We had gone in to Harris home to look at carpet and tile and while looking around found out they offered many services from design to remodeling and everything in between. After meeting with Anna we had a plan and wanted to get started ASAP hoping to complete our projects by summer. Highly Impressed!!I could not have been more pleased with the job that the Harris team done for me and my family. I called and Chris was out in no time to measure and quote me on replacing all of the carpet in my home. Chris brought out samples to look at to. I had scheduled the day for them to replace it but I called back later and needed to get it done sooner. They accommodated me and had it done a few days later. Alex installed the carpet incredibly quick. I was very pleased with quality of the carpet, professionalism, and quality of the install done. They will have my business in the future! After Harris is paid the full amount, customer is turned over to independent contractors, who may or may not show up and get the job done. We were very disappointed after having paid the total up front, being promised the job would be done in a week, only to find out, it would take another two weeks. We have glue all over the floor that is down and on the walls where the workers touched them. We will have to repaint at least one room. We cant move in because you did not get the job done.👎We should never paid in full until job was finished. Our mistake.Thank you for the quick response. They came yesterday and completed the task completely. To be honest, had they showed up on time the first four days they worked, they could have finished a week ago. I do appreciate follow up from you and our floors look great.

We had a great experience with Harris Flooring America. We got a good quality carpet product installed quickly and done very professionally. The workers did a great job of breaking down and moving out furniture and putting it all back without any problems. We were very happy.

After an initial less-than-favorable review, the owner of the store contacted me and then interceded on our behalf to rectify the issues by having our last tile drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to our home. Kudos to ownership that reads reviews and follows up

Extremely disappointed... Went in over a month ago to view samples and setup in-home appt for measurements. Chris showed up to take measurements; however, afterwards, no one (not even the salesperson) bothered to call and follow up with me on my project or provide a quote. It was a complete waste of my time. Extremely poor customer service where communication is concerned.

You have to pay all up front and the floor looks BAD. No service after the sale.
