Your Very Own Geek provides all of our computing services. They are our outsourced IT department. Weve found them to be extremely responsive and they work at a flat rate which makes budgeting our IT dollars a breeze. They handle everything from our network, security, hardware and software acquisitions to cell phone and computer repair for us. Weve worked with Your Very Own Geek since our business opened and wouldnt recommend anyone else. They are an A+ company with friendly, knowledgeable, reliable staff. I couldnt recommend them more.

I would not recommend to use them for repairs. I was told they would restore laptop to original condition, saving the data. After 4 days, they said it was done and I picked it up. When I turned it on at home, it had been completely wiped with no data or anything. I returned it and they admitted they had made a mistake. After 2 more days they said they had it been restored. I turned it on in the shop and found all of my pictures had been deleted. When I questioned that, I was told to get out of their shop and they would not talk to me anymore. Another person in the shop overheard and came in to talk to me. He did finally agree to refund me 1/3 of their repair price, but with no apologies on their mistakes.

We bought a laptop and desktop from Your Very Own Geek. Both have performed well. Just got the laptop repaired and is working fine. First time we have had to have either one serviced in awhile. We get all of our computers serviced there

Very good price on fixing your laptop or computer

Sent my dad a used laptop so he could do his Facebook thing and when he got it the screen would not come on and it would shut off. When I visited him two weeks later I took it to Your Very Own Geek and they fixed it in less than an hour and only charged me $16. Great service and price. I would highly recommend them if you need your computer repaired.
