Love RiteAid. All employees are friendly and courteous. Pharmacy is the best.
I have been in the drive thru for 24 minutes. Someone needs to be dedicated to this window instead of running back and forth to counter. Very inefficient.
This pharmacy has terrible service. Every time I come to the drive thru, the line is so long, sometimes new customers cant even get in the parking lot. Its slow moving, normally takes over 20 minutes to get thru. I really need to move my prescriptions. Even going to a pharmacy further away would be quicker.
Very frustrating with trying to get the medication always seems to be an issue on the drs side and thats not the case our drs fax it so many times. They dont know what they are doing we need a better pharmacy. I think it would be a good idea to get a undercover pharmacy shopper just to see how things go. Might keep them ontop of things
This pharmacy has the worst customer service. If theres even a slight problem with communication with the doctor prescribing the medication they dont call the doctor to fix it, instead they tell you to call the doctor just so the doctor can tell you that Rite Aid needs to call them. Best advice dont use this pharmacy!
Prescriptions regularly not ready by stated time.
I have lived all over this country and had many, many different pharmacies. This is by far the worst experience I have had. It is every single visit, no matter what day, what time, or how far in advance you call. If you need to come here, give yourself hours of time. Beyond frustrating! They need to hire more people and stop handing out unrealistic times for prescriptions.
Waited on the phone for 1 and a half hours for the pharmacy. Finally got through only to be hung up on. Now Im waiting behind 6 cars in line just to talk to someone. Ridiculous
Well I know it is not the fault of the local management however no air conditioning for over 8 days now in over 100 degree heat makes it difficult for shopping and workingnowI
Great store to have around. Always greeted with a friendly “hello, welcome to Rite Aid”Helpful staff. They’re always wearing masks and keep a very clean store. Even the bathrooms are maintained well.
My wife and I had a very good visit. We went in and had great help finding things. If the lady that helped us is not the manager she should be. About 3:30 PM .
Went to get flu vaccine, took over an hour in a rather empty store. Ok fine. However, the bigger problem is that no one was wearing masks except pharmacists already behind plexiglass. Other employees and 90 percent of customers did not and no one enforced it. I’d understand if it was a different kind of business, but lots of sick people go to pharmacies. No evidence of cleaning of public areas, either.
Ive had the absolute worst experience here. Ive been a customer for YEARS & have never been treated so poorly. The staff were completely rude & have NO concern for the client. I first tried to pick up my RX after being released from the hospital for having a septic knee/sepsis. This was around 6pm. Unknown to me, I had 15 RX to pick up. The Tech, told us it was unreasonable to expect them to be done that night. Now, Im home with a PICC line. I need my oral antibiotic, that Im to take every 12hrs. Never got ANY meds that evening. Even after explaining how important it was to get that ONE med. Next morning I call again. Im now told some meds need prior authorization. When I state I dont understand why, the Tech RUDELY says What dont you understand? My doctors office then calls the explain importance of getting the antibiotic above all else. I get multiple text messages throughout the day that meds are ready. My family went multiple times to pick up & every time it was one or 2 meds, still no antibiotics. They did send me home with 5 different bowel movement meds. (No issue in that area). Now Im very annoyed, nobody needs that many POOP meds! Why didnt the pharmacist question this, maybe reach out with a phone call??? Its now 6pm, I get a final call saying med is out of stock. God knows which one cause they leave the first couple of letters of medication. By now its 24 hrs since Ive had my oral antibiotic & THAT was the medicine they were out of. They then tell ME, Ill have to call around & see who has it. Im sorry, but I LOST IT!! My husband ended up having to drive to REDDING to get the antibiotic. Thank God they had it! Anderson Rite Aid was generous enough to call & make sure REDDING had it. Never did get my pain pills either. This pharmacy is a DISGRACE with no care for their clients & completely RUDE to boot. Ill be looking for a different pharmacy for my families future needs. Rite Aid pharmacist/staff YOU should be ashamed of yourselves. M.Martinez
Pharmacy staff is unable to get customers in and out in a timely manner. Watched the customer and employees repeat the same sentences about 6 times before i finally voiced my displeasure. Staff immediately berated and tried to shame me and even went as far as to physically comfort the patient who was rudely wasting everyones time, the man working there seemed to have some knowledge as far as providing service in a timely manner but my time was deemed valueless by the rest of the team. Overall this place is good for people who have no where to be, if your time isnt important then this is the pharmacy for you!
I enjoy visiting Rite Aid! Clean, friendly and local!
Really appreciate the staff in the Pharmacy that were working yesterday. they went over and beyond to help.
Its fine!
Good place and customer service. I had to pickup my medicine from the Rite Aid pharmacy. It was my first time using this this place to get my medicine and I would say that I am satisfied with the service they provided. The line was pretty long and I had to wait a long time but I don’t blame the people working there because they were explaining things to other people. They did the same thing with me. They made sure I knew what I was taking and was aware of everything about the medicine.
Wish I had read the reviews first. Nothing but headaches! Antibiotics I really needed took 2 days to fill plus you cant get these people on the phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I am going elsewhere.
