I did grocery pick up and these are the bananas yall picked out for me the store employees are nice and its a great store but this should be better they also stink

I liked it because it was not crowded and everything had easy access to find everything from antacids to fruits. N drinks. I was in a hurry and had nice self check out too. It is fast. Clean. Convenient n the first time I have been in this Walmart store and I am going back definitely

This store is nice and very clean but the customer service rep, I dont have her name right now, but I will update you on her name. She is very, very rude and she has no place working as a CSR with her attitude! The young man I am guessing is a shift manager is wonderful and I will update you with his name also. Other than the CSR person the store has some great people, I delivery groceries for a company (not Walmart) so I do have a lot of contact with the employees.

It baffles me as to why a Walmart store cannot be stocked when they are closed. Instead they have boxes all in the way which makes it difficult for people to get by these pallets. Not just the pallets, but the workers stocking the shelves. I just feel there has got to be a better way.

Placed my first pickup order here and it was a great experience!! Super easy!! A woman named Rachel brought my groceries out to me, and explained details to me of how things work etc, going out of her way to help me, and such a cheerful attitude... 😊👌 I will definitely be shopping here again with the online ordering. Thankful for something that will save me money and time.👍✨🎉

This Walmart is the best. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Great cashiers tht actually works, not like 28bypass,or liberty hwy,whr thr is only 2. If I lived closer, Id use this Walmart all the time. 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣⭐

It was nice and clean. The people there were very friendly. In particular, Kendall and Kylie both listened to and chatted with my seven year old daughter while still doing their work. It made our shopping trip very enjoyable! My daughter usually hates to go shopping. Also there was a kind lady near tge front who helped my daughter with her balloon.

Went to go pick up my groceries and was very impressed with how sweet the lady was, that loaded them into my car. unfortunately I did not get her name. This is about my third time doing this and I havent been let down yet, very sweet people that take pride in their jobs. everything was loaded great. They definitely are not lazy. ☮️

Decent selection, but only 2 registers that arent self checkout, and only 1 is ever staffed. If they want us to do the work for them, they should pass the savings on to us.

Retail is hard … I’ve worked it so know that 1st hand. I’ve NEVER seen a store in such disarray as Walmart Market on 81 though … especially with the manager walking in circles and literally screaming (so loud anyone within 25 ft could hear her):“I don’t have carts!”“I don’t have cashiers!”“I am about to lose my flipping mind!”“NO, you cannot take lunch! Do you not see this front end? Go get carts for God’s sake!”Hard, stressful, short staffed, or anything else does NOT make that okay!! Go outside, take a breath, heck even go to a corner and have a good cry but don’t do that!!

The store is fine, clean and most produces are available. It is awful that there are only 2 people on the check out registers and the other 6 registers are self- service. Looks like Id Im spending my money there I could get personal service. I always wait in line for a person to check me out. I want to try to keep the jobs of humans

It was ok, the cashier could have smiled or something. Ifelt as though I was waiting the cashier time. I am not a fan of self serve registers. Will I go back ? Only if needed.

Cooperative and friendly staff. Almost all grocery and personal care items are available. Not too much crowded.

I like being able to stop by this store on my way home from work. Its never crowded like the other Walmart and has some specialty foods that i enjoy. It is a great grocery store with an added plus to find hair products etc.

Friendly staff and the lines were actually not as bad as the main Wal-Mart. The prices are pretty low for most products as well. The hours are pretty good so theres no stressing to get in on a busy day.

Very convenient. We normally go to a different location for all our needs but in a pinch, weve always been able to rely on the Neighborhood Market.

I used to work here and only left due to raucous anti masker customers. Id happily go back. A little cluttered at times with pallets on the floor due to corporate rules, but a completely different experience from shopping in a supercenter(which I avoid like the plague). I still drive from Townville to shop at this store.

Self checkout is good for sum people but if they wld open registers bk up w cashiers be more jobs and less stress on sum people if u gonna have us check ourselves out maybe we can put our own prices as well?!

