I cant say enough about how wonderful this dealership is. We were in Anderson from out of town over the weekend when I started having major issues with my engine. I called another dealer in town before I found Piedmont and they were super rude and unhelpful. So I called Piedmont and immediately they made me feel welcome and were willing to help me in a dire situation. They moved mountains to get my 2017 Jeep into the Shop on a booked solid Saturday and were able to diagnose it quickly. When I heard that the damage was severe they were able to get me into a new 21 Jeep. As I was not in the market for a new car when I traveled to Anderson, they were super helpful and understanding and bent over backward to ensure that I had a safe and reliable car to get home in on Sunday. This process was extremely stressful for me and they moved mountains to make sure that it all worked out all while keeping my best interest at heart. I cant say enough about Kat in service and Madeline in Sales. These girls are amazing, and I will be forever grateful for all their assistance! My husband is in the market for a new Wrangler next year and I think we may make the four hour drive to Anderson! Great Job Piedmont, yall are amazing!

This is a dealership with heart. They want their customers to return.I called to inquired about services and prices. They gave me both according to my needs.When I came they came right to me and git me registered and went over the service plan. Ask me several times do you have any questions. They did a full diagnostic and gave me options for servicing my Jeep. Didn’t push me into getting anything else that day. I told them I would get back with them when I had more time to come in and service my vehicle other needs. They did a follow up call next day and told me any questions or concerns give them a call. Yes a little pricy but they use the best quality products. It’s worth your time and money.

Bad experience!Set up an appointment two weeks in advance.Oil change, 40k mls service and 4 new tires!They checked for the parts needed and I agreed on the type of tires they offered.At the day of my appointment they contacted me three hours after I dropped off my car and informed me that they don’t have the tires !?They only had two instead of 4. There are 10 tire shops around the corner, they could have picked up tires. They don’t care about costumers.Also I asked to check the cabin air filter and to replace it if necessary, they told me my car wasn’t equipped with a cabin air filter.Do they even know anything about the cars they work on? I replaced it myself later with one from NAPA. I would never recommend that dealership to anyone.

If I could give the service department a negative on customer service I surely would! I have NEVER had someone speak to me and treat me like Darryl (service manager) in the service department did today! He not only was disrespectful and rude he was degrading as well. Not to mention once they brought my car around he nor anyone else went over the repairs made on my car. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this dealership again and I suggest others not either. I have been a loyal Dodge customer since I was 16 and this dealership has definitely deterred me from possibility ever returning!**** response to the owners comment****Just as stated while at the dealership the $100 deductible was not the issue at hand, I asked as to what the charge was because it was never brought up until the day I was to pick my car up, and yes you covered a new transmission because that as well is “in black and white” in the contract. The frustration you mentioned is from the poor customer service from your facility and management and the degrading down right disrespect was the issue and frustration.

I had a 1:00 appointment, arrived at 12:38 to be told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I repeated I had a 1:00 appointment and was told that was just to talk to him, them actually doing the oil change was whenever they got back from lunch and finished the 3 cars ahead of me. They have always been very prompt before but not today. They offered a woman checking out sometime after I got there a car wash but my husband had to request one. I had the understanding it was included. Not the first time it was not included. Not impressed with the service department today. Makes me seriously consider finding a new place to have my Jeep serviced.

Were able to schedule me for an oil change with no wait. Brought a coupon that I knew was not applicable for my vehicle but thought it might save a couple dollars. The service advisor scouted around and located a valid $10 off coupon that I was able to apply. Like most, I dont look forward to vehicle service visits, but at Piedmont Dodge the advisors have always been friendly and we do a walk around before they move it down to service. All my visits have gone smoothly over the past 5 years on two different Dodge vehicles and the cars have always been returned without any cosmetic or cleanliness issues.

I waited two hours for a oil change and tire rotation. They mistyped or misread what oil I requested. I asked to see the service mgr. And was told he was not available,the parts mgr. came out and spoke to me and did her best to make the situation better. On the way out, the service mgr that was not available held the door open for me without a word said.The service writer was polite also.They did comp.the service bill to make amends.

Excellent sales staff. No effort spared to present the vehicle I was interested in and allow me a test drive. A competitor that is actually much closer to me wouldnt let me drive the diesel Jeep I was interested in because it was still on the showroom floor; not sure you can drive that one. Piedmont actually offered to let me drive the care before I asked. I was extremely motivated to consider the V6 EcoDiesel and bought a brand new diesel Rubicon that same night. Couldnt be more pleased. First class customer service.

I would rate higher if I could. I had an A++ car buying experience at Piedmont. Suzanne, who was a newer sales lady, really took the time to show me around the lot and she listened to my needs and requests. I enjoyed walking with her and viewing the large selection of certified used cars. It started getting dark so I decided to come back the next day.A very knowledgeable and sweet sales man inquired about what I was looking for. He also really listened. I didnt feel like a customer but almost like a friend. His name was Mr. Merritt and he took notes as to what I needed. He sent me a few emails with ideas and options. When I returned the next day, he had a few of the potential vehicles parked out front ready for me to test drive. He made the drive comfortable and relaxing. The car that I chose still needed to have a few tires replaced so, unbelievably, Mr. Merritt delivered my new to me car to my residence. I couldnt have been happier seeing them roll up. Alexander Poore, Jeff Searcy, and the GM(sorry I forget his name right now) all great people. Ive never gotten in and out of a dealership so fast before and I had 3 kids with me at the time. We did everything we needed to do over email and the phone. Got the deal figure out(best in the state) and I drove the 2hrs from outside Columbia to Anderson to get a Gladiator Mojave. When we got there everything was ready to go. Quick drive with Alexander Poore, then right into finance office with Jeff...and we were on the way back home. A+ and worth the trip and I didnt have to drive out of state or get on a plane!

Went there to look at trucks and see whats available to make an educated decision before buying. The salesperson, Matt, that we got stuck with was unprofessional, and extremely rude. If you must go there make sure you find someone else or another place altogether. Been to a Ford and Nissan dealership and had a much better experience.

I asked if the truck was available before I drove 45 minutes to see it. He confirmed it was available. The radio head unit in my Ram 1500 failed with required the replacement part to be ordered. It arrived in the estimated time, and installation was promptly and professionally completed. While there, the fuel filter was also replaced based per the maintenance schedule. The staff are all top-notch and pleasant to deal with. The only negative comment relates to the $30 charge for shop materials, considerably higher that what Lexus charges when servicing our other car. Overall however, very positive experience.

Get my daughters Jeep serviced here. Compared to the 2 otherdealerships I go to this one is the best. Online scheduling works problem free. Like most dealerships they are a replace it only type, but I usually take a look at their suggested replacement and see if I can just fix. Good example is they found leaking transmission cooling line and suggested replacing--very fair, but a hose clamp later at my house I saved $270. OEM crimp clamp had just become loose. Again, I like them best, but have to realize dealerships are not necessarily fix it, they are replace it. Which if you have the money is best, but I wish they could also fix like a local non branded shop might.

I bought my Jeep Gladiator online and the experience was awesome. I called at 7PM on a Friday night, and the paperwork and Jeep were delivered to my house in Lexington (2 hours away) before noon on Saturday. Well, how do i begin? I had been looking for a very specific color of Jeep Rubicon. For a while I thought it was going to be an endless search. But I stumbled upon Piedmonts website and found my Unicorn . So I called them and talked about the details and features and sure enough it was the jeep I was looking for.
