For the third time in as many trips to Big Lots, I purchased something, the signs (which are very generic) underneath what I am buying says clearance sale 50% off, get to the register and it rings up at regular price. Long story short, manager called, and same old same old, OH SOME CUSTOMER MUST HAVE PICKED IT UP AND MOVED IT!. My new motto Stay away from Big Lots, its a scam on prices,. If you have to go there, pay close attention when you are checking out.

Love big lots but they didnt have the size tee shirt I wanted. I was looking for a patriotic tee shirt for my wife. They had some I would have bought if they had the size I needed.

Fairly large compared to others Ive been too.

I got some good deals but some stuff wasnt that reasonable. I mainly picked up alot of junk food cause I went in there hungry. I wont do that again lol

The furniture department guy was super helpful! He even called around to other stores to see if they had the other portion of the couch we wanted. Great customer service!

Found a great mattress & box spring when we had company coming & were told by a mattress store wed have a hard time finding it!

The gentleman cashier was extremely calm and collected despite being drilled by my fiance. He was very kind, courteous, and helpful. He helped me resolve an issue with my rewards account with no problem at all. In my opinion, he deserves a raise.

Always great finds and great prices!!!! I was able to get some of my Christmas shopping done purchasing some of the gift sets that was on sale buy one get one free which helps with the way things are right now

It is exactly what it says it is. You go in looking for things on discount and you may or may not find something your looking for. Always clean, employees are friendly. Id say go in and take a look youll probably find something you didnt even know you wanted

Low inventory!! What stock they do have has been spread out to make the store look more full. Used to enjoy this store. Left without buying anything.

This store was a good size. It was clean and very stocked with some good quality things at affordable pricing. They even have furniture. Home goods, cosmetics, bath and body products and pantry foods.

Happened into this store while visiting Anderson. What a great find! This is the CLEANEST, nicest, most organized BIG LOTS I have ever been in. The employees were very helpful and courteous. I was so wowed I mentioned this to the manager and cashier. I live in Fishers and this store is one I would definitely visit again. Thanks to all the staff that show they care.

Large store with a decent, albeit limited, selection of a wide variety of items at decent prices. This particular location is always clean and well-stocked, and employees are friendly. If only they could keep certain items in stock all the time... but that’s a quibble I have with the company, not this location.

There are certain items I prefer to buy at Big Lots like K-cups and laundry detergent. Great way to save a buck and avoid the masses at Walmart. Recommended.

I go here twice a month to get stuff needed for around the house. I also bought a bed for my 9 year old here really nice people.

Meh. I have come here for a few pictures or house decor, but other than that I dont come here. I wouldnt reccomend their furniture. Its mediocre at best. So are their electronics. They have a supermarket in the middle with food and stuff. But idk if I would ever buy it.But they do have some cute wall decorations and kitchen gadgets.

My microfiber faux suede couch was a piece of junk. Affordable is the nice way to say cheap. My couch was very affordable.

No thanks.. Again I will never shop at this store. Or any Big Lots for that matter.

This has got to be the cleanest Big Lots we have ever been in.

Store is clean unlike several other Biglots. Most of the staff is helpful and nice. Although I heard one being extremely racist and foul mouthed which is completely uncalled for.
