The young man working as the cashier tonight had a young woman hanging out with him. She was behind the counter with him. I have never seen this before; he was obviously distracted and he made several mistakes ringing up my purchase which was about as simple as a purchase gets. I had a large cup of ice which usually costs less than 90 cents. I also picked a lighter that was displayed next to the register and the price posted was $2.99. First the cashier asked for $5.18. When I asked why it was so much he rerang it and said it was $4.84. I still didnt know why it cost so much, and asked why. The cashier said the lighter was $3.99. I pointed out that it said 2.99, thats when the cashier told me I was freakin out and needed to chill out. That was surprising. All the while the girl stood there laughing. I dont know why because it wasnt funny. I wasnt freaking out as I tried to explain. I asked for a mgr. The cashier laughed. What an employee. I wouldve fired him on the spot. He refused to give me his name or provide me with any information. I wont go in that store again.

Oh my word! Dont stop here if you ever need a receipt... I have a tendency to stop at this location due to its proximity to my kids school. However not once in the nearly two years that I have lived in this area has this gas station ever been able to give me a receipt at the pump. You must go inside and ask the clerk.the vast majority of the time the staff is very friendly and accommodating however its a pain in the butt to have to go inside to get your receipt if you have little kids in the car or like me recently having had multiple surgeries and its incredibly painful to get in and out of my truck let alone walk inside and have to stand in line. So if youre good with no receipts go for it LOL if you need or want to receipt find a different location...

Nice store and gas station but Arco gas prices are getting higher than some of the other independents. If you consider the.35 Arco charges for using your debit card, its not always the cheapest around.

Always a clean store and I’ve only experienced friendly staff. Sometimes a good place to get items of need late at night, too!

Good gas prices and the car wash tunnel was just updated in March 2021. Its well lit and has a large amount of pumps so even though it is busy at times it moves quick.

Not the easiest ampm to get in and out of and a little difficult to navigate from I-5. Has a great mini mart. Dont like the automatic $0.35 fee for debit, but still, usually cheap fuel prices.

Everything was ok, but when I asked for my receipt the cashier couldnt find it. He said there was no receipt for our gas when we were the first ones in there. I payed with a $100 dollar bill for $60 gas. I went back to get my change, for $4.99. I asked for a receipt and this when the cashier said there was no receipt for my transaction. I was the first one in there right at 3am. The cashier did offer receipts to other people, but he never offered me one. Dont pay with cash if you come to this ARCO. Who knows where its going.

Horrible customer service. My husband went in to pay for fuel and try to find allergy or Sudafed pills for me as I’m suffering from allergies bad. The attendants were rude and unhelpful. Threatened to attack him.

Its 11:04 p.m. Thursday night the 3rd of December my house is cold I know that this AMPM sells propane tanks the gentleman behind the counter just Banned Me from AMPM because I asked him for a propane tank and he told me that they did not sell them I showed him where their tanks were and he continued to tell me that he wasnt selling at the date that he does not sell tanks they do not sell tanks I told him its Bowl because I bought them here this year already he Banned Me from AMPM he told me to leave his store because I am cold with my family at home and I need a propane tank

I go there mostly at night and the staff are always rude to me and tonight I watch the guy on his phone for a few minutes even after I told him I was there and the seal on the card machine was broken I asked about it and the guy said dont worry about it how Im I supposed to know that there wasnt no card scanner that someone put in it with out them knowing because I was at the counter for a few minutes until the guy in the back on the phone even notice that I was there

Positives: Great stop, gas prices are fair for California prices. Car wash is handy. The store is well run, clean, and well stocked. Negatives: The convenience fee for debit cards should be absorbed by the owners, it is not convenient, nor is it founded. They blare horrific country music at a volume for the hard of hearing elderly. PS not everyone likes country music. The gas pumps never have paper for receipts, so pay inside if you are going to use the car wash. (So much for pay at the pump convenience) and people enter the car wash while you are drying. The dryer also doesnt give enough time.

DO NOT STOP HERE EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASK AND NO ONE SHOPPING THERE IS. I saw an employee coughing. Go one more exit up to the Speedway way safer.

They were so rude to me and my grandma. They refused to help a handicapped. By law they have to help a handicapped person when asked. The other one was at lunch at 9:15? There was two people in the store. I would if I was able two. I would rate this a zero

It’s a cool ampm they have a lot of everything, and I use the car wash quite a bit and it does a great job, I am picky Bout mystery cars, so ya I would definitely recommend this ampm it is a good one, and very clean ..

The person helping was very nice and she was just doing her job. This review is based on the poor pricing model the business uses. I have no problem with a business wanting to make money but this place is out of control. Not only are the prices out of line compared to competitors but then you also get hit for fees when using your card. Feels like price gouging to the extreme and I won’t be back.

This place sucks big time. I only go there because I drive weird hours and it is well lit and next to a 24 hr dutch bros. Rude, creepy employees. They also randomly close with hand written signs on the doors. Again, Im there weird hours so its not like theyre turning away groves of people but its still annoying. Never again will I go back.

A little bit awkward for the fact they share a parking lot with Dutch Bros however it does make it convenient with food shopping banking and movie theater right there with an easy exit right to the light on 273 into easy south bound I-5 access plus the AM PM has a food mart in there building

This gas station was rude to me at 9:15 am.? I was getting $10 of gas. They claimed that the other person was on lunch. By state law when there is two people one is suppose two go help the handicapped when asked. There was two people in the store. I am rating this a zero. They refused. They wererude to me and my granddaughter. The other one went to lunch. At nine fithteen?

I just went to am pm in anderson and tried to exchange $4 of quarters for dollar bills and a very rude old lady working with frizzy hair rudely told me “I’m not doing that” I said “um this is your job” she looks at me and says with an attitude “you really want me to count that out” um yes I do that is your job?? She had a horrible attitude with me and she’s clearly just mad she’s 50 working at am pm anyways I don’t think she should even have a job here. Raj and fig are very nice tho!

The most expensive gas for miles around. I drove past many stations with gas at $3.49 a gallon to get here where it is $3.79 a gallon. Then Arco charges .35 for ATM card raising the price per gallon even higher. A rip off

A modern, clean gas station. Im giving a low rating because the two different pumps I tried failed to start pumping gas. I could not select a fuel type on either pump. I asked the staff about it and they told me try a different pump(thats when I moved to the second broken pump) I asked staff for help again and they were treating me like I was a criminal! They were suggesting that the previous transaction on the pump was mine! I had no choice but to get back on the freeway with less than a quarter tank. The staff also admitted to knowing one of the pumps was broken but they didnt bother to put an out of order sign. I understand that things get broken and they are only humans in charge of running a complex system but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Im on a road trip with my mom, Im not some delinquent trying to pull a scam on my way to steal money from orphans.

Love stopping here for all my traveling needs!
