The chubby white guy with the beard tried charging me 80 dollars when the advertising shoe on the rack said 54 dollars on the bottom of the soles. Smh

Great selection and options for quick shipping on items not in stores

This store is the best in the mall. Jesse has the best customer service attitude in that mall. Journeys is a family favorite when it come to shoes and my husband and I really appreciate how kind and friendly they are here to us and our daughters.

Journeys has amazing shoes and hilarious T-shirts although the prices could be a bit lower. Aside from that its a great store for fashion and gift ideas. B+

Always had pleasant costumer service, although they can sometimes be a bit too much in your business, but I expect that in most places. Over all a great experience!
