back in the store. For what? I was just doing my job. She proceeded to mix up my separate orders on purpose, and when I asked her to please not do that she said “you should have gotten a second cart.”So my dear instacart people, beware, Nicole the manager wants nothing to do with us and WILL SABOTAGE YOUR ORDER out of spite. I have never faced such prejudice before.I called corporate and will be seeing this through.I WAS BULLIED BY THE MANAGER YALL.

Competitive prices for most things with a lot of organic options. Hats off to Nikki too. Shes always pleasant to deal with and always helpful too. They are a little slow on restocking some products.

I hadnt been to Aldis and several years for various reasons so when I went in I was so happy that not only could I get some succulents but the fresh fruit and everything was great. Cant wait to go back

Nice store, as Aldis are, but the manager Nicole is so rude! She treats grocery delivery customers like trash, intentionally messing up orders. She will make you cry and then laugh about it. Customers beware.

This place has had very bad costumer service. I would rather pay a little bit more and go to Payless where they treat a customer with respect.This evening I stood (first) in line in the checkout for three minutes with my three young kids while the cashiers stood about 20 feet away, sweeping and chatting. Meanwhile my two year old was ready for bed and getting ready to have a melt down. Have some common sense and at least acknowledge the customer. I will do my best not to return to this store.

First visit there. It was very nice. Sure was impressed with their prices.. was surprised about the. 25 cents for a cart. No big deal, just be sure to take a quarter for a cart. Very nice store !!

I will never shop here again. Half the staff was rude to me when I asked where things were. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I highly recommend shopping at Aldis. I love how friendly as well as helpful all their staff members are. They have hard to beat prices and they always have things in stock.

Great Aldi! I had to do a larger-than-normal shopping trip this week and chose this location for their reputation of safety during this pandemic. I was not disappointed. Even though the store was under-staffed, it was clean and orderly. The checker even replaced a jar of salsa I dropped while I was bagging groceries (no charge).

Went to meijer n bacon was 15 bucks a pound. I went to aldi and got better Bacon for 4 bucks.

First time going to an Aldi so we were a little slow on how things worked, specifically we didn’t begin placing our items on the conveyor belt with the customer in front of us still having things on there because there wasn’t something to separate the two groupings. The cashier, a woman with thick black tattooed lines covering the upper portion of her right arm, (I didn’t get a name) actually rolled her eyes at us after telling us to put our things on the belt while still checking out the woman in front of us lol. So overall a really positive experience.

I would give them a 5 if they had a little better plant base selection. Produce selection was very nice though, best Ive seen since meijers. Overall, a 4 and a half.

Best place to get canned goods

Very clean store. Fully stocked and a huge variety. The staff was also great. I paid with a card and for whatever reason it took us 6 attempts to get it to work. The young man never lost his cool and was very pleasant. I wish I had caught his name. I highly reccomend this store.

Great selection of a variety of groceries. Clean inside and out and friendly employees. I was amazed when I walked in the store, it certainly is a great place to shop for everything on your list. Quality products and a great selection. Will most certainly return on a regular basis.

They have really stepped it up an extra notch since covid. They are one of the only stores that I go to that have continued to wipe off the carts. They are supper friendly and there employees are still wearing masks. They have made the social distancing easy to follow and they let you use the same cart you came in with so there is less cross contamination. Their prices are still the same unlike other places that have seemed to price gouge and they dont have as many limits as other stores.

The renovated store offers a much better selection of fresh foods and organic packaged and fresh foods, all at reasonable prices. I love the special buys on gourmet items too! My only criticism is that I wish it were bigger and closer to me.

Love this place, its literally the best place that I know of to create a fun affordable charcuterie board at. Theyve really stepped up their game with the cheese and meat variety. All the seasonal crackers and treats, theres just so much. Plus I have to shout out Winking Owl, the cutest $3 wine ever.

Busy and understaffed

Nothing to really get excited about normal grocery store little bit cheaper prices. They always seem to have one line open which makes no sense. Just remember to bring your own bags.

This Aldi location in Anderson is by far one of the cleanest and most spacious that I have ever visited! The produce was fresh and well stocked and the holiday aisle was abundant. Great shopping experience today!

Best shopping experience on town. Low prices on good food and with the remodel it is now spacious and easy to navigate. I do all of my primary shopping here and would highly recommend it to anyone whether on a budget or if you dont want to overpay for food. I get SO MUCH for such a good price. The specialty and seasonal items lead to fun and fancy finds.

Employees were masked and gloved up. However, no hand sanitizer wipes and sanitizer pump empty at the door. Told an employee, fell on deaf ears. Be safe everone!

I have been to several locations, and I have to say this is the nicest one that I have been to. All of the produce and meat looked fresh and the store was very well kept. The store itself is quite large compared to some others. The food selection here is great. Also, as a bonus, they accept Google pay which I use a lot.

Love the store and Aldi products in general! They just have a not-so-pleasant cashier named Tamara. She’s never very friendly and acts bothered.Other than that I love this Aldi.

It was clean and the staff was really nice. The prices there are really great, but some things like milk, eggs, and some meats are actually cheaper at Walmart. Over all though, I was pretty happy with what I got for my money. I will definitely shop there again.

Fresh produce and unique Aldis Finds

Great value, employees are quick and efficient. Sometimes dont have specific items in stock but hey, its not walmart and my shopping trip doesnt take 45 minutes either. Will continue to do 90% of my grocery shopping here.

Favorite grocery store. My only complaints:Sometimes I find a product in really like, but it is gone by the next visit. So, my shopping experience is hit or miss.Second, its always busy, but theres only ever one cashier. Theyre super fast, but I think it would help the flow a bit better with even just one more register open.

Fresh fruits and veggies. Store is Clean and very fancy in appearance. Healthier choices in merchandise. Staff is friendly. Lines are always long, but to be expected. Great prices.

Prices are good but most of the stuff sold is off brand items. Which is okay as most are just as good as the name brand stuff. One drawback is you have to bring your own bags or buy them from the store. Also the carts require a quarter to use as they are locked to each other. Which makes the job of shopping more difficult if you forgot to bring one. Overall I do recommend shopping here. But a final observation would be that in all the times Ive been in the store here in Anderson. Its been noticed that the cashiers are less than friendly or in a good mood. At times even saying that theyve been cordial would be a stretch.