Always have crowded aisles from stock that needs to be unpacked and shelved. Add the personal shoppers at work and it is very difficult to navigate. Why they choose to stock during the day is a questionable practice to me?

Very good selection of all different foods, very good prices, and great customer service. I will be doing my grocery shopping here from now on. Love the selections of food got some things here that you cant find anywhere else. Went to checkout and left 2 bags in a hurry and a manager came running out after us to get them to us. Lots of places wont do this. I was really impressed!

Am currently doing a pickup. Have been sitting here for an HOUR!!!!! update they brought everything out but one item was damaged so they had to bring out another which took an additional 10 minutes.....

Extremely slow. Took a good 20 mins for the to verify that I have Medicare and Medicaid. Im a T2 paraplegic.

I love the drive through pharmacy which is top notch but hate that the store is not stocked overnight. We have to navigate piles of boxes and Walmart personal shoppers who do not show a lot of courtesy. It’s a tough time but I still prefer this store over the super Walmart. Thank you for what you do during these trying times.

This is a very nice Walmart although they do get quite busy. You are able to order online and do grocery pickup which is very convenient and do grocery pickup which is very convenient and now grocery pickup also includes EBT. I was able to get in and out of the store quietly and fairly quickly I checked out on my own and left. Parking isnt the greatest but then again today is raining so I guess no parking space would be a good parking space. They do have gas as well and its typically cheaper than many places around. I almost wonder if this Walmart possibly could have some prices that are higher than others surely this isnt the case. However the orange juice that I normally pay around $3 for was nearly $5! Down the road is corner Bagel Bakery and Deli a great place to go to lunch if youre looking for something unique Unfortunately they do close at like 2 p.m. good news is theres a Wendys nearby

The employees were so nice with handling a problem that was asked about. There attitude about the situation was handled in the best way needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Let me order the husbands beer. Then I get there and told they no can do that in a pick up.. also forgot to give me 5 items that I paid for. Had to come back to get those. Not a good experience.

I met a very nice employee..She actually went out of her way to check me out because I didnt want to use self check out (only because I had too many items lol). Her name is Bridjett I think I spelled it wrong lol! SHE ROCK & she definitely deserves the recognition! Thank you for being so kind & helpful!

Updating my review from 3 to 5 stars. I did online grocery pick up today. I’ve been extremely busy and Decided to order everything online. The young man got everything correct, nothing was missing this time. He loaded my truck properly and All bags were organized. He basically did my whole grocery list for the week, it was a lot of food. He was courteous and shut my trunk too. I didnt have to get out of my truck at all. Smooth sailing no complaints here. Grocery shopping always stresses me so Walmart pick up is the way to go. Thank you 😊 One more thing, they even left me some baggies with some samples in it. 👍

This store is better than the other stores. If you need groceries just go in and get what you need and back out. It is still busy but not so large. Easier to find parking and more registers opened. It seems that the employees are nicer as well.

With Covid-19 happening I dont feel safe shopping here. Walmart said they where closing early so they could stock after they close. They did this for a few weeks but went back to stocking while business is open even though they close early. The isles are partially blocked with pallets. I will be shopping at Ingles till the pandemic is over even though it costs more because I feel safer.

My experience would be great if I didnt have work for walmart in order to purchase goods. Sam walt would be throwing ceos out a high rise window if he was still alive. From now on I will not be ringing in every item I come to purchase. If I have to check my self out I will be Making sure I get a discount.

Wasnt sure if I would be able to find hair dye here or not but I did! A bigger selection than I was expecting too.

Store seemed a little crowded. I was there on a week night moving pretty fast to get what I needed. The neighborhood store has frustrated me at times - have to remind myself its not the big store.

Dont know what it is like early of a morning but DONT GO in afternoon/evening. You cant move to even walk between pallets.. and the customer has to say I am sorry excuse me.. the employee acts insulted if you get in there way. Sad to see how customer service has changed over the years.

