First time thru I picked a couple of things wrong and couldnt go back to fix it so I had to start over. 2. Can you add a text box or something to allow for a little more details to the answers on your survey questions? Things like yes, it runs but it runs rough affect the estimated price, which I knew but it would have been nice to have a closer estimate going into the process. 3. Put some information about what you need to do if more than one person is on the title. Lack of this information made the process take about 3 times longer than necessary. Thanks!

I recently got a new car and just wanted to get rid of my old Ford Taurus fast. this place is pretty great if you just want fast cash for your old car. I didn’t get as much as I wanted, BUT it was understandable once Josh e planned to me why. Mainly due to all the cosmetic damage which was fine :) Josh did a great job to make sure everything was taken care of and I was in and out as fast as possible.

I was a bit leery, as I’ve traditionally either traded in my old vehicles, or sold them directly to a private party, but this worked as promised. I went to the website after hearing the radio spots, got an online estimate, and scheduled an appointment. After the inspection and test drive, the final offer came in around $200 less than the online estimate, which I thought was fair given that there was a sensor error found in the diagnostic test, and I knew the tires needed replaced. Josh was very friendly and the entire process was quick and easy and I’ll use it again.

You need to be specific when listing what you require as identification. For example...a marriage license if one has a different name on the title. It is not on your letters or website.
