I received the best service from Johnny C. and Cain H. and Roger C. of Grainger Nissan. I have not received such excellent service like this from a company in a very very long time! I walked in for service on my vehicle without an appointment and they did everything possible to accommodate me. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Grainger Nissan is very professional, friendly, caring and very customer-oriented. I will definitely be back. Thank you Grainger Nissan!

This is a solid 3 star rating. Salesperson was straightforward and realistic. Not pushy and got me behind the wheel. Honestly my only complaint and the reason they didnt get a 4 is they Didnt Gas Up my New Car! Lol. Its nice pulling out if the lot, but not when your first stop is the gas station.

Everyone there was very helpful. I had been there for service previously and found the same in the service department. Honestly wasnt looking to buy at the moment but they had me take the truck as a loaner while my other car was in. Kept it for two days and we loved it! We got a good trade in on our other Nissan and are very happy! The Titan is really going to fit our needs right now. Our salesman, Bill (Spike) was wonderful!

Service for oil change and multi-point inspection, with car wash was done quickly. I asked about tire prices being lower cost at 2 nearby Nissan dealerships and was told I needed to have a quoted price. I said pricing for all 3 dealerships was online but they stuck with the quote required.

I called to make an appointment for test drive. Very accommodating on scheduling. Was assigned sales consultant Brandon P. Extremely pleasant. Not pushy. Answered questions, made suggestions, provided a spreadsheet for comparisons of makes & models I was interested in. Made contact several days later and answered additional questions & concerns I had while doing my research. Every associate spoke to me as I passed by. One held the doors open for me. All very friendly and respectful. Showroom, office spaces, and service areas were all clean and tidy. Have a car on order. Excited. Will give additional star if it arrives in the given timeframe. A price drop would be a six star rating.

Today I took a good friends car into service because she works too much to make the trip in herself. She had called ahead but the BDC did not convey the needs well to the dealership and a wheel desperately needed was not waiting for the service. The service department went into problem solving mode and made the repair happen. Thanks also Mike and Rusty.My first review was long very long and detailed starting from approaching the service department and looking for cues of exactly how and when to enter. Also directing a new customer to the dealership waiting area and ask if they need any other departments while there. I reviewed and pictured problematic issues with the image they give on first visit. I was very detailed and it was met with thank you and a desire to correct these issues and it was received as a genuine response.I also mentioned some less than appealing horse play by people I assumed were sales professionals. They were grilling under a tent today. Plus so many employees smoking in front and plain view of customers.Two things people need to know are this place has a genuine and friendly staff. Everyone I met were nice. All businesses have issues and this one needs an open floor plan that invites the customer the way the staff puts themselves out there. The lot needs room enough to safely move vehicles in and out and vehicle lanes should reflect in and out traffic. Rule of thumb if a customer feels trapped in your lot they will not feel comfortable and many will only be thinking of getting out. This I’m saying to help and I think the staff owner and managers know that and received the message with positivity!My friend is happy her car is safe as they also checked alignment she bought the car here just like her siblings.Someone outside the dealership said they are planning on updating to another lot. If they do I hope they do some things like make a semi low traffic waiting area. Make the restrooms with counter space for family issues. Try to get in healthier vending. I also hope they light areas up with energy efficient lighting.Thank you for reading and I think if you communicate your needs in a clear way they will always be received well at this dealership. Everyone is human and with all the crazy in the world this dealership is handling it well. So consider them next time.Thank You all for taking care of my friend today!

I had a great buying experience at Grainger Nissan. My salesman DeVaughn never pressured me at all and neither did any of the other staff. I was going back-and-forth with a few vehicles (new & pre-owned) and DeVaughn let me test ride all without hesitation. He was knowledgeable on the vehicles I drove and ultimately ended up buying a pre-owned truck. I feel like I revived a fair deal on our transaction and I would not hesitate to buy from Grainger Nissan again.

The customer service department was very thorough in the assessment of the problems with my car and informed me of what had to be done to correct the problems.After that, we were made aware of the process and the time, and cost it took to make the repairs. All this was done in a timely manner because we were dealing with a problem in which we needed the car soon.We also appreciate the courteous young lady (Regan) who communicated all of this to us and handled our unfortunate situation in such a professional manner. I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder in April 2021. I loved my salesman, we had such a great time test driving cars, but Im still kind of upset over the simple fact that I just paid for my SUV was handed the paperwork and Im getting ready to walk out of the door and was only given one key. I asked for the other key and was told that this car only came with one key. How ridiculous... a car dealer selling vehicles with only one key (they are equipped to make another key fob). I asked for a second key to be made and was told it would be an additional $350. I was not happy needless to say and just left. Someone called to take my survey over the phone over the car buying process. I told them Im really peeved over the key, she told me she would contact her manager and call me back, but nothing happened. I was issued another survey to fill out through my email. I vented there too, but it was fruitless. I went to the Granger of Easley two weeks ago and had my key made with great customer service. I probably will not go back to Granger of Anderson to buy another vehicle, because Im petty and when you pay for a vehicle in-full you should have two keys.