If i could give no stars i would. Im not rating as a customer but as a third party delivery service. This is the second time ive went to pickup for customers and they are absolutely rude. Whoever was training new employees today embarrassed me so bad in front of the front of customer service and the front line of registers simply because i went to the restroom. Mind you im a severe diabetic so i go often. I didnt think a couple minutes to get ready for 4 deliveries at a time was gonna be such a big deal as it never has been before. He said he gave me a bad rating for those couple minutes so heres my rating of how this store belittled me in front of so many people anout my disability

Management really needs to step it up!! Constantly out of stock on items, yet, the aisles are completely packed with boxes and pallets! Not sure how its wheelchair friendly? Its always a mess! Hire more employees or something!!

A year ago I gave this store a 5 star review. Now, they are often out of the items I need or simply have not stocked the shelves. Too many empty spaces! Just look at the attached photos of the cheese aisle yesterday! Whats up with that?!

This was my second trip to the Market. The produce is so fresh and vibrant. I found all that was on my list and then some. It was a lot of fun to be there.

Everyone was nice. But you couldnt get down the aisles because they were stocking at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday, not a good time for all those crates in stock

Very disappointed in this walmart. Did curbside from 3-4. I got there at 2:50pm and left at 4:30 without my order. I was told by an employee that they were behind and short staff but my order was being worked on. After waiting an additional 40 mins I just asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back onto my card. I spent and hour and half in the parking lot in number 6 and got nothing. Hell I couldve went inside and got my items and it wouldve only taken about 15-20 mins. If thats the case, Whats the purpose of curbside at this location. Very disappointed in this walmart. Greenville St., just lost my business all the way around. Please close down your curbside service cause its useless, waste of time, and very aggravating.

I walked in at 7:23pm to return an item only to be told customer service was closed because they were short staffed. Only after complaining to a manager I was able to return my item, but 1st I had to wait on an employee to get her check cashed & her items rang up! 😩

Up on visiting the Walmart on 81, I noticed that the parking lot is a mess trash all over the side of the store next to the fence on the pharmacy side. The management of the store needs to take better pride in their appearance. It begins to look like a ghetto.

I went to the Liberty Hwy location first could not believe how nearly some shelves were bare. No bacon, very little lunch meat and still after 3 times cannot find the right size of you peanut butter. Then went to walmart Neighborhood market because I had not noticed one of my items was damaged. Was looking for the peanut butter again, still none, and no cocktail sauce. Customer service was great but I just dont understand why some shelves are near bare and cannot get certain items.

I like Wal-Mart for every day shopping. However their paint department do not sell the kind of paint I am looking for my porch. I have noticed too that they once sold rolls of lace used for sewing,now they have discontinued it. Sometime it depends on the season, the clothes and shoes can be off. The styles just not appealing certain times of the year. I do not think certain trends are not for everyone. I brought some sewing cloth. A associate cut it for me put the correct numbers on it. But it still rung up wrong. A manager was called I know I waited a good 10 to 15 minutes. This is highly unlikely for me to experience this. When I got the cloth I still had to wait for someone to cut it. I only came there that day for sewing items and my wait for associates was a good 25 minutes total.

Nice little Walmart. They unfortunately didnt have what I needed, but it was still a good experience walking through the store and being greeted.

Went shopping tonight at my local Walmart Neighborhood Market and brought home seven bags of groceries for fifty bucks. Wow! I was expecting seventy or eighty dollars, so pleasantly surprised. That included 3 packs of meat, a whole bagel of fresh vegetables, toiletries, and more. Great selection and amazing prices. Highly recommended!!

I dont know why the management doesnt have the shelves/store stocked at nite. People trying to shop can barely manuver through the store because there are HUGE pallettes of grocery products six to seven feet tall throughout the store waiting to be unloaded. Its a mess!
