I really was upset that I had to give this store 1 star as the lowest rating. THEY CERTAINLY DONT DESERVE IT! Ive never had any issues with the staff there when it was RICKERS! Since my husband and my first shopping experience at this location its been the Definition of THE WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TYPE EXPERIENCE! I personally am very understanding with people who work customer service, No matter what store it is, because Ive worked that type of employment 15 plus years myself. The way we were treated each time we go there is inexcusable, as well as embarrassing.We were talked to with such disrespect, and immaturity. They refused to give us change for cash, due to companys policy which os understandable. However after informing us its NOT ALLOWED to ask customers either we started back to our vehicle. A Family friend started talking with us and she stood at the door yelling for us not to talk to customers, not to ask for change, to stop talking to other customers!That she was calling the police! The way she yelled at us, the way that she acted all together was unprofessional,childish, and extremely embarrassing in all! Its not just one bad employee though, this type of behavior is exhibited by multiple employees! Its disgraceful!

Parking is terrible but station was orderly & restroom clean. Got 1/2 price granola bar so not all bad😋

The nichol avenue store appears to be understaffed at night..Great cashier, but she need some help..

Great service! Girl at the counter was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is difficult to maneuver.

One of.my favorite places to get coffee and gas. Great selection of snacks too
