Chris was very kind and helpful. Took a quick look at my laptop and knew the problem. Unfortunately, it’s cheaper to buy a new laptop than to order the parts to fix the 5 year old one. The diagnosis was fairly priced and I will be keeping him in mind if i ever need help with my next laptop in the future.Thank you!