Its terrible that we as consumers are being forced to use big companies like Rite Aid and Walgreens because they put the local guys out of business. Their customer service is terrible, they cant get any of their records right, the availability of the prescriptions is mediocre, and the overall experience is less than one star. What a shame.
Some great prices on sale items. Typically has whats needed at above average prices.
Fast and friendly service here, great job! Keep up the good work. Christina the pharmacist is GREAT!
I switched to this rite aide pharmacy a few months ago and Ive had nothing but problems with them. They are rude, and inconsiderate. I have been on a certain medication for 7 yrs I have never had to ask for my refills, when I still had refills on the medication. (Even with them the past 3 months.) My daughter picked up my medications the other day. The one is missing. I called and was told if I dont ask for the refill of this med they wont refill it even though Im on automatic refill. I should have known. When I first started with them I had called in and using their phone prompts. You know how it says the time you can pick them up..... well I put in for the next morning. Next morning I go to pick them up and not only are they not done but they havent even started. The Lady at the register tells me Oh you have to actually talk to us, we never check that thing. WHAT You have a phone system that you never check? Ok Im done Im switching pharmacies. I am 61 yrs old. And on a fixed income. Like I can afford the gas to drive over there 3 or 4 times to pick up one prescription each time. Which also has happened.
I’ve been using Rite Aid for several years and they CONSISTENTLY take an extremely long time to order prescriptions. I have to call or actually show up to facilitate the process and many times they say they don’t have the order while the dr confirms they’ve sent it. It’s normally ok because I don’t have to have my prescriptions immediately but the times I have, it’s like pulling teeth. And, I believe there is a time frame they’re required by law to fill things. Again, usually not an issue so i just give them their normal 5-7 days. The final straw was their lack of ability to get a NECESSARY prescriptions filled with in three days — and hounding. I’ve gone to Owens in Anderson twice now and have had zero issues. I’m not a huge fan of change but I would encourage changing from Rite Aid. Ours in Anderson is terrible and there ARE better options with much better service.
Prescriptions are rarely ready when they say. On most occasions we have to wait to get them filled. Not upset with the workers it’s a company issue. Staff according to customers needs.
I wish we had more options in Anderson. Dropped of the prescription said they would call when it was done and never called. Called at 8:50 to see if it was done they said yes but it closes in 10 min. Ok well when I was on hold it said they close at 10 and so does online. They have poor communication if they had new hours they should tell people when they drop off the prescription. This rite aid isn’t on top it at all. Use anywhere else. Rude and they act like you’re a burden. Drive to Redding it’s worth it.
If all you need is a Flu Shot, I wouldnt recommend going here. I waited for over an hour in a nearly empty lobby. The clerks were nice, but they just seemed very slow without a sense of urgency.
You wait days for them to fill any med. You can call a week in advance and it still wont be ready
Quaint little store usually has some of the stuff youll need while you come pick up your medicine.
7/14/2017Around 8am I entered the store to a cashier who failed to greet me. Following that I sat at the photo counter for several minutes waiting for the photo tech to acknowledge me, which he didnt. I had to ask for help several times, and when I did they offered no solutions nor any help at all. I felt very disrespected and dissatisfied. The cashier was a caucasian female, older 30s. The photo tech was a caucasian male, older 40s. Neither provided any customer service.
Accurate and quick service from all Associates enjoyable shopping experience
Thank you rite aid staff is always very pleasant to me
Id give them zero stars every single time I go there my prescriptions are never ready and are a 30 minute to an hour wait... its a joke especially when sometimes I let it sit there for a day or 2 and they havent touched it...the pharm tech lady with white hair is always rude and poor customer service I dont have her name because she hides her name badge on her waist every time so its below the counter... today I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me( they were all standing inside right in front of me) they could have at least told me it was going to be a minute. After I told her my prescriptions she said they were not ready which one rite aid called me telling me it was... so she had the pharmacist mix it up for me and told me the other one which is the same thing wont be ready till 3 hours later!!!... so the one medicine that was ready had me sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes! Its a joke... plus the medications were one for my wife and one for my son... and she never I. D. me so I could of been anyone picking those up... good job right aid 👍🏻😂
Always nice and usually have what Im looking for.
Pricing is too high here for everyday goods but they accept and fill prescriptions that my insurance covers
Nice counter staff, upscale vibe for a rite aid,Weak spirits selection
I followed their instructions to try to get my prescriptions on the same day and the instructions made things worse now they wont fill some for even longer then normal! Then they are hurrasing my doctor over it and he already tried to fix it twice for me and now he doesnt want to deal with it.
Great ice cream
Kinda expensive. Decent selection.
Great employees and pharmacy technicians!
Got out of doctor office called said it would be done 30.minutes and it was! Thank you
Slow rude in most of all none of them talk English
Call my dads prescription refill in yesterday to be ready yesterday afternoon. Came today a day later and its still not filled so I sit and wait. Whats the use of calling in a refill if they dont fill it until u get here. SO FRUSTRATING