I hate going to car dealers but this was a great experience. Sent an inquiry from Autotrader and Jennie from the internet sales team responded quickly with the information i wanted. Clay, the salesperson i ultimately worked with, was very friendly and professional and tolerated my many questions. The whole experience probably took less than 2 hours including a long test drive and there was no pricing shenanigans.

Recently went to Grainger Nissan just to look at a 2021 Nissan Altima S. From the time he approached us, Travis made us feel welcomed. He was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and answered every question we had. He also didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. The car I was looking at was already being sold, but he did everything in his power to make sure I got what I wanted. I ended up with an even better car. I purchased a new car in 2019 with them the sell rep was amazing! But I have called everyday for over 2 month for paperwork on my gap insurance. I finally spoke with someone today and still haven’t received the paperwork. Also had a question about getting something fixed that should be covered on warranty and still haven’t gotten a call back on that either. I currently looking to purchase another and love nissians but this dealership is horrible!

My father and I flew in from Indiana and bought a vehicle and then drove the vehicle home, our experience at the dealership was great. unfortunately the vehicle had problems on the drive home and ended up needing a new engine. Grainger nissan refunded our money and paid for all fees at the mechanic here. it is refreshing to see a dealership stand behind there product. I wouldnt leave any stars but that is not an option. I feel people should know that the warranty is not all its made out to be. We did our own oil change and spark plug replacement. That voids the warranty, I believe they should make that known when you purchase the vehicle. I would not have bought a brand new truck had I known we were not allowed to do our own maintenance.

The fan for my air conditioning and heat in my Nissan Rogue just randomly stopped working so I brought it here to get fixed 2 weeks ago. This is where my car was originally purchased years ago and I have been back time and time again whenever I needed repairs because the service department is incredible! My service contact person Raegan was amazing. She kept us in the loop with what was going on with my car the entire time it was being worked on. My car unfortunately took over a week to get fixed, but the service was amazing and the problem was solved. No other place I would take my car!

Wonderful service!!! I live in Virginia and my daughter is a student at Clemson SC. We had recently purchased a new car in VA for her and the dealership failed to give us a 2nd key. My daughter lost the only key fob we had and found herself stranded. I called Grainger in a panic and they were so helpful. My daughters car was towed to the dealership where they quickly had another key fob programmed and she was back on the road!!! The communication with the staff was excellent, which was important when you are 7 hours away from your child!!

Very happy with both the vehicle and the price, however having to wait for over an hour to pay with cash was ridiculous. First it was 30 minutes for the finance guy to finish lunch, then another 30 minutes for one customer ahead of us. Almost every other dealer I have visited has more than one finance person to move things along. Grainier should consider the same.

At Nissan Grainger I had a great experience-my car was inspected, vacuumed and washed as well as having my problem solved! And I wasn’t charged extra. For anything. The crew there is friendly and knowledgeable and I got expert advice on the new cars on the lot and in showroom from a helpful sales associate. Did you know there is a lifetime warranty on your new Nissan transmission if you buy at Grainger? I do now!Would totally recommend.

My wife an I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey yesterday sept. 4th. The salesman and finance manager was awesome, thorough, and knowledgeable in doing there job and treated us very well. My problem and complaint is with the vehicle itself. During the short test drive, the vehicle ran great but after we went thru the buying process and started home we chose to go interstate to experience highway speeds. Once on I-85 south when going up an incline at highway speed the vehicle would “surge”. Very disappointing because we hadn’t even got home yet. Needless to say we took the vehicle back to the dealership and voided the deal. After going thru this uncomfortable and awkward experience it made me wonder of several things. Does this dealership really check out there vehicles mechanically before putting them on the lot and why can’t a potential customer test drive the vehicle under all conditions including highway speeds. GRAINGER NISSAN, please correct ( fix ) this problem with this vehicle before putting it back on the lot so someone else doesn’t go thru this experience like we did. My wife is truly heartbroken and feels misled and deceived. Needless to say we’ll continue to shop around until we find her another car but unfortunately it won’t be with your dealership. This is the second time I’ve experience problems with vehicles I’ve purchased from y’all. Really disappointed and heartbroken.

Grainger Nissan’s reputation is well deserved. I recently purchased a Frontier and the experience was outstanding. D.J. (Salesman) and Kam(sp?) (Finance Manager) are both top shelf staff members.
